I love this Target. I like the garage parking to protect my car and myself from the outside elements, I like that this Target has everything (the variety of items), and I really love the ease of shopping through the aisles and checking out without a long wait time. Everytime I come to this Target, I never run into any problems.

I only picked up an online order today but everyone was super helpful. A man who was tending to the carts named Moses helped me get my heavy item to my car, didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and was incredibly friendly. He needs a promotion because as we spoke he showed genuine care for customer satisfaction. Give that man a raise!

My fav discount store for just anything & everything you could possibly think of as a want, need, & other as well. Always a pleasure & I really enjoy Starbucks just so.

Lies lies lies... I was told that they would hold a TV for me I went back to get the TV they told me the first time that they havent took the TV down. So I was wondering why they told me to come and the TV was not ready. Buy no problem. Then I called them the next day and three times that day no answer and two after that. So I left work early and found that the TV was gone. The manager left a sells associated to tell me this information and walked off talking about the dog that she wants thats in Colorado or somewhere

I am homeless but it is far from obvious. Just started working full time but still can’t afford rent.I won’t shop Walmart since it’s inconvenient with long lines. Whole Food & Publix expensive.Watching this Target becoming like Walmart with less cashiers, longer lines, those there overworked, yet THEY ARE ALWAYS SO KIND to me and it brings me to tears.ALL of them.Black, White, Asian..They push through.It isn’t forced cause “it’s the customer service job.”It is real. Real loving, respectful, authentic, compassionate, non judgemental, and just keeps encouraged. They are genuine and outstandingly helpful.Thank you Palm Bch Lakes Target Store.Thank you and I love you all.ALL if you have been nothing but magnificent the last four years I’ve been coming here. The sale clerk which she told me her name but I cant remember. She was very polite. She check found my order and also asked if she could ring my other merchandise up. She was professional.

I literally hate being annoying but the I scanned a item twice by accident and had to get help to remove it when the lady showed up she asked me to hand her the item I asked her to remove and I explained to her that I just scanned it twice and she kept persisting I gave her the item I took off and I tried again explaining I only had 4 things in my bag and even showed her. She asked again and then I handed her the bag because I was getting tired and she then finally removed it and gave me a dirty look as if I was stealing.

I come to get my lemon Gatorade at 9 a.m. and the shelves are completely bone dry!

One stop shopping and great sales

I generally do not submit surveys but my experience at Target (West Palm Beach) electronics department where sales representative Grace was my reason for doing so. Although Grace was the only person working in this department she acknowledged multiple customers who were willing to wait for her expertise. She is a gem and asset to Target.

Why would anyone NOT shop this way? With small kids and my husband and I disabled.... it is a life saver.

Just leaving target . And I have to say Kristelle who’s in customer service. She went way and beyond for me thank you so much . I had a situation with my item. And she just made life easier which the guy in electronics sold me the wrong AirPod . If your manger is seeing this . She deserves a raise or free Starbucks . She also came all way to the parking lot to give me the receipt. Such sweet heart thank you kristelle your awesome.

Why have a Website inventory system that shows it is in stock and then it’s not. Also the employee recommend d a nearby Target that would have it stock...went there...not in stock. Seems even the employees aren’t aware of the failed inventory system. Sadly this is why Amazon is killing physical retail.

Great covered parking. Sometimes some odd balls are around but pretty much safe. Nice area to drink Starbucks. The layout is normal and has all your daily needs.

I purchased items for curbside pickup, and kept waiting at the curbside pickup area without anyone coming out. There also were many cars waiting, and I therefore decided to leave and purchase the items on amazon.com. I wish the pickup service was much faster. I had much better experience at Publix, Whole Foods, and Walmart.

This location is great . I love the style and set up of this location . A lot of good home decor products and great selection on grocery items . It’s an amazing place to be .

Absolutely terrible store. Mismanaged. They had so few people at customer service that the line was backed all the way into the aisles which forced guests to be all over each other. We were blocking the aisles because we were looking waiting to be helped. Nobody would help even though several guests said something about the wait. Clearly a lack of management:

I had Heather as my cashier when i checked out, and her service was amazing!! Fantastic attitude, super sweet girl, and was quick. She deserves a raise.

Maria was the sweetest cashier I have ever encountered. I bought a lot of beauty products and was having trouble figuring out how to use a coupon that I had and she took the time to help me out. She went above and beyond! I told her that I was buying make up to start my own youtube channel and she was very supportive and it truly made my day! People like her make this world a kinder and beautiful place! I hope she continues to work here and that she is recognized as someone that treats her customers with amazing customer service. I hope to see her promoted because she would be a great asset in bringing joy to her team!

This store is almost always clean and organized, with short lines to check out. My only complaint is that there is no area underneath the shopping carts to place larger items I need to purchase. I understand that is due to the layout of the store, with parking being on the first floor and the actual store on the second floor. However since there are elevators and the shopping carts dont have to go up and down the escalators, it would be extremely beneficial for this particular store (Palm Beach Lakes, West Palm Beach, Florida) to add shopping carts with an area underneath the main shopping cart to place larger items. I typically have my young child with me, therefore I am limited on how much I can get due to a lack of space.

I have three children that I have to take out and walk around the store with them put them back in the car. During the trip I’m store could get a little crazy with the bouncing around and asking for everything on the shelves so by the time it’s time to check out I am ready to GO! When I go to Target I don’t have to wait in long lines and there is always a team member at the front looking for more ways to make guest experience faster and better! I appreciate Target for having kind staff, clean floors, semi clean restrooms, and neatly fully stocked shelves. I can order pick up if I need too or go into the store without a hassle of finding a team member to help me because one is always near every department. The apparel is beautiful and the prices are affordable. I prefer quality over quantity and less time spent in the store than cheaper prices and long lines! Target has our heart ❤️

Amazing customer service. People of color tend not to receive the greatest solutions nor customer service and I appreciate what this employee did. He pulled me from a long wait and performed an amazing quick check out. Only thing too strict on returns and they are horrible at findings solutions for customers.

Great prices and great location. Parking was not an issue here. You will definitely get everything you needed from this store. Offers are great and you will take home stuff at cheaper prices as compared to other stores. Staff was cooperative and things are well arranged and place was clean. No fuss when picking up even without the barcode

This is one of the friendliest and most helpful store ever! My experience with store was very positive. I was approached a couple of times for help!I was able to find what I needed. The cashier was very friendly when checking me out. This store must have great management !

Great customer service

I called three times and put on hold a total of 25/30 mins with no answer. I wanted to know if there was a product currently in stock whivh it said on the website, so I would have to drive 30 minutes back and forth for nothing. Which I did. When I got there the sales clerk told me I should have called which I told him I did twice for his department and then told me I should have called a different department which again I told him I did that as well with no answer to any. Which him then made a face and told me I should have called in the morning. Im just in shock. This was unprofessional and I love shopping at target compared to other stores.

In response to Covid this target has decided to close some of its entrances and exits making sure that people all come in and out through to same doors. What a bright idea it is to have people squish together and breathe even more of the same air

Went in to purchase soccer attire for my 8 year old. Found wonderful name brands markdown at unbelievable prices. I was able to purchase 6 shirts, 4 athletic shorts, and a pack of socks containing 6 pairs all for a reasonable amount. So happy. Thanks God and thanks Target

I enjoy shopping at target, way less people than lets say Walmart

First and foremost I have bought two electronics such as vacuum and an oven. They both broke within the same year. Also, there is a restock issue. There is never creamers stocked for a long time. Dish soap is not stocked for a long time. There is a shortage of materials but you see the workers by cash register talking a lot. They speak so much and things are not stocked.Today I drank expired oat milk that was expired. I got intoxicated and almost called the ambulance. Please send help to this location. When they do stock the items unfortunately they are expired.

It was built with climate change in mind. Its up on the second story so when the ocean rises we can pull up in boats for essential items.

I love shopping at Target . It is a very nice store and the quality of merchandise is excellent. The prices are very reasonable and they are very professional there and ask you if you need any help within you saying you was trying to find in the store customer service Im very very adamant about that that is one of the main priorities in any business.

Poor after purchase customer service. Was told online and via phone that an online promotion would be honored in store because of some confusion about the advertisement. When we drove back to the store we were declined. When we reached back out to customer service, the promotion was also declined. We will be returning the system. Luckily, there are Many other suppliers that will be more than happy to accept our money, Target will never be getting any more of it.

Love this target.I always found parking - it’s attached to the store and shaded.You can use an elevator or escalator to reach the store.Store is always well stocked and of course my favorite section is the dollar box where the kids pick up their goodies.Returns here are pretty easy too.

This is one of my favorite Target stores, however my car has been broken into while shopping in the store. Police caught the guys thanks to another customer who saw suspicious behavior and reported it. Fortunately, my car wasn’t stolen nor anything valuable. Anyway, I still love my Target and always park in the front row closet to the main door.

Vey well maintained and clean always!! They have a fancy cart escalator which is really cool!!!! Customer care people doesn’t know everything and could handle my returns properly!!! I wish they have more training!!! This is a small target but you get most of the required stuff here!!! I will go to this place again!!!

From the looks of it this is just your standard Target. But what this one sets different with every single Target around here is that the Target department store is on the second floor, while on the first floor is the garage/parking. So with parking being downstairs, you would think that it would be packed with cars, but its not there are many parking spots available.You can either you the elevator, escalator, and if you have a cart. You can put that on its own shopping cart escalator.As excepted, Target is clean and staff are always friendly.

I like Target. Its big and clean, but they never have enough employees working no matter what time of day or evening to go there. I go to two different ones near me. Same story, both places. Prices are higher than they should be for simple items, but sometimes you can get a great clearance price in unexpected things

This is the only Target Ive ever gone to and felt comfortable, and look forward to going. Almost every employee knows me by name and Im greeted by everyone. The store is clean and organized with people happily working and actually will help you on the floor. If you ask for something thats not in stock, you can be sure that a team memberwill let you know when its in. Parking is a dream and having Pizza Hut and Starbucks to break up the shopping visits make this a gem among this chain ! Aaron and Paul are always helpful. Zarinah in the pharmacy will treat you with care! So will Precious and Lauren.

Drove here twice during work break to print pictures and still couldn’t get my pictures printed. Addressed the manager and she had no solution. Only drove here because I got an email saying they were ready. The customer service at this target does not hold up to targets standards which is disappointing because I have never written a review about target or a negative one.

They have an escalator and parking garage (well lit). Interesting, clean, large selection. Probably my favorite location.

Ordered a bike online (per online it is supposed to be assembled by the store for anything with a wheel size for 20” or greater) went to pick it up there system was down after 30 min. and apparently no back up plan for people to pick up orders just a come back ( never mind that I drove out of the way to come there because they had the bike I ordered even though 2 other targets are close to me). My husband went back the next day and to our surprise the bike was not assembled but still in the box! I spoke to guest service over the phone ( my husband needed to get to work) and told them the issue, even requested they call a local store closer to me to see if they can assemble it. She told me my only option is to bring it back there and then hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I then called target corporate office and advise of the situation, they kindly reached out to another store closer to me and made the arrangements for the bike to be assembled and sent a message to the West Palm Beach Store and requested I receive a call back from West Palm regarding the incident. It has been a week later and no call back. Who ever is the manager over that store should be fired! I never thought I would see the day that Target service level would reach Wal-Mart status and that’s saying a lot. Horrible service and rude employees with no resolution. I will be returning the disassembled bike.

Great! I got my shirt I ordered online super fast. Parking was great. And theres stairs, escalators, elevator, and a cart escalator!! Never seen that before. Downside, the coffee cafe &&& Pizza hut were both closed with boxes everywhere. I came there for lunch and my item.

Nice location. Park on the ground level and the store is on the second level. Easy in and out though a traffic light at the parking garage entrance. Typical location for a Target. Decent selection of grocery items.

The mall cart elevator looked odd at first but its like any other target really. Has everything you need. Self ring out employee was really nice when I kept asking her for help. She didnt rush me or felt bothered by it.
