They are always well stocked, clean never crowded and friendly, they even sell produce. Its my go to when Im in the area for sure.the prices are great love those guys!!!

I went there today to grab a couple things an item was ringing up a certain amount and the woman there was like we cant sell it for that price and manually entered the amount she wanted Im just confused as to why they dont honor the price that comes up ...

They were out of stock of something I wanted but the staff was very cheerful and friendly which was great because most family dollar store associates are rude

The Family Dollar on Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach is great the staff is awesome the manager which I believe her name is Joyce and her employees do an awesome job whenever I go in and I asked for any item to any employee especially the manager they direct me or take me to the idle great customer service I must say the store compares two others is very clean and shelves are neatly organized Allstaff there is very respectful and helpful I never have have a problem with receiving health or returning an item I have in the past left items accidentally and next time I enter the store say politely remind me about the high tomorrow and kindly let me receive it being that it was paid for it is nice to see that the staff remembers me once again it is the only Family Dollar at this moment that I will go to I will travel from Lake Worth just to go to that particular Family Dollar due to their kindness customer service cleanliness and help when needed thank you Family Dollar and the manager Miss Joyce and call staff

I was shocked. For the first time ever, you could walk the aisles. There was no climbing over product lining the aisles.

This family dollar was a little clutter ed. The parking lot was full of trash. The employees were friendly.

Horrible. This store is a complete waste of time! Boxes everywhere blocking the aisles... Most shelves are empty, with no merchandise. Whatever you are looking for, wont be there. And if there is anything of interest, good luck finding the price. Once you figure out the cost, you realize it is as expensive as anywhere else!I will not return.

They didnt have a variety of flavored waters.

The people who work there are so nasty theyre not helpful and shopping is not a pleasure there at all it seems like they make up their own rules as you shop there badd place to shop

The staff are very friendly which always makes for a pleasant visit. The store is a little messy. Looks like they were in the process of restocking. So Ill forgive the clutter. Ill be shopping there again.

Very disorganized... Yes they are kind of fixing up the store however there are asiles you cant get through at all. Check out was terrible. Terrible service front the cashier. Didnt even say hello or make eye contact with anyone. Very rude

Not always clean, 3 months ceiling was leaking water and never fixed it, some of the staff do not speak english and can not give right change out.

Absolutely horrible the store had mountains of boxes down every isle, shelves empty and water leaking from celling all over merchandise.
