Great selection. Awesome staff. When it was time to check out and took the handheld cash register 20 minutes to ring me out and I got double charged. Need to change checkout system!

Was overcharged TWICE at this location. Sent it bank statement and e receipt like they requested and almost two months later no refund because they are still waiting on “corporate”. This place is a joke!

Lids used to be one of my favorites stops. Not anymore, never have what Im looking for and prices are always increasing.

Customer service was wonderful very knowledgeable staff really really enjoyed designing my own hat my advice buy your hats from Lids they got amazing deals has from 20 to $5 and if you buy two $5 hats you just got to fitted hats for $7.50 804 something with tax if youre buying has from Ross or any of them bootleg stores thinking youre getting a deal the deals at Lids way better
