I called Evergreen because my pump was not drawing water from the lake, after changing the pump, well screens and check valve I could not find the problem. They came out and asked me if I wanted to have the problem fixed if they found it and I told them to give me a price first. They were at the pipe for app. 30 minutes and came around and said that they fixed the problem and that the pipe was cracked by the motor. They had replaced a couple pipe connectors and a hose bib piece that was leaking. I was told that the price was $200. I thought that this was very high and they had not checked with me but I paid it and gave them a $20 tip after they turned the pump on to show me that it worked. When they left I started to check the heads and found that it would not change stations. I assumed that for that money they had checked to make sure that everything worked, my mistake for assuming. I called the company and left a message and sent an e-mail and they did not have the decency to call me back. In response to the reply: yes I did do all of the other work myself, as I have done for 23 yrs w the system, this is why I know that $200 to fix a cracked pipe that was above the ground was ridiculous. I tipped your guys because I ALWAYS tip workers if they are not rude and I think they made sure everything was fixed. This was even after they repaired it without telling me what the problem was and how much it would cost like I requested, I did not argue because I thought there might have been a language barrier and they had not understood me. I took the index valve apart AFTER your guys left and cleaned it out and got it to change zones but the valve was 24 years old and the casing was leaking, I tried to glue those leaks outside the case. Had they checked the system I would have paid to have it changed even though I probably would have had to mortgage my house, it is obviously more complicated than a cracked pipe. Bottom line is that had you responded at all to me phone message or e-mail I would not have posted these reviews, instead you did not attempt to contact me until after I posted these messages and then left a message pointing out how your guys did just the minimum to get the pump working since I put the pump in myself. You said that I needed to request a full wet check which sounds like a lot but really just involves flicking the on off switch several times to make sure everything works.

Ive used Evergreen for many years with satisfaction, however, my recent experience was very different. I called them to the house three times to fix a leaking valve in a zone. Told them what the problem was. The first time they came out they told me they checked the system and it was fine. Charged me. Zone continued to leak because the valve was not fixed. Called out again, told me it was fine, charged me. Again, valve not replaced and it continued to leak. The third call they told me they had to use some special self closing heads. They installed them, they continued to leak, and charged me. Cost me just shy of $500 with no solution. Called another company (OHara) and not only did they see the problem and fix it, they did it without replacing the valve but just repairing it. I can only suspect that this is the result of not being able to hire knowledgeable technicians in the current job market.

Evergreen serviced our four zone sprinkler system several months ago and our yard and plants are happy. Weve planted several new flower beds and Evergreen came back out as a courtesy to ensure we had good coverage. Tom and his employees are a great example of what customer service should be, thank you again for taking care of our system. Look forward to having you guys back out.

Very impressed by this company. This was my first time working with them. Victor came out and was very knowledgable. Him and his crew worked like surgeons and in no time completed the job to perfection. Already working on my next project with them.

Very good but a bit pricey sprinkler repair service.

Now this is how a business should be run! I had some serious issues with my sprinkler system that I couldnt figure out. I contacted these guys and AJ the manager got back to me immediately. She is the most lovely and professional person I have dealt with in the service industry. She truly cares about her customers and takes complete pride in everything she does...its apparent. Absolutely outstanding in every way. The technician made sure to check in with me day of from his prior appointment just to give me a heads up on his arrival time. He diagnosed the issue with my system almost immediately. After fixing the issue, he checked the rest of my system just to make sure everything was kosher. His level of knowledge and expertise was impressive. And the kicker was that the price was incredibly reasonable Nor did they try and sell me on anything except what I needed to make an extra buck. These guys didnt just meet, but exceeded my expectations. If you want a crew and staff that is honest, efficient and possesses real expertise, call Evergreen Sprinkler. I highly recommend them.

I recently started services with Evergreen. I was with previously with RustTech for quite some time and I watched my rust stains grow while my technician barely got out of his truck in his single 5 minute $50 a month stop. So far Evergreen has been everything RustTech was not. The owner is very involved and has called me 2x to answer questions. Their techs care about doing a good job and they also go check all my sprinklers (theres lots) to be sure theyre hitting alll the right places. Great company and glad to find them!

Wish I could give Evergreen Sprinkler more than 5 stars! We had a sprinkler emergency, where one of our valves turned on and wouldnt stop. The whole system was on off because of all the rain. I went into a panic and reached out to Evergreen explaining the time sensitive issue. Not only did they provide me with excellent service, they were able to fit me in to have a tech come out the next day even though they were booked for the entire week according to who I spoke with. These guys are the real deal when it comes to great customer service. Very polite, efficient! Very knowledgeable about sprinklers, and explained to me how the valves work - a bonus!

I found EverGreen through a Google search and noticed the great reviews. I called and scheduled an appointment to have my lawn sprinkler system looked at since it hadn’t been working for several months. A Service Tech named Michael came out to look over everything and arrived as scheduled within my 4 hour appointment window. Michael asked me to turn on the sprinkler pump and then immediately asked me to turn it off saying that he knew what the problem was. I knew right then and there I had called the right company. It only took him about 20 minutes to replace a fitting and a section of the pipe and install a ball valve. He then asked me to turn on the sprinkler pump and my sprinkler system was working again. Michael also repaired a few of my broken sprinkler heads and everything is now working great again. I highly recommend EverGreen to anyone that is looking for a reliable and affordable company to repair your sprinkler system. My grass and I thank you.

First off I never leave reviews for anything but this is something that I felt necessary to comment on I called Evergreen this Friday in the afternoon to schedule an appointment for them to come out to my home. I can honestly say that I’ve never been more impressed with the level of customer service, professionalism, patience & knowledge displayed when I spoke to AJ. From past experiences calling companies such as this one, they have been very short rude and rushed if you don’t tell them in the first two seconds that you want to work with them however it was completely different at Evergreen. She was wonderful and could tell she truly cares about what she does there and had full confidence in Evergreen. I was so impressed by that and showed me these guys are the real deal. She is the kind of person that you don’t find working at a service based business. She let me voice exactly what I needed which I know took over 10 minutes because I like to talk and she truly listened to me. amazing phone manner and professionalism even after I told her that I was going to shop around she said “ no problem I understand however WHEN you call back i’ll schedule you right in and have put your work order to the side We look forward to earning your business and I will talk to you soon.” That let me know that she was 100% confident that Evergreen would be my choice. Unfortunately not a good experience with this company. They installed a new sprinkler pump which went well but then when we had another issue and contacted this merchant, it went sour. The service person came out to review the situation and without consent, the merchant charged our credit card, and never gave a us a bill. Once we called, all they did was scream on the top of thier lungs at us saying they deserve to be paid. Never letting us get a word in edge-wise. I do ot recommend using this company. Completely unprofessional .
