Had two heavy duty truck batteries that we had purchased less than two years ago still under warranty.The service representative was very responsive and advised me of the prorated rate for the new batteries.She even helped me get them taken out and put into the trunk of my car.Happy Customer Again. 😊

These guys are so easy to deal with. I called them on the phone and they answered quickly and found my battery in minutes. I came in to pick it up and it was ready to go.

Needed a radiator for my wifes SUV and after calling many auto parts stores I found this store had the best price ..... $75 lower than everyone else!!!! Store was clean, well organized and the clerk was very informative, helpful and shared some valuable tips for my project. Very pleasant experience!!

I went there today and the lady behind the counter tested my battery said your batteries perfect no problems then when I went to Pep Boys brought a new battery went back to my truck it started right up no problems she didnt even flinch when I said I already tested it I could only get a jump off the battery just changed the alternator so know it wasnt a problem I would not recommend this place they suck All I have to say is SOME PEOPLES KIDS SHM F NAPA

Great location next to the airport. Nice big store. But when it comes to the saying customers are always right its true. Employees, or atleast 1 was super lazy and gave me the wrong part for 2 different parts. Even after checking to make sure I had the right part. I return home and realize another part was the wrong 1 after opening a similar box. What a waste of time coming to this store. Owner or manager should discipline their employees. What is the whole point of keeping shelves stocked with parts behind the counter if the employee cant even get the right thing when asked for?

Reasonable price auto parts store competing hard against the other auto parts store but its always a great place to go when you need to really hard to find parts for that motor and your old tractor something rare thats spot to go

Horrible customer service. I saw an associate light a cigarette inside the store, took two hits and smoke his cigarette by the exit door as he stood inside. The other associate yielded that she didnt know how much oil was in this customer cars as he was trying to get oil and parts for an oil change. One guy behind the cash register completely ignore two of my questions for some oil. Another associate was sitting down behind the front desk as customers where comming in to thw store. Is this private operated store? If not thay need to review tjeir customer service protocol.
