I have an account with this company. The products they deliver as not always the same quality, they will deliver less products that are on the invoice and getting in touch with the managers is nearly impossible. Definitely need to improve on customer service and professionalism.

I have Been using Cintas with my business for years and they are some of the most professional and reliable rental companies around. Our rep Walter make sure we are always stocked up with centers pulls and paper for the bathrooms, etc.. and always does a great job once a week change the rugs, and equipment with new. 10 stars

Great service and the delivery was on the time.

The guy is friendly but DIRTY clothes are not placed in the bag. Just this morning I came in and the dirty clothes were laying in front of my table. IT IS UNSANITARY!
