I am pleased to share my recent experience withCoastal Windows who are extremely professional, caring, honest, courteous,timely and responsible.A little over a year ago I replaced 4 floor to ceiling bedroom doors(installed by a contractor). This past December, after a severe rainfall Inoticed water was coming into the floor below. I contacted Coastal whosupplied the doors and to my relief they offered to replace all 4, includingan upgrade to sliding doors at no cost to me. I highly recommend Coastal Windows and Doors! They have replaced all of my windows in my home. Anytime I have had a question, concern or need something fixed, they call back or come the same day if possible. They are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. I have been using them for about 5 years from install to maintenance to repairs.

I needed to have the rollers replaced on my sliders & Googled it. Their name came up, had good reviews so Michelle & Dennis came to fix them. It was very interesting to watch, nothing how I imagined the rollers would be replaced. Michelle brought in a vacuum to clean the tracks, etc. There sure is a lot to do to get sliders lined up properly. Dennis was meticulous & checked all the locks & movement. So easy to open now. Great job.
