Incredible work ethics! Mr. Brent is delightful, and seemingly always happy with a welcoming smile. Mr. Brent was punctual, and eager to get started with the job. He does not waste time. He loves his work and takes great pride in doing the job skillfully and with perfection. The pump was leaking and the well was not functioning properly. Additionally, the control box needed to be replaced. I am so pleased that Mr. Brent was able to intuitively troubleshoot several problems with my pump, sprinkler and well. His quotes/prices are reasonable and fair. He is a man of integrity and you can trust what he says to get the job done. I will always recommend Brent Pump Works to my friends and neighbors.

Our well pump died on a Saturday morning. Called Terrell at 9:00, and he said he would be over later in the day. He arrived at 2:00, replaced the pump and check valve, and we had running water by 4:30. His price was very fair and the service was excellent. Terry’s super personable and I really felt like he wanted to help me with my sewer issue. He came out at a time that worked best for me and was open to being there the same time as my plumber to help diagnose the issues. We are still a work in progress due to clogs and Terry offered to come back. I will update the review when the work is complete but so far I’m glad to have found him.

I got exactly what I wanted from this crew! Five stars! They had to clear tough vegetation on my property and made it look easy. At the end I was really satisfied with the installation. I was really worried about such a big project but they knocked it out of the park! Will hire again when I am ready for a well and irrigation system.

Terrell put in a well and pump for me in a new agricultural building, and then offered to help as well with construction of some interior rooms. He has proved to be a skilled and experienced craftsman, and in addition, is extraordinarily polite, considerate, and trustworthy. He is continuing to do construction/remodel work for me now, and I would basically hire him for any job, and trust him without hesitation. His partner/helper, Cory Pantalakis, gets exactly the same exceptional recommendation from me. Two great guys doing great work, I recommend them without hesitation.

The day I had family coming in to town to visit, our homes water pump broke. It was a Sunday in the late afternoon. When I called, Terrell was extremely helpful and willing to come out recognizing the urgency of the situation. In a short time, he was there, working on it and replaced. He was extremely professional and polite and answer any questions I had. I will certainly be recommending their services, as well as using them for any future needs.

Its Saturday evening at 7pm and our pump stopped working, which would mean no water at our house for the weekend. I called and left a message at Brent Pump Works. Cory responded immediately and was at the house 15 minutes later. Its now 8pm, our water problem is FIXED and what they charged was beyond reasonable for a Saturday night. Had our irrigation pump for our sprinklers die the Thursday night before the 4th of July weekend and gave Terrell a call. I left him a message thinking he would get back to me on Monday. He called me right back and Cory was at my house within an hour. Cory replaced the pump and check valve and got everything up and running in no time.
