My experience at this dealership was terrible. They are plenty friendly and courteous, but the whole experience is a finesse from beginning to end, with the sales manager himself using cheap sales tactics trying to secure the sale. The most egregious part of the experience was their Arrigo Advantage, which essentially is disguised GAP coverage, which can only be used at Arrigo itself, they also force you to accept this Arrigo Advantage service and it is quite expensive as well. I can say with confidence that my experience was so bad, that I will never purchase a vehicle at Arrigo.

Alex did a great job in answering my questions and taking me out on a test drive, etc. However, I was taken aback by the $998 pre-delivery charge which seemed quite exorbitant. While the vehicle seems like a good deal on the interior and the exterior, under the hood was not ready for prime time. However, I gave a rating of 5 for the patience and tolerance in customer service, extended by Alex and Orlando.

The worst service experience Ive ever had at a dealership. First I waited a whole month for my parts to come in. Second they gave me the option to wait or come back later on the same day to get my car back. I came to find out a day later that the car was still not in the shop and its going to take a few days to get repaired. They tell me to come in and get a rental car and they offered me a freaking minivan. I had tonwait almost an hour to get into the rental because the dealership didnt send over the forms to release the rental. We, both enterprise and I called and called. Theses guys never answered! Next time I will travel the 30 miles to the Alfa dealership in Fort Lauderdale. Hopefully there Ill have a better experience.They started to leave a bad taste in my mouth. I changed my 1 star to give them 4 starts because Claudio and Andy saved the day and got my car done on the second day, the very same day I got the rental. If you must go to this dealership, see Claudio.

Contacted them about a car & its pricing.Was told the best price is the online price... then added another $1k in Dealer fees AND an additional $3500 in other fees like reconditioning fees!! Woah!! I’d expect that from a hole in the wall dealership. But not a known franchise dealership!

I purchased my Alfa from Arrigo and Daniel helped me with the process. I live in Davie but had such a bad experience even in the car picking process that after talking to Daniel twice on the phone I decided to drive up to Palm beach. Daniel and his team have always been nothing but courteous and honest. Even when I ran into other issues with service in other dealerships close to us, like Rick Case, Daniel would advise me to the best of his knowledge for the best possible outcome. Most recently I had another issue and Daniel and the service team were able to fix it for me in less than 4 mins for free while other dealerships were deceiving me to pay them $800 for 3 hrs of labor to fix it; so yes I would drive up to Palm beach to Arrigo anytime because of their honesty and the high level of professionalism they exhibit. I heard bad reviews about this place but decided to see for my myself...regretting that decision now.Brought my 2018 Giulia in for service due to a squeaking/creaking noise coming from the front suspension of the car...they were unable to diagnose the problem. The sound continued to get worse over a couple months.I decided to take the car to Stuart Alfa Romeo in Stuart, FL...they diagnosed the problem within a few hours.What’s funny is the problem was caused from the wrong size tire being placed on the front right of the car (not Arrigos fault)...what makes it funny is Arrigo Alfa Romeo supposedly had my car up on a lift TWICE and never noticed it (find a new technician).Arrigo Alfa Romeo does not have a loaner vehicle program (they are trying to get it back) - Stuart Alfa Romeo gave me a 2020 Stelvio with 600 miles on it...Customer service between both dealerships is night and day. I will never go back to Arrigo and do not recommend anyone else with an Alfa Romeo or looking to buy an Alfa Romeo to give them their business.Respectfully,

Went in for warranty service and as usual had an outstanding experience with the Arrigo West Palm Service team. Holly went out of her way to cover my warranty issues in detail and had me out in a courtesy vehicle promptly. Their waiting area is comfortable and accommodating with TVs coffee, and some breakfast items (danish etc) Overall its a well run very convenient service dept.

This place is the worst I’ve been two times already and it’s always the same thing. I made my appointment at 9 and they showed up at 11. They never got the time to even check properly the problem on my car. The person in charge of the service was Claudio he certainly is the most useless worker I’ve ever met and super disrespectful.

My Fiat gets great care here. I appreciate their approach on maintaining my vehicle... always giving me warning about tires, brakes, etc so there arent any surprises.

I serviced the fire extinguishers for Preventive Fire and Ive been in alot of garages over the past 6 years. This garage was by far the cleanest.

Had an oil change there a couple of weeks ago. Very efficient. Quick service. They did try to push additional services. Waiting room was spacious with a Keurig machine. Nice people

This people are not the best to trust ones vehicle to. They have me to pay for a diagnosis that they didnt even perform. What they say the van that they manufactured has as issue wasnt that. Take it back to them, they say it was a problem with the thermostat. They fixed one issue and had to take it back to the place where they did the thermostat this year. New thermostat is in, problem still remains. Now, cannot utilize the van after spending almost $1000 for an issue that still in effect.

I honestly do not understand why they have one 5 star review. Once you drive away they are done with you. No customer service at all. You are on your own with any problem. They told us to return on a problem with the breaks and when we came back expecting it to be taken care of as promised, we were treated awful. This was an easy fix for them maybe$150.00 . Rude and uncalled for treatment. If you want good customer service and honesty dont buy your car here.

The reviews are correct! The gave me a price, then verbally said another as I sat there with the mager and salesman. I called back and said ok....and they said woukd only sell at the higher price which was $3,888 more. I figured the reviews were just mad people spewing resentment, but they did the same thing to me. Not honest! Dont shop here for a vehicle. I was ready to buy!!! I drove down the road to Schumacher and got a pickup there and they gave me a better deal and went above and beyond!! I wanted a GMC over a dodge anyway!!
