Tony was awesome and provided outstanding service and advice. They have dry ice and regular ice in abundance, as well as cooler shipping boxes. I was beyond happy with this place, and cannot recommend it enough.

Ordered 1800lbs of cubed ice. Was told it would be here around noon. Instead it showed up at 4pm and instead of 1800 is was 2000lbs. I told the driver that I only ordered 1800 lbs and he looked at me and said sorry, nothing I can do about that, its on the ticket. I told him I ordered 1800 lbs for a reason and i had no room for the additional 200 lbs so he could give it away or dump it in the street. Doesnt matter to me. His response was well you still have to pay for it.Fine, Ill pay for the 2000 lbs but cancel my order tomorrow of 1800 lbs because you can screw me over only once. Youre not the only ice guy in town. I would give no stars if it were an option.

I am from New York and came down to FL for a fishing trip. We caught so many fish it was great! I searched on google for a dry ice place because my friend said dry ice is the best way to ship our fish back home. We found this place and i am so happy we did. It was great we bought coolers and dry ice from here no need to go to different places they had it all ! My fish arrived perfectly fresh ! If you ever go to FL for a fishing trip or live there and need dry ice go here ! you will not regret it.

I talked to the owner and he helped me with everything explained to me all the safety procedures and really took his time with me. he is very honest I went to the store asking for a certain amount of dry ice and after I explained to him what I needed the dry ice for he advised me that I would be just fine with way less than what I thought I needed and that was really nice ! Great place to get Dry Ice. I needed to ship some food and their warehouse is a one stop shop i got dry ice and coolers to ship my food.

I went camping for the weekend and needed some dry ice to keep my food cold and i did not want the mess of melted water that you get with ice cubes. Ive never used dry ice but they really took their time and helped me. Now i get to keep my food cold without mess THANK YOU!

The owner has an attitude problem. Why the big secret when they weigh the ice? Probably so they can charge more than the $1 per pound advertised. I hate doing business with people like this. The employees are all nice, but the owner is nasty.

Called to see if they had plenty of dry ice and the guy first said speak up, I spoke up and then he just kept cutting me off with grunts and sounds before I could even get to the point. Hung up, will look elsewhere to purchase dry ice. Thanks for nothing.

The Owner Tony is very disrespectful. the workplace is not sanitary at all. An insects (Roach) was crawling on there cutting machine. The owner was very disrespectful to its employees while customers was present .
