They werent very cordial and didnt care much for my business, but Empire up the road, the owner actually came to my condo to measure and the Merritt Services owner Clayton was there and they both made a good contact. Merritt Services was looking for a supplier if granite and they were both young and not burned out. Good contacts for each other and I am getting a small Xtra space with granite. The guy that originally did my granite never came back.

From the moment I walked into the door to their showroom I was greeted with courtesy. Jessica was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable in the process of picking out the perfect piece of stone and providing me with an accurate estimate. The timeline that was given to me for the whole process of measuring, fabricating and installing was expedited quickly and accurately. The owner actually came to my house on installation day to bring me braces for my countertop which I had forgotten to purchase. Everyone that I came in contact with at Creation from the location workers, the owner, Jessica and Mary the office assistants, the young man who came out to measure and the installation crews were reliable, efficient and courteous. Working with Creation Marble was a truly pleasurable experience and I highly recommend them.

These are the only guys to use for countertops. The professionalism started with the template and continued through the install. Our kitchen configuration made for a difficult install but they tackled it with no problem. Great communication with Mari & Jessica who both helped get the job done. We wanted a quartz material and when shown samples, we knew we’d found the perfect match for the color scheme we chose for the kitchen. The customer service was excellent...from when we first consulted with Jessica, the gentleman that came by to take measurements and the two gentlemen that expertly installed the countertops and backsplashes....no one seemed to mind being peppered with questions and took great pride in their work. Despite COVID and the apparent economic slowdown, the turnaround time for installation was very quick!The look and workmanship of the countertops were beyond our expectations and when we are visited by friends and family, they are knocked off their feet.... we’ve already referred four people to creation Marble!Creation Marble will be our go-to source for any of our future needs.... Our quartz countertop from Creation Marble is just gorgeous! It was installed in one day, which was great. My only complaints are that the one seam they had to make is quite visible and they had to make cuts and use fillers on the window pass through outside my kitchen due to incorrect measurements. Otherwise I was pleased with their service.

The Office staff is very friendly and responds quickly to any e-mails or calls. The fabrication was done very nicely with very little noticeable seams. The installation team was very professional and did a great job.
