Have been to this location twice in the last month.. Both times I was waited on promptly. Each of the individuals seemed very informed about the gear in the store no matter what I asked them. They were super helpful and friendly. Its nice to go to a retail store where people actually understand customer service!

I stopped by on Saturday, Sept 5th, with some questions and I needed help with swapping my camera from my old helmet to my new helmet. Rich helped me from beginning to end, he had an answer for everything and swapped the camera with ease. Thank you so much Rich!!! Youre the best!!!

I am a new rider and visited the West Palm Beach location with my Dad yesterday to purchase some riding gear. The service I received was outstanding! Richard is the Salesperson who helped me and he spent a lot of time with me and helped me to select a Jacket, Helmet and Gloves. Richard is very knowledgeable about the products and also was able to answer technical questions I had. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with my purchase and the entire buying process. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to others.

Had an AMAZING experience at the WPB location (and trust me Ive been to all CG locations from Sandford to N Miami) Hands down the best, no doubt about it!!! The salesman Justin (without any doubt) is among the most knowledgeable person Ive meet at any CG location in Florida!! Customer service has been awful over the past couple of months . When Tony was there the number one priority was his customers. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Every time my friends and I go in it’s like we are bothering them taking them away from whatever else they were doing . I love CycleGear but something needs to be done about the service here . Went in for gloves . I have been to a lot of cycle gears before they are messy and most reps are rude and could care less about the customer . This is by far the most amazing place I’ve been in . I can actually remember the peoples names because it was so refreshing . Tony, Justin and Natalia they are so helpful and friendly . I ended up leaving with a new lid and gloves . Natalia even took the time to show me the proper size jacket that I’ve been struggling with . I was in Sanford last week and dealt with a rude guy who I felt like I was bothering the entire 15 minutes I was in the store . I’ll never go back to that place . I’ll drive the 2 hours to come see these guys . If you feel like most shops are too busy to help stop by this store. The people there are incredible .

My fiancé and I went in today needing full gear as we just purchased our first bikes yesterday. Natalia spent about 3 hours or so helping us and was so patient with all our questions. She went above and beyond. Some of the other staff members jumped in to help too. We had a great experience and will definitely come back. We truly appreciated the fantastic customer service!!!!

Anytime I go to motorcycle shops it seems like I am bothering the people that work there but Tony made me feel so welcome in his store and that will make me come back and definitely recommend Cycle gear to everyone. He fitted me and my wife for helmets, gloves, and jackets . I also did not know they could order parts for our bikes . I’ve always taken them to the dealer to have the work done but he came out showed us how to do oil changes on the bikes and it seems pretty straight forward . He seems like he goes above and beyond for his customers and I will definitely be back to order a new exhaust for my bike . If you have not been to this store your missing out !

4 stars mainly because the prices are pretty inflated on everything. You can find just about all items cheaper online. BUT customer service and selection are great. Ive returned like 4 things in the past 3 weeks with a myriad of personal fit issues, and never had a problem. I did buy my mesh jacket, pants, helmet and gloves there for roughly $400. Their online shop to store/home feature is also nice.

The staff took the time to show me around the West Palm Beach store and fit me for a helmet, as a first time cyclist they made it very comfortable for me I did not feel intimidated. This is a for sure a go back place for more gear

Outstanding customer service

Went to the store today looking for any type of masks for my family . I met the manager Tony . Needless to say I ended up with things I didn’t know I needed on top of masks. Great staff and really friendly . For this being a very crazy time Tony seems to have the place on lock when it comes to sanitation and keeping the 6 feet rule . Well organized and clean . Some customers were a little upset because he limits how many can be in the store at one time but they get it. he is trying to keep his people and customers safe . For a motorcycle shop I was very impressed . I will definitely recommend to everyone.

The lady sold me a Shark Evo One 2 helmet that was missing a logo for 10 % off. The neck curtain was popping out and she eventually got it stuffed back in after a struggle. I wore the helmet the next day on a long ride out of town and the neck curtain kept popping out and giving me trouble every time I took it off or put it on. The visor was not clicking into the spots correct either. My original purchase was on 11/8/19. I brought the helmet back on 11/15/19 and talked to the store manager Tony. They did not have a replacement one in my size so he said they would order one and ship it to me. I would have it in a week and a half. That he would call me next week with a tracking number. My complaint is that he did not. I called him on 11/21/19 to get an update after not hearing back from him. He told me that it was on a pallet and he would call me the next day with the shipping info. He did not. I finally called him back 11/27/19. He told me that it had been crazy in the store to which I replied I’ve already spent over 400 there, as in a helmet I didn’t have. He told me that he had to get on the computer to find my order number, then I would be able to check tracking because it was being shipped to my house from cycle gears warehouse. I asked him why he said it was on a pallet last week to which he said they shorted him pallets. He told me the order was put in last Saturday. Gave me the order number and that was it. Now when I checked on the web site it says the order was placed on 11/28/19. I am extremely dissatisfied with customer his customer service. This guy lied to me about everything after I have already spent my money there. I would like to continue shopping at cycle gear considering it has the best selection of motorcycle gear for me but after this I don’t think I will be. He was not truthful any time I spoke to him about it and now have been out over 400 dollars, and a helmet for 3 weeks and it still has not shipped.

Went into Cycle Gear on Christmas Eve and dealt with the manager Tony . He is by far the most welcoming person I have ever met . He fitted my son for a helmet and gloves . My son thought he was the funniest person alive . The way he interacts with his customers is really amazing . He was jumping between 5 people and still was able to remember what everyone wanted . My son was scared to try on helmets he thought they would hurt but Tony really knew how to talk to him and make him feel good about getting into riding and how fun it is . I don’t usually leave reviews but i felt like this is one worth leaving . If you have kids that are getting into riding and your not sure who you can talk to please go see Tony you won’t regret it . He’s pretty easy on the eyes too . Too bad he’s married lol .

Terrible service . Went in Last Wednesday. Watched the manager there treat the employees like they were idiots and they looked so stressed out . You would think that a place like this would be a cool place but I felt really uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Every time I have been to this location it’s been a great experience. Knowledgeable and professional staff. Very friendly ready to answer any question. Great selection of products from high end to entry level. You will find tools, maintenance supplies, Street and dirt riding gear, helmets and tires. The Plus there open on Sundays. Highly recommend.

Every time I walk in things are moved and messy. Hard to find things and it feels like the employees are being bothered when people come in . I’m a new rider only been doing it a year. This is just not a friendly environment . Sadly not to many places have gear and this is what they are stuck shopping with . Also the woman’s section is horrible not much to choose from and not many different sizes available to try on. Every time I have to go in it feels like it gets smaller . Won’t shop here anymore.

Worst customer service and no basic knowledge of motorcycles even with a computer in front of his face I think he’s the manager and I have no idea how . It’s cool you own a KTM but your customers own different bikes rather than be rude about looking something up, maybe you would appreciate the business but it’s ok I went to a small shop in lake worth and got taken care of . This place is a joke . Don’t shop here.

So unfortunate that a place that has so many good products has some of the worst customer service. Had to visit the Ftlauderdale branch & was horrified by the way the manager was treating the customers. She was giving this nasty attitude to everyone as if she was annoyed by All 5 customers that where in the store. I knew what I was looking for so I just got it & left. Helmet doesnt fit & now have to deal with a nasty manager. Id rather pay double than ever step foot in this place again!

Not a great vibe in this place . Employees seem pre occupied by other things and don’t seem to want to help the people in here . I was looking for a spark plug and it took them forever to find the number . I ended up finding it for them and they didn’t have it .

Great customer service

The guys in here are always friendly and willing to make a rapport. However, Ramon just really stands out. He fitted me with everything I was looking for, never got frustrated while I identified what I actually wanted or tried to pressure me into anything. It really took the pressure off. Than there the only shop I could find open during late hours or on a Sunday, so I called first and by chance got Ramon on the phone. Again great service. Later I took my son there and Ramon remembered the color of my bike, sized my son, and fitted him with a helmet, keeping the same standard of exceptional customer service. Felt obligated to leave this review recognizing Ramons knowledge, enthusiasm, and customer service.

The best place to get gear, wide selection and the same price as their website which is priced lower or as low as anyone else including Amazon, the people there are what really makes the difference the guy took the time to help my brother who is a new Rider find the perfect gear for him. Its much better than mail order than dealing with having to return things multiple times to find the right helmet for example, they had a massive selection of helmets right there and we found the best one for him and his head shape, it took about 10 helmets to find one for his weirdly shaped noggin, but they have it all there. Dont ride around uncomfortable or unprotected, all the gear all the time and ride safe my friends.

The manager (Byron I think is his name) is the best. He is so patient and understanding. Me not knowing anything about motorcycle gear at all I felt awkward walking in but he immediately made us feel comfortable .

Great place to try on gear and talk to experienced riders about gear. Very knowledgeable personable staff. Ive al ways been into cars and my husband is into motorcycles. The motorcycle community is far more welcoming and friendly than I couldve ever imagined. Any where you go riders seem to stop and take time to talk and share stories. This store was no exception; truly a pleasant experience.

Went in to buy a Bell Predator Modular helmet. They didnt have one. Guy tried to put me in wrong size. Didnt know his inventory. Grabbed other brands when I asked for a Bell in XL. Tried to tell me a large fit, when it would barely go over my head and my chin stuck out the bottom. Didnt show me any alternatives. I found the helmet online for $79 cheaper so I wont be back. It was a Monday afternoon and no one else was in the store. Terrible customer service.

Great place. Went for the first time to start shopping for my first body suit needed for track day. Lady there was extremely helpful even though i wasnt ready to buy yet. Plan on going back friday to make my final decision.

Nice store thats open 7 days a week. They dont carry manufacture brands for oils and fluids or any other manufacture brand items. Only generic. I needed oil for a dirt bike and it was less expansive at the Honda dealership and it was Honda oil that is made for the bike. The generic oil would have worked but i would rather use the manufactures brand and pay less. Overall this store is good for accessories, tires and attire for off roading and track

The customer service can be hit or miss, though Ive found it to be positive more often than not. The pricing is usually pretty good - typically as good as online competition but not always and never better. It pays to do some research and attempt a price match. Nice because they have good options in stock/in store so you dont have to wait.The selection is good, though this particular store is a little smaller and has a more limited selection as a result. Much of the accessory parts are Chinese-made, so have low expectations. They do carry some good quality consumables like batteries and filters for the most common bikes. Avoid the in-house brand for most gear unless youre buying it with the intention of it being disposable; its not durable and very cheaply made.It may not be the single most amazing shopping experience youve ever had but it generally beats going to a dealership and paying out the yinyang for a spark plug. Its good enough, has good enough service, selection, and pricing, and its pretty convenient. Dont expect a ton and you wont be disappointed. I agree with one of the other reviewers: leave the service to dedicated service providers and go here for retail items. Ymmv.

Found a GREAT leather motorcycle jacket for the colder ride days!

The beard guy gave me Estimate and not invoice, charged $64.00 just for oil change.I just told him that my light switch in not working even after my previous service, they bypass the switch with out my permission.And when I wrote a review he replied mentioning false start button problem. I never had start button problem.Check photo, I will never go for service again.
