Called on a Monday to order a part for my mercury motor. Was told it would arrive in 3 days. Called back in 3 days (Thursday) and was told it would not be in until the following Tuesday. Ended up finding part in stock elsewhere before the weekend. Power Plus called me on Tuesday to tell me part was in, I told them I was all set and had found it elsewhere. The guy got upset and thanked me for wasting HIS time. Maybe if he would have given me an accurate ETA I would not have even ordered. Good news is now I know where not to do business.

Guy there was super rude. Wouldnt recommend my worst enemy going there. Spoke to him about getting trim tabs done but was just rude beyond imagination. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ALSO USE CHEAP PARTS TO REPLACE THERE BOATS WITH. IVE SEEN THE ITEMS THEY USE. NOT GOOD.

Billy and his family have taken care of us for over 10+ years. He has kept us running without any problems and takes last minute appointment when we need to get back on the water. Power Plus is a family oriented company with customer service ranked at 110%. This is why I will continue to have them service my Mercury Marine Outboard. Thanks for all the work you do. You guys always exceed my expectations.

As a local kid, I would come to this place eager to learn how the work on these motors and boats. Billy and Sandra took me in and tolerated me. Lol. Learned a great deal over the years. Now, 30+years later.....I still drive by and see whats going on. Great people and I appreciate everything they did for me.

This place is absolutely unbelievable. Due to work, we are unable to take much vacation. We planned a trip over to West End and had a late day engine failure stopping us from taking off timely. These guys squeezed us in first thing in the am and we were out within 1 hour! Unbelievable! 10 stars if possible.

I have used them because they are near my house, bought a motor from them that was supposed to have been rebuilt but had low compression in 1 cylinder. First he said it was bad cylinder, then i told him I just bought it there, and then he said its ok to have low compression in 1 cylinder. Bad experience, dont recommend to anyone. Sometimes I buy parts there call or ask about parts and they treat me like an idiot. All the other south Florida Mercury dealers are much better, Power Plus is the worst.

Bill and his techs made sure my engine was fixed, they went above and beyond to do it for a reasonable price as well
