Jason was a complete professional. He was thorough with his discussion of the scope of the project amd his attention to detail helped to make a proper estimate. The installation crew was also professional amd showed daily in a timely manner throughout The project. Finally. The baseboard installer Jorge was very meticulous and took a lot of pride in the detail of his work. We did almost an entire whole house tile install while also living in the house. It would not of been possible to achieve without the coordination of everybody on a daily basis and the project was a success. The floors and baseboards turned out amazing. We are completely satisfied with the final project. We were able to secure cheaper quotes for this project but were willing to pay more based on the presentation and professionalism of Jason. We made a great choice.

Again, Floor Coverings exceeded expectations and considering they did my previous flooring job, expectations were high. I made the mistake of assuming that they did not go into Martin County and went with a vendor recommend to me. BIG MISTAKE. Floor Coverings came in after he messed up the floor and completely SAVED the day. My mother was in (happy) tears when she saw the revised floor. The guys came in and saved what they were able and fixed the rest. Dont let anyone but Floor Coverings handle your flooring needs, and make that phone call. They will always be my first and only phone call when my floors need to be redone and look spectacular and at a reasonable price.

Excellent experience. Most of the local competition wouldnt even respond to online inquiries or would have a very limited choice of hardwood flooring. With FCI the communication was very effective, their work was fairly priced, high quality and completed on time. I would highly recommend them.

We originally went to Floor & Decor and all we needed was an installer. Found Jason from Floor Coverings International Jupiter on Home Advisor as a key recommended resource. Met with him and he had more options for hardwood from our discussions. He was professional and insightful into what we wanted and informed us the hardwood from F&D wasnt true engineered-hardwood quality. He did have an options that were far better and we even liked the colors and texture better. Pricing was fair enough that we added another room we wanted to use tile in. Jason recommended a great modern concrete style tile sample and saved us time. The installation team was great and professional and did quality work. The floors came out better than expected and look great. No drama, no surprises, just great floors at a good value. Very happy we found Jason.

Jason the owner was a good guy to work with. I did shop around with two other companies. I decided on using Jason for the job to install new Vinyl plank flooring and rugs in the bedroom. Good warranty and price. Steve who did the installation was great to deal with. He a professional doing install for 22 years. He takes pride in his workmanship. He moved all the furniture himself. I wanted to help a little too save time. I definitely recommend using this company for all your flooring needs.

We installed new luxury vinyl floor planks in the entire house, incl. kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Jason was very knowledgeable and responsive during the offer phase and prompt in providing the offers. The install phase was managed flawlessly as well. Scott and Bobby did an outstanding job, they were always on time, polite, professional, worked very hard and efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day. Scott called every day to keep us up to date on the progress and to coordinate next days work. They were able to finish the entire project in a shorter time than quoted, which was of course a very nice surprise. Most importantly, we are very happy with the result, too. We highly recommend this company and would give them 6 stars if we could!

We had our old Mexican tile removed from our townhouse first floor to be updated with porcelain tile planks. In getting estimates from multiple contractors, and trying to get an understanding of what it would take to get what we wanted, we asked lots of questions. We chose FCI because the estimate provided and the details of every aspect of the work was exactly what we needed. Jason (the owner of FCI) was very helpful in explaining the process and timeline and was not into pushing a specific path or option, and the pricing was great for what we had budgeted. Better yet Jason was flexible when our schedule changed and we had to get him lined up for a specific week with little turnaround. The workers who supported the project were very professional and provided quality workmanship. We were very pleased with the entire project from start to finish. I would highly recommend FCI for your flooring project, five star service for sure.

We shopped the area for flooring contractors for our condo in Jupiter FL. After interviewing four providers, we found Floor Coverings International to be the choice for us. They were very professional and helpful. I was pleased that the owner, Jason, came to our home with samples and advice. We found their selection of materials was excellent. Pricing was competitive. They committed to complete the job within a week - and did so. The demo and installation of tiles, wood flooring, and baseboards went as planned and came out great. I would recommend Floor Coverings International to family and friends.

In March 2018 we contracted with Jason Gange to retile the floor of our home. Jason was very courteous and helpful in the layout and tile selection. Additionally, of all of the tile contractors we approaches, Jason was the only one who knew about tile lippage and had the spacer/lippage guides we were looking for. We had purchased rectified tile for the project from Floor & Decor. Our project was scheduled quickly. Unfortunately, when the project was finished, our 1/16 in. grout lines varied from 1/16in. to 1/8 in. and most of the corners of the tiles did not line up properly with the adjacent tiles. Additionally, thou the lippage was stated to be within ANIS standards, it still created a problem with sliding anything over the floor.Five months later we contracted with Jason again to retile one of our bathrooms. The bathroom was to include two marble niches, one in the shower and one by the skink. Again the lippage of the tile installation was terrible, and Jason had to send out the foreman of the crew to correct the issue. Several months later we noticed that the grout, in the upper corners of the walls, was missing. We called Jason and asked if he could send someone out to look at the situation and correct the problem. Jason said he would check with the projects foreman about his availability and get back with us. Several weeks have passed with no further response with Jason.
