Ive used Bella Bridesmaids in the past when Ive been in weddings and ALWAYS had a great experience.Recently, I found myself in need once again for my own wedding and was running out of time due to a rescheduled wedding due to the pandemic.Faren not only found me a dress, but was kind and empathetic in my search. Being a 2020 bride that had to cancel a wedding was not ideal, but the light at the end of the tunnel for me in 2021, was Faren and her beautiful store.If you are reading this - know that you are in good hands with Faren. During your appointment - she will focus on YOU and make sure you are satisfied every step of the way.

I am so disappointed to see so many negative reviews. I went to bella bridesmaids on 2 different occasions. One for my bestfriends wedding and one for mine. The owner, Faren was a joy to work with. She made this process beyond easy. We booked appointments and she dedicated time to ME and MY bridesmaids which should be done when you have an appointment. If you choose to walk into a store without an appointment thats on you not the owner. She devotes her time to scheduled customers. She knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled dresses to make sure all bridesmaids felt amazing in the dress I chose.

Had my MOH call, while visiting wedding wear stores, to schedule an appointment, and she got a huffy receptionist who was Cleary perturbed by someone just simply calling to schedule an appointment, and who immediately responded with “what is your budget? So you don’t waste our time”. I don’t know who this person was, but that is beyond the most unprofessional thing to do. I don’t know if they’re bored and just are trying to go out of business? But that’s the best attitude to have to go about that. Don’t even bother.Update: A reply to the reply. The conversation did not even go that long. You are blatantly lying right now as I was sitting right next to my MOH and can hear your snide tone from the moment you answered the phone. My MOH was not flippant, my MOH couldn’t even get a further word out before your rude response of asking for your time to “not be wasted”. But now it makes more sense why your ratings are so bad because you blame EVERYONE else for your nasty attitude and you’re supposed to be the actual business owner. Wow. That’s horrible. And THEN you have the nerve to call my MOH back to debate how you did not speak rudely is just some real serious unprofessional stuff after a review.Brides, enter at your own risk! I’m sure this owner will be at her best behavior now for a small time, now that she’s been called out.

This was my first time being in a wedding, I was very nervous and worried that I wouldn’t find something or would buy something I didn’t love. But when we entered the women helping us was so welcoming! There was 3 of us trying dresses, we are all different size and height but she listened to each of our needs and was so honest about everything including price. We ended up finding the perfect dress that we ALL LOVED!! Truly an amazing experience we couldn’t be happier ❤️

Love Bella Bridesmaids in West Palm Beach!! They have numerous dresses in every price range and color! I cant say enough amazing things about Faren! She really made the shopping experience for me and my bridesmaids enjoyable. She is so easy to communicate with and would respond to my messages immediately day or night. She made the ordering process super easy and explained everything that needed to be done step by step.

I tried to find the location but it looks like it closed. On website it says appointments only. Bummer that there is no sign to communicate anything.

Took 3 of my bridesmaids here on Saturday to try on dresses. The woman helping us was so kind and very honest. She listened to each of my girls for their desires, chose from a huge selection a few dresses all which looked great on their different body types. We actually found a dress that worked for all three, and she helped me figure out a solution for my 4th bridesmaid which is out of state who couldnt try on this first time with us. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much.

Went to Bella Bridesmaids for a very tough request -- I needed to try on a dress from the designer to see how it would fit as a wedding dress. Not only was she able to help me navigate the weirdness that is wedding dress shopping during a pandemic, but she went way above and beyond to help hunt the dress down in a state-side warehouse so I would have it in time. The result? I got my dress, with a coupon, and no rush fees, in time for our wedding. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience today selecting our bridesmaid dresses! Bella has a great selection of dresses. I picked out the designer and the color and my bridesmaids and had 11 or 12 different styles to choose from. The owner brought us the each dress to try one and allowed us input and answered questions we had. She even created a showroom (an online platform to review the dresses and for out of town bridesmaids to review as well)It was such an easy process and I would absolutely recommend anyone in palm beach county who is looking for a great selection and great prices of bridesmaid dresses to make an appointment at Bella Bridesmaids.

This store is WONDERFUL! I went in with a difficult color scheme and variety of dresses that I wanted. I made several appointments with Faren to perfect the dress and color I wanted for my bridesmaids. The store employees have amazing customer service and are very knowledgeable on the dresses. These are the types of places that make the wedding experience fun and worthwhile! I would definitely recommend getting your dress or bridesmaids dresses from this store!

We had such a great experience yesterday morning! Our group had really diverse body types, a fairly strict budget, and a lot of strong opinions. Ferrin was so patient and accommodating and found the perfect dresses for my bridal party. She really listened to my ideas and feedback. I couldnt be happier with the dresses or the experience!

I send all of my brides to Bella Bridesmaids! The owner is kind, patient and accommodates all shapes and sizes. Her inventory is beautiful and its appointment only so the experience is really nice for groups! You wont be disappointed!

My mom, sister (bride), my daughter and I all went here for bridesmaids dresses for my sisters wedding, and it was an experience that is unparalleled anywhere else. The owner was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. If I could shop here for all of my clothes I would in a heartbeat. We all felt the same and highly recommended this store!

I used Bella Bridesmaids for my 6 bridesmaids and they were super easy to work with, however, I will say be cautious when they tell you have to order extra length for a dress. They made a few of my bridesmaids do that because of their height and they had to pay extra and then when they got the dress it was way too long and had to pay a seamstress to cut off the same fabric added $$$.

I was amazed by the selection and service we received yesterday from Faren and her staff. The dresses are beautiful and my bridesmaids felt so special that this time was devoted to them. We chose a gorgeous dress and I cannot wait to see them in it. I wish I could rate this store more than five stars and would recommend it to anyone looking for dresses.On a side note, that makes me very sad to read, a group of girls came into the store during my scheduled appointment with my bridesmaids. The girls did not have an appointment, yet Faren tried to help them. The girls were bratty, rude and made a mess of the beautiful store by going through so many dresses. I even overheard them say that they couldn’t order from here because their wedding was in two months and it takes about four months for delivery. I am sad because I just saw that three of the girls wrote a bad review against this store. I am astounded at the audacity of them! I witnessed the exchange between the Bella staff and them and it was nothing but professional and courteous. Some people are just so rude. Please ignore their reviews, this store is amazing.

A wonderful experience for bridesmaid dress shopping! Faren, is extremely patience, and very quick at communicating. She made bridesmaid dress shopping such a smooth process. I would highly recommend to any bride!

Make an appointment for this place or the lady there will be rushing you for everything. I had to walk in because she never answered the phone the few times I called. She even poked her head in the fitting room just to take dresses while my bridesmaids were changing. Taking 3 dresses into the fitting room is not “destroying racks “. . .I went to high end places and people were glad to help! I’m just simply stating my opinion. The fact that the owner is upset and telling other people to leave reviews about us to up and help her rating shows how unprofessional she is. Also the people writing these reviews would know the wedding is not in 2 months. I also advised people in my comment to make an appointment to help you. It’s a shame that such a beautiful store has an owner that lies & gets mad at people giving her business. No disrespect to the store I just advise to not go if you don’t want to deal with people like that!

I honestly wish i could leave no stars to leave this review because i delt with the most unprofessional owner ever. We walked in to give her business and purchase dresses from her and she apparently was upset that paying customers were looking to help her with business. What infuriates me even more is that i purchased a $100 dress, giving her business and she had the audacity to treat me and my fellow bridesmaids as if we were not as important as her other customers. She also rushed us and even walked in on me undressing ... Unprofessional and disrespectful !Im sorry that you respond so poorly to constructive criticism and i think your response is a perfect example of your lack of customer service . Lesson 101 The customer is always right. A simple apology would have been just fine .

Never go to David bridal come to this lovely bridal shop its more imitate and the service was great

We came in here and the girl who was there was very unprofessional and rude. She kept rushing us. While we were trying on bridesmaids dresses she was telling us to hurry up because there was people waiting. It’s very unfortunate that on a special occasion like a wedding we’re being rushed to choose a dress. Due to her bad attitude we decided not to purchase dresses for 4 bridesmaids. Definitely not coming back here again.

I visited the store for bridesmaid dresses I talk to the lady and she said she will give me a call after talking to her designer. I waist 3 days waiting for her call and she never call back. Bad experience.

If I could rate 100 stars I would! Faren is amazing!! She has dresses for every price range, body shape, and color scheme! She was so patient with my group that included a 6 yo. During our appointment another group came in to try on dresses and I was so amazed by the way she was able to multitask and divided up her attention without us feeling neglected. I gave her a few details about my wedding and boom!! She picked the most perfect dresses. I can’t thank you enough Faren!! I can say with confidence that the bad reviews are outlandish and childish. Faren is one of the most professional business women I have met in the wedding industry.

I was at bella bridesmaids for a fitting on Saturday around 4:00 when these girls who are writing negative reviews walked in, I am Spanish as well and these accusations are appalling. The owner could have easily asked these ladies to leave for many reasons. First the door states it is by appointment only and second their wedding is in two months and the owner let them know that unfortunately none of the sample dresses would come in on time. She offered for them to browse her discontinued rack. The group of girls destroyed her racks and took over the store while the owner was finishing up with my fitting and another appointment. She cleared out a room for them to try on dresses, and the next scheduled appointment walked in for their booked time slot. If anything I want to state how welcoming this store is and how amazing the owner was to work with and how knowledgable she is of the product. I would recommend this place over and over again! I am disgusted at the harsh lies the group of these people have bombarded this small business with on google reviews.

Make sure you make an appointment or else no one will even bother to greet you. First impression is key in customer service. Wont be recommending this place.
