Cleanest store in the whole mall. Big selections, employees were always around to help and assist if I needed a size or fitting room. Greeted as my family and I walked in.

OMG I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.Staff were extremely rude. I walked in just looking around and I saw a long line to pay and the employees were just chilling!! I was looking for some clothes so I didn’t pay attention to it but when I was about try on the clothes i was waiting for someone to open the door. I walked and ask if a guy that was there it was a black guy, so I asked him if he was working there and HE WAS SO RUDE WHEN HE SAID “NO” and he turn around and walked to the cash register, immediately I leave the clothes there and I WALKED AWAY FROM THE STORE. HONESTLY you guys better change the staff because this is my favorite store and I wont come back to this one.

I refuse to step a foot into their doors again!! Treat customers with no respect. Went to return an item that shrank after its first wash following the label instructions. Staff were extremely rude. Made a scene infront of all their customers. Accused me of not following the label instructions which was past humiliating! This was within the 30 day return period. This is disgusting!!!!

They have kappa now i love this damn store they always surprise me with the designer collabs and customer service is on point def recommend a stop in if youre at the outlets

One of the worst Pac Sun locations I have ever been in. The employees were all behind the counter, one of them sitting on, while the manager just talked to her. Absolutely not helpful at all. The cashier didnt even say one word to me, just rang up my items and bagged them, didnt even tell me my total. This store is a perfect example of why they filed for bankruptcy

Lots of outlets with a great selections of clothes, all you need is time, money and patience.

Such a bad experience. When I walked in there was a paper on the door stating that the A/C was out .. not there fault. I meet face to face with 2 employees who do not greet me and one is making a phone call . As continued to look no one asked what I was looking for or even the typical how are you doing where I in return say good how about you they say good keep it moving . The sad part is I found more then what I was looking for but did not end up getting it because the customers service was atrocious . Try tillys some of the best customer service Ive seen in a while .
