Their store is gorgeous and has the most beautiful dress options. My sister and i would recommend The White Magnolia to any bride!

My experience at TWM was beyond amazing. Everyone was so helpful especially my consultant Sierra! She was very receptive of my dress ideas and helped pick out dresses that were my style. She made me feel special and never pressured me into anything. TMW made my bridal experience unforgettable and a memory I will cherish forever. I would highly recommend their boutique to all my family and friends. They had a lot of beautiful dresses for a reasonable price with a variety of styles. Their opinions were honest and gave you time to really consider your dress before you bought. They gave you a reasonable time for all of my appointments and never rushed me. I would 5/5 recommend!

I had a really great experience with White Magnolia. They made the try on process absolutely seamless, and the choice of dresses that they had was incredible in itself. I tried on about 10 gowns overall, and honestly every single one of them could have been my dress, there truly wasn’t one that I didn’t like. I also felt absolutely no pressure to buy with them vs. previous bridal shops I had been to. Had a wonderful experience here and found my wedding gown! In fact, it was the third dress I tried on! The shop was beautiful. I got my own bridal room, and my entourage got to watch me try on every dress. I picked out five dresses I thought I would like, and the consultant picked out dresses thereafter based upon the style I was leaning towards. This made the experience very efficient in the hour and half time frame allotted. Would recommend visiting, especially if you are looking for a dress on a budget. I found a beautiful gown that was $1,500, which I thought was a steal.

My daughter, Philomena was treated with the utmost respect. They had a huge selection of beautiful bridal gowns for her to choose from.There is only one negative and that is with the independent seamstress. Just be careful, for she will not give you a price up front, nor even in the middle or toward the end. The dress was ordered too large for her and had to be taken in. There didn’t need to be any hemming only the sides and straps done. When I had the appointment to pick up her dress I asked her how much and she said $550.00. I was truly shocked. She stated her took her weeks to see it???? She does not accept checks or credit cards, only cash or ZELLE, which to me didn’t sit well. I was very unhappy when I left. I’m sure that it has to do with not paying taxes. I hope that the owner will speak to her about this. The reason I’m gave it 5 stars is that the store was fabulous. The seamstress not.

The White Magnolia offered such an AMAZING experience. Jordyn was so kind and offered such great insight and help. We were so impressed with how well she listened to exactly what I needed and wanted for my wedding dress! The boutique is so clean and beautiful. I am so happy I purchased my dream dress here. I had a great experience at White Magnolias Palm Beach location! I first went for a Sip & See (one of their monthly events for brides to scan through the whole line of dresses), then returned for a 30-minute preview appointment, and concluded with a 90-minute full appointment. I had already visited a few other shops, but wasnt looking for something lacy/floral that is so popular at many boutiques. I appreciated the diversity in their collection and ended up purchasing a truly unique dress that fits my style and that I am excited to show off to my guests! Jordyn assisted me during my appointment and also patiently answered all of my follow-up questions regarding sizing, alterations, and such. Great customer service!

If I could give more than just 5 stars I would. I had an incredible experience at The White Magnolia. Suzanne was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and really listened to what I was looking for. White Magnolia was my third bridal shop visit and where I said YES to my dress! From start to finish, Suzanne was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She really makes you feel special the entire time and listens to what you want and how you feel. The shop has a great selection, too - from simple/modern gowns all the way to beautiful fuller gowns detailed with lace/floral/rhinestones. All in all, shopping here for my wedding dress was a dream and I thank Suzanne so much for making the whole appointment even more special!

My experience at TWM was spectacular! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my time with Sierra. She was so sweet and took the time to understand what I was looking for prior to my appointment so that when I came in she was already knowledgeable about the styles I might like. She offered great suggestions and towards the end of my appointment, she brought in one last dress and said I just have a feeling about this one and she was right because that is the dress that I said YES to! Jordyn was very friendly and helpful in finalizing my decision. I never once felt pressured but rather felt like these ladies had my best interests in mind and wanted to make sure that I made the right decision for me and my special day. For someone who is VERY indecisive like myself The White Magnolia was amazing! I thought i was going to have to visit multiple bridal boutiques and try on a hundred dress but The White Magnolia was the second place i visited and where i said yes to the dress. Suzanne was so helpful and so patient with me. When i tried on a dress and loved it she would hang it on the wall. Every time i tried on another dress and liked it (which was so many of them) she would ask me if i liked it more or less than my “favorite” hanging on the wall and this is ultimately what helped me make a decision! My experience at The White Magnolia was outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Everyone was very welcoming from the moment we stepped inside. We worked with Jordyn, and she was amazing. She first sat me down and asked what I did and did not like about other places and dresses that I have tried on. She also wanted to learn about my wedding plans and venue to help pick a dress that would match. She let me browse the dresses and pick 5 dresses and then we went from there. Being able to try my dress in both natural light as well as artificial light was great. I was able to have time with my mom to discuss my feelings without feeling pressured. I love that White Magnolia allows for accessory only appointments so that I did not have to make all of the big decisions on one day. I cant wait to pick up my dress and come back to pick out my veil!

After getting engaged I knew I wanted my dress shopping experience to be a personable one because there were other salons I went to (as a bridesmaid) that definitely did not offer any of that. I had a great experience shopping for my wedding dress here! This was the very first store I visited to shop for my dress and the entire experience was so great. We were immediately welcomed into the store and the process was so smooth. I worked with Jordyn and she was extremely helpful and really listened to the type of dress I was describing to help find my dream dress. My experience with White Magnolia was beyond a 5 star. They made this very special moment fun for me as well as my guests. They blew me away with their product knowledge and made magic happen when they had a special dress brought in for me to try on. She had listened to what I liked and didn’t like and was able to pinpoint an exact style and fit I hadn’t even considered before to achieve the look I felt best in all while staying within budget. This is the MOST WONDERFUL bridal salon ever. I looked at so many in the area and nothing can compare. The interior and dresses are fresh and modern. The staff is totally professional and warm and really went above and beyond to show me different customization options and details. The staff was also very low-pressure in terms of making the sale that day. While I did end up saying yes to the dress that day, I felt no pressure whatsoever to do so. Other shops in the area provided much more high-pressure sales tactics. It feels so cliched to say I felt like a princess, but thats exactly how I felt! The incredibly sweet, supportive staff really wanted to make me feel comfortable and have the best experience--and thats exactly what I did!

Wonderful selection of styles and pricing! Not to mention how was fabulous the service provided and how gorgeous the store itself is. The best experience overall from the 3 boutiques I went to.

I never felt rushed or pressured as I felt in other stores. This was the third store I went to for my wedding dress. I tried on about 24 total. Prior to my appointment, I texted pictures of dresses I loved for different reasons and Jordyn was able to find me my perfect dream dress that I immediately said melted on me. I’m so so happy I found my dress here!

Finding just the right dress for our special, but laid back day was one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning for me. I love everything about White Magnolia!! I visited White Magnolia last March before COVID to try on dresses with my mom and sister. Booking an appointment was smooth and simple. Kailey responded quickly with a date and time that worked for me. I was the only one with an appointment while I was trying on dresses, which was so nice! The boutique is so pretty, and the lighting is very flattering for trying on dresses. White Magnolia has a great selection without being overwhelming. Kailey took one look through my pinterest and pulled perfect dresses that fit what I wanted with some amazing surprises. I didnt say yes to the dress the day of my appointment, but with COVID, White Magnolia went above and beyond in offering the say yes experience at home by sending champagne and other goodies to celebrate when I later chose to buy my dress from them. It just shows how much White Magnolia cares about their brides and giving them the best experience possible, even in these crazy times. Kailey has been so so responsive and helpful in finding accessories to match my dress and alterations in DC (since I cant make it back to Florida). I cant recommend them enough!! Before my appointment at TWM, I had visited two other bridal shops and had found the dress to beat. TWM had an amazing selection of gowns for me to try on; I liked almost all of them! Jordyn was so sweet and patient! She let me pick some gowns, as well as picked some out herself. She asked all the right questions about how I felt with each dress I put on. We narrowed it down to my top 3, then my top 2. Jordyn brought me out to the front of the store in the natural light and put the veil on. This was something I had not done in the previous bridal salons and it definitely helped me make my decision. Ended up saying yes to the most beautiful Dany Tabet dress! Thank you so much, Jordyn. The White Magnolia is without a doubt AMAZING! In comparison to my other experiences with bridal shops, The White Magnolia is absolutely no match - it’s a million times more amazing! I had a dream experience at White Magnolia with Suzanne! I had contacted her about three weeks ago with a dress in mind from Maggie Soterro. It was no where else locally and I had been day dreaming about this gown enough that I knew I needed to ask! She informed me that they had a sample of the dress coming in in a few days and so she scheduled my appointment around the arrival of the dress. Walking into White Magnolia, I was immediately at ease. Suzannes energy vibed well with my own right away. She made it clear that she had read through the notes I submitted about myself, my vision, and how important it it was for me to try on size inclusion gowns. She had the gown I requested, The Esther by Maggie Sotterro, ready for me to try on with a few others from the same designer and a few wild cards. However, the moment I put on the Esther, the search was over. I was the first bride to try on this sample and it truly felt made for me. I had tried on 14 dresses prior to this visit and had mixed experiences, but this was truly a formative moment! Suzanne was so thorough, thoughtful, and the ultimate hype woman to help me make this very easy decision! She asked me the question and I could not say Yes! fast enough! Every detail from the timing of the dress, to my girl Taylor Swift playing in the background, to the champagne and laughs had, it was magic. I am already looking forward to going back when my gown comes in so I can hang out with Suzanne again!

I loved my experience at the White Magnolia Palm Beach! My stylist, Jordyn, was amazing. She was great to work with and really paid attention to what I liked and didnt like when I tried on different dresses to help me find the perfect one. The boutique was very pretty, and we had a nice sized private area my mom and sisters were able to relax in which was even more comforting and safe given all things with COVID. Suzanne and Jordyn made my dress shopping experience wonderful, personable, and fun, and I am so happy I said YES to the dress! :)

What an experience! I truly felt like a princess from the moment I walked in. Kailey Murray is so talented and helpful, going above and beyond. This was my first wedding dress shopping experience and I found the dress of my dreams. I came with my mother, sister and best friend and not once did we feel rushed in any way. We had plenty of time and more! My bridesmaids were all on FaceTime, since they could not come due to COVID, but even they said Kailey was spectacular. I said YES TO THE DRESS @ The White Magnolia in West Palm Beach!!! My mother, sister & I had a really awesome & special experience! Prior to my appointment, I had an idea of what I liked but I am not well versed in design/style names - I filled out a survey answering a few questions and sent over some style inspiration ideas I had seen on instagram Suzanne was the consultant who assisted us & she is fantastic! She was even able to pull the exact dress I wanted to try on (without me even having a style # to provide to her) Suzanne actually picked the dress that I wound up choosing as THE DRESS based on some of the other likes I initially had. She had the knowledge & insight to pick my beautiful gown that I am OBSSESSED with, without me having picked it out of the rack myself... something I probably would have never chosen myself... and for that, I am forever grateful :) The boutique is CLEAN and had a super personalized touch in the try on room welcoming me by name and our wedding date on a little pink & white board - it was adorable and perfect for a photo op once I said yes to the dress :) Overall, a great experience! Im thankful that as an out of town bride, I was able to find them online and have the experience that I had ! (it was a little nervewracking to choose a place without ever visiting myself prior or having a word of mouth recommendation) Highly Recommend :)

I had an amazing time at the White Magnolia and even found the wedding dress of my dreams! I had a specific style in mind when I went for my appointment. Turned out there was something there for me that I could have never found online, and it was actually Kailey who had picked it out for me to try on! There are so many styles and price ranges to choose from. They are incredibly helpful with making the gown up to your “vision” and I couldn’t recommend The White Magnolia more. I purchased my dress the day I tried it on and I am so excited to work with them up until my wedding date.

This was my first experience at a bridal boutique, and I could not have been more blown away by the customer service and attention to detail. Kailey is an incredible person to work with, and really knows how to read people and tailor the dress options to their individual style. I gave her my budget and there were so many choices that I loved, all within that very tight budget! I felt like a princess with her help trying everything on.Ultimately, there was one dress that fit perfectly and I bought it right there on the spot. I had no idea what to expect, and assumed it would be the first of many dress shopping trips. I am doing a vow renewal ceremony in Montana this summer, and I wasnt sure what type of dress options would work for that kind of event. But Kailey knew exactly what I would like. I was so grateful that I booked the appointment at White Magnolia first! They exceeded all my expectations, and I cant wait to go back for the final fitting!

I cannot say enough great things about The White Magnolia Bridal Collection in WPB. I went to multiple bridal salons looking for the right dress, and TWM is just amazing! Unlike other places that typically stop putting you in dresses once you like a dress, TWM keeps letting you try on other similar dresses to compare to the one you like. For someone like me, this was great because it really helped me in clarifying that this was THE DRESS for me! Suzanne was my consultant there and she was AMAZING! She is professional, yet very personable and down to earth. She makes you feel at ease and really takes the time to get to know you and what your looking for. Shes also great with making suggestions. I also really loved how she kept my top 2 contender dresses to the side, as I continued to try on more dresses and then at the very end let me put my top 2 dresses on one more time. This really helped me to verify how much I loved my dress!The girls were soo accommodating too! I had an appointment with them on Saturday at 9 am. However, I also had another appointment scheduled for that day at 1 pm. I explained that while I really loved my dress I did have another appointment and wanted to go to that appointment still. The girls were very understanding and never once made me feel pressured to buy a dress. They took my measurements and told me to just call if I wanted the dress. Unfortunately none of my close friends could make it to this morning appointment either, only my mom and mother in law. However, shortly after leaving the salon, I got a text from Suzanne saying they had an opening at 4:30pm if I wanted to come back with my friends to say yes to the dress-- which is exactly what I ended up doing. They even offer you some champagne when you say yes to the dress, and have a lot of little extras that they offer. They even personalize things for you during your fitting and you have your own separate room which really helps during the time of COVID-19. The salon itself is adorable and the dresses they have there are all beautiful! If you want to look and feel like a princess on your day, then look no further! You will not be disappointed with The White Magnolia!

Where do I begin... I made an appointment at TWM not knowing anything about the shop! I could not be HAPPIER about my decision! I had a previous disheartening dress experience prior to my appointment at TWM and once I entered TWM, my feelings completely changed for the better! Jordyn (one of the dress attendants) immediately helped me to feel comfortable by listening to what I wanted and how I felt and ultimately assisted me in finding my dress!! I would never guess that my Mom, Grandma, MIL, and Cousin (MOH) would all be crying with me as I said yes to my dress. I cant say enough wonderful things - HIGHLY recommend TWM! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely loved my experience at The White Magnolia Palm Beach and cannot say enough about how amazing this place is in all aspects from the shop itself to the assortment and the incredible staff. I stumbled upon TWM browsing on the Knot, loved the vibe and decided to schedule an appointment to try on dresses with my mom, future mother-in-law, and little sister while I was in town for the holidays. I was helped by Suzanne, and she was nothing short of amazing from the very first email confirming my appointment and getting a feel for what I was looking for all the way through finding THE dress. Suzanne was so helpful, so friendly and made me feel totally at ease throughout the entire experience, even accommodating a last minute second appointment the very next day to give me time to make sure I was confident in my choice. I was helped by Jordyn the next day, and she picked up right where Suzanne left off. Could not be happier with my choice to check out TWM and recommend a million times over!!!

While there are hundreds of bridal shoppes all over and so many options to choose from it gets over whelming. Who carries what dress ?and how can the shoppe make the experience more magical than just buying a dress ? I stumbled upon this beautiful shop and it’s the best find about my entire wedding planning experience Kailey and Rebecca were outstanding - they knew exactly how to make a bride feel special on her big day. Super attentive always kept me informed and updated. The day I choose my dress was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to say Yes to the dress ! Love love love and highly recommend !!!

The White Magnolia in West Palm was hands down the best bridal shop that I went to. Everything from the dress selection to the service was wonderful. Truly an amazing experience. Every dress I looked at was gorgeous and so reasonably priced. Kailey was such a pleasure to work with. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me pick out my dream dress. Kailey was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! I reached out to White Magnolia Bridal for an appointment on January 19th as I was flying down to FL from NC to visit my family. We are all very close and it was important to me to have my family with me to pick out my dress. Kailey was so accommodating and worked to get us in on what I hoped to be my one and only dress shopping appointment. From the moment we walked in, Kailey was super helpful and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. I had my little 9yr old niece with me and I was so appreciative of how Kailey incorporated her into the appointment. She was basically her little assistant! Kailey was knowledgeable, very professional, and I would highly recommend her and White Magnolia Bridal at West Palm Beach! So glad I chose them and was able to have the opportunity to say yes to the dress!

Kailey was amazing from beginning to end! Unfortunately, I was not able to go into the store and do a normal trying on the dress experience due to the virus. But I found White Magnolias website and saw that they were doing virtual consultations. You have a consultation with them, pick your top dresses, and then you pick them up and try it at home. During the virtual consultation when I was picking the dresses, Kailey pulled some dresses that she felt I would like. Some were the ones I sent her and others were dresses that were similar to the ones I wanted. I ended up choosing one she picked and never thought I would have gone with. Grateful I was able to have this experience even though it wasnt what I expected when looking for a wedding dress.

I had the most amazing gown shopping experience at the White Magnolia with Kailey! Her energy is contagious and she really helped me follow my gut to picking my dream dress. I highly recommend this shop. All of their gowns are beautiful and the customer service is amazing!

JUST GO TO ANOTHER BOUTIQUE!If you notice, all of the 5 star reviews are due to Kailey!I had such an amazing experience with, Kailey Murray. I actually had my dad buy my dress at this boutique instead of our previous visit at a local boutique the day before, because kailey was AMAZING! & the dress at The White Magnolia was actually $500 more than the other boutique. However, due to how precious & personal our experience was, we couldn’t say no!ALTHOUGH, today I went in for my first dress alteration appointment! I called ahead & let them know I was going to be a little late (15 min until I was going to arrive) I showed up, 15 mins later & Suzanne decided it wasn’t okay now. She did not apologize for the miscommunication, she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or having me come in at the time I was told was okay & it really not being okay. She was rude, was clearly annoyed by me in front of another family & definitely did not make me feel welcomed! Since Kailey left the company, I am just so disappointed. I no longer felt like I was with the girls & instead felt I was an inconvenience. I have 2 other girlfriends of mine that are getting engaged this holiday season & il going to have them go else where. I’d never want them to feel the way I felt today. Thought I’d be thrilled to put back on my dress & instead was just so uncomfortable!! I was going to buy my veil & jewelry from them & instead we went to another boutique & I wish we had just gone there from the start!!! Save your positive energy & RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

After visiting two other boutiques The White Magnolia was the last stop on the list. And although I live in Tampa, I visited the boutique in Palm Beach with the hopes if I found a dress in the Palm Beach boutique maybe they would be willing to ship the dress to the Tampa location.The store itself is very chic and inviting at the same time. The dress were all beautiful and it was hard to choose. Working with Kailey was a dream. She made my family feel at home and she asked the right questions. Shes very knowledgeable about the designers.I would recommend The White Magnolia to any bride thats looking for the one.

I couldn’t say enough amazing things about The White Magnolia- Palm Beach location!!! Suzanne was beyond perfect. They had a survey prior to appt where you could provide what type of dress you are looking for, who will be at your appt etc. Suzanne also texted me the day before, super welcoming, and I was able to send her another photo of a dress I was interested in. She had that ready for me at my appt with other dresses that fit what I was looking for and let me pick out a few of my own. The store itself is so so BEAUTIFUL and perfectly bridal!!! Turns out, the first dress I tried on, I fell in LOVE with, and we secretly all knew I would choose it. Suzanne set the dress aside to try back on later, and we had so much fun trying on the other dresses and styles, and I was able to confidently say YES to the first dress! Suzanne was amazing every step of the way, and it was such a fun celebration at the end saying “yes to the dress!”. I can not wait to go back and pick it up!!! I had a great time at White Magnolia last week! I loved how comfortable they made me feel with making such a big decision. I thought finding a dress was going to be a long, semi-painful process but it was lovely...and quick! Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I went into my appointment and truly didn’t think I would find my dress the first time. Everything I thought I wanted, I didn’t like once I tried on. Kailey looked at the pictures I had liked and asked what I liked and didn’t like about each dress I put on. She had me try on a dress I wouldn’t have thought. IT WAS THE DRESS! I went during a trunk show, and I was able to make customizations to my dress to make it uniquely mine. Ive been to 3 bridal stores and The White Magnolia Bridal was by far the BEST! Kailey was amazing!!! She listens and wasnt pushy at all and she will give you her honest opinion. My overall experience was top notch and stress-free. She made me feel very comfortable from the beginning until I found my dream dress! The bridal room was beautiful and had some personal touch which makes every bride-to-be feel welcome and very special! She definitely has all the best intention for all the future brides!
