These people are dishonest. They have high prices, and bad repairs..They want you to keep coming back, thats why the work is so poor, and the prices so high.

I gave them so many chances with different Vespas. Always disappointed me with the service. Went there with one problem and they came out with different ones. On top of that don’t even resolved the first problem. If it would be one occasion only, ok human mistakes, but not all the times. Waste of money, waste of the time. Arrogant never admitting any fault. Maybe they are good selling Chinese scooter but that’s all. Bad business ethic, horrible customer service. Not going to a lawyer just because no worth it

For the $70 hourly rate which is typical, they sure installed my new tires. However, the loosly put back bolts didnt hold on to the rear fender and muffler too well. Also, the typical tire pressure for scooters is around 32-40psi. I would have been okay if it was off by 5-8psi, but the pressure in the rear tire was over 80psi, the front had 75psi. Obviously this has shaken things loose, nothing I could not fix by myself, but for some who might not be able to do so by themselves might have costed a lot more in fixes in the future.

I took my friends scooter to fix a small electrical problem. They fixed the electrical problem. Then they told him it would cost another $400 to rebuild the engine. It was running good before I took his scooter to them. When he got it back it had no compression. They said it had low compensation. I tightened the spark plug. Now his scooter runs good again. Be very careful with these people.

Well, I just bought a Rokus Clone Scooter and I am in love with it. This scooter rides and handles like a beauty, not to say how cool it looks. The owner was very knowledgeable and super nice. Had an awesome experience and will return as soon as my husband decides to buy a Scooter to match mine :).

I have been a loyal customer of junior for few years, i bought an used scooter from a friend, i took it to a different mechanic, before, after that nightmare i met junior, that eventually convince me to buy a new one, my warranty was voided (on the new scooter i bought from him) he claims because i felt to do my oil change after 300 miles, even though it only had a few miles over the first 300, it wouldnt start, so not only the battery was replaced, the starter and other parts, but after replacing them, it has never been the same, leaves stranded, kick start is now the only way i can start, and I cant use it all the time do to health conditions. he had his apprentice worked on it, there was a hose leaking gas, bolt and nuts loose, I confronted him with issue, the apprentice was angry towards me, defensive, and his wife got involved by recommending i waited for junior to take care of it...I have taken it back several times, listen and followed all his advised, but apparently the plan is for me to continue to spend money on a job designed to keep making me spend more money time after time for the same thing. previews to L W scooter he owned Lake worth scooter, where he has many bad reviews... im now having to trash a scooter with only 1,300 miles, because I WOULD NEVER TRUST HIM AGAIN, he is the most dishonest mechanic, that has no value on my loyalty for years, and i have recommended business to him. I thought about writing this negative reviews, but bad karma doesnt protect the consumer. please do not buy any scooters or have them fix by this place, do not trust him with sales or services

I brought my ITALICA 150cc scooter in on 4/10/2018 to have a complete tuneup and was told the fuel line was replaced with new ones. On Saturday four days later I smelled gasoline shortly after starting the scooter and the scooter started sputtering. So I pulled over not too far from home to do an inspection to determine what might be the problem. And to my surprise one of the gas line had a spilt on one end near the fuel filter. I am glad I asked for a receipt listing everything done when you get a full tuneup because most scooter repair shop dont give you a itemize list so if you have a problem within the 30 day warranty its your word against theirs and they all ways say that wasnt included in the tuneup. So to make a long story short I brought the scooter back and watch them this time replace all fuel line and suction line they claim they did the first time. This scooter shop is not that honest as stated by another person who wrote a review

I was in trouble needed my headlights LEDs blew out instead of checking what what my bike was putting out with a voltage meter he just threw in two 12v bulbs which blew right out on me leaving me in the dark and a road hazard and charged me $54.00 dollars for two $4.00 bulbs.. Really sad people need to RIP YOU OFF just to make a buck. DONT BRING ANYTHING HERE!! DIRTY RIP OFFS!!

I really do not recommend a bad service, they do not work well I went for an oil service and a valve adjustment and they gave me a price and when I went to pick my up a few hours later they gave me another price and days before I bought a battery and when I went to collect the scooter for services they tell me that the battery was replaced because it was damaged. Week later the scooter did not turn on and I checked the battery and it was changed for a used one and I went to complain and the owner got angry what bad serviceooooooooo I do not recommend them at all
