I adore shopping at Publix grocery store. They have excellent quality food and my hubby and I Love to get Boars Head turkey sandwiches at their deli. An associate named Caleb made us two sandwiches tonight and he Rocked!!!! Thank you so much, Caleb, we loved having it for dinner!!

I want to thank Melissa at the front for being so kind, patient and helpful. I was trying to figure out my WIC payment and she really made the process easy and understandable. She gave me great tips & tricks for my future purchases. She was extremely gracious even after I used the wrong payment after we got it all figured out and I had to come back in to use the correct one. All of the errors were 100% my fault and she helped me through it all with a genuine on her face. Thank you again Melissa, for everything!

I have to say that for me Publix has the best bakery you can find anywhere. Ive been going there for years and years and have never been disappointed until yesterday. I bought a birthday cake that was frozen out of the freezer and brought it home . I let it thaw out and when we were eating it we all had to comment about how dry the cake was. Even the next day it was dry. This cake was one of the worst Ive ever had from one of the best bakeries I know.

This Publix offers good food and a nice eating Area. The internet conexion was Fast

Not to bad for a super market usually always stocked full of the correct groceries that its supposed to be not to mention the employees that you can get help from that would love to help you with what ever you need help with.

I was brushed off by a cashier to a darker skinned women (who was polite) at a checkout station; who then serviced the customer who came in after I did. on 7.2.21. I was not going to leave review, assuming she was just having a bad day. Then on 7.3.21, I was followed throughout the store by staff, when I went in to buy groceries. I should have left the items on the shelf and went else where. This treatment of customers who aren’t up to anything bad; is unjustifiable. I might run in for an emergency but I can not, with good conscious, continue to be a patron at this Publix store again.I’m new to Publix and the area. This is my 3rd shopping experience at this particular location and neither have been very pleasant nor was any appreciation shown for my patronage. I must go elsewhere.

I walked in for a few items. We were from another state and I was most unfamiliar with this store. Every place I stopped, I was warmly greeted. Behind the deli counter, a young man new at his job was exceptionally helpful. His co-worker was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was offered many choices and they both did a little up selling. Impressive that a teenager was that confident.As I looked at my phone at my list, another employee stopped me to ask if he could help and directed me to the aisle I needed. Yet another employee walked with me down the grocery aisle to point out the next item.The cashier was outgoing and the manager who was filling in offered to take my groceries to my car. I told her my husband was in the car waiting.What could have been an average trip around the grocery store turned out to be a very pleasant and unexpected experience for me. When is the last time the chore of grocery store became something other than a chore? Check out Publix. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Workers not very friendly at all. Never acknowledged any customer and the floor help run you down bad manners. Must have terrible managers at this store. I love Publix but not this store!

Public is almost always well stocked and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The prices for most items are a bit higher than other grocery stores. The meat prices are usually very high. Any grocery trips taken here are for some specific items and rarely can you come out with any meat products and have a grocery bill thats under $100.

This review may be a little biased. I love Publix. The customer service is always wonderful. I went to the Deli today to get lunch. Food was fresh and disappearing because it is so good. I even noticed the manger helped with bags and walked someone to their car.

Very clean store with ample parking...one of the clerks looked up a food item for me And told me exactly where it was... Nicest grocery store in town, in my opinion... Plus their subs are way better than subway (and I like subway)

Really disappointed with the service. I had to run off to do my own price check since my item wasnt in the system, while the cashier and bagger traded jokes.

The check out situation needs attention. Not enough people checking, bagging etc. Self check out is always a hitch or two or three. We get it, you’re forcing customers to self check out by not manning the 10 empty registers. Shopping is less pleasurable when dealing with the fussy self check out machine.

I love their meats and the BOGO deals. They have a great deli and make great subs. Their vegetables and fruit are pricey. All in all, its a good place to shop.

Well publix by itself doesnt need reviews since its Awsome!!! I just wanted to write about the part they make sandwiches. You know with 8 bucks you cannot purchase any sub that is as big as these subs or fresh as these ones. The chicken Tenders they give you contains 4 pieces of fresh chicken and whole lots of other condiments and a very fresh bread. It takes force to close that sandwiches believe it or not !!!Their menu is varied and thr cold sandwiches i would recommend you get boars head brand since they are super delicious. The salad they have as well is huge as well. It is a bowl that contains basically everything in it for 5 bucks !!! I seriously dont know how they make profit out of it but i know they are simply the most tasteful and delicious subs i ever had, Bravo 👏👏

I like this publix just alot of customers that wonder the isles aimless and lost. Normaly would not mind but during the covid outbreak its agrivating

Clean, make sure to have all the bogos on display. From their bakery to the seafood area I can’t stop shopping here for the freshest food.

We came in today and our cashier, I believe his name is David Y, was the nicest and most respectful person we met ! He made sure we had everything we needed, and had an amazing attitude. He really made our visit great 😊 Also had a very nice lady help me out in the Delhi (can’t remember her name ) but she mentioned her father owned a Pepperidge farms franchise . Both of these employees are amazing, and deserve a raise !

Pricey, we only shop the specials here because their everyday day prices are high. But they provide great service.

Its ok but they dont even carry half of the food the the bigger Walmart carry. They only carry the pricier foods. And they try to watch u too hard make u feel as if ur a thief. Im the most honest! And have plenty of money.

We usually always find what we are looking for, and if not we surprisingly find something new or better that we try instead. We only shop at Publix for the best produce, and the publix deli has so many new options of already prepared, and packed meals. Everything from breakfast to lunch, dinner, and even dessert. All fresh and ready to go.All the staff are ready to help, they know where everything is and have no problem taking you right to it.Check out is always nice, full service is great! They scan, pack, and offer you help to your car.We order all of our special occasion cakes from them we love every bite.We have used publix delivery before and were very pleased both with the service, the quality of products, and the very fast delivery.

After setting an apt to get a Coved Booster and being 10 minutes early then watching four people walk in after me and get their shots before me ! Very disappointing, frustrating and realizing what an inefficient bunch of people work at this Pharmacy ! I was there for 45 minutes !You all just be ashamed of yourselves ! Not a professional setup at all !I wont be going to this place again ! They dont know what they are doing !

Fresh cut flowers were not fresh. Had a poor choice to choose from. Poor choice of magazines to choose from.

You can always find what you want and need, great variety, down side is the store is way to small for the amount of business, its suffocating, always running into someone uck

For some reason the shelves were almost empty. I have never seen before. Went to another Publix and it was the same.

Clean, good selection, rarely out of stock on essentials, and they have a good grasp on having enough cashiers during peak times to where checkout isnt a pain. Great grocery store overall.

Really not maintaining the idea that we are in the midst of a pandemic. Really not keeping people going through an organized way, the 1 way signs arent being followed by many and if you ask an employee they dismiss you. They utilize the self checkouts without cleaning them, feels like its just to be able to cut staff. They have bogos on nonessential items (ie.bags of M&Ms) and run out and say they arent giving rain checks (because of COVID). What a flimsy excuse and a way to USE the pandemic. Meanwhile plenty of people going around without masks and not social distancing.

I visit this Publix on my lunch breaks. They are always friendly and the deli makes a mean sub! My usual is a spinach wrap with Publix turkey and all the veggies! I eat in my car while reading. I love Publix!

I have great success with the Publix Deli in the past at other locations.However, i ordered three subs online from the Windover Square location to pick up at 11:50. I got to the store at 11:45 and ended up waiting until 12:15 for the subs to be ready. When I got home and bit into the sub the avocado was as hard as a brick and not edible. I will never order from this Publix again.

Why dont you have varieties of things that comes from the Caribbean islands The few things that you have there are very expensive and other places that sell these item are way more cheaper.

The self checkout pads where you put items after scanning is to small, causing one item to fall and break open after we paid for it, the woman working the front saw it happen and walked away.

Not enough cashiers. They make you wait in long lines at times for 1 or 2 cashiers. We need a northern competitor in town.

I went to get subs, the lady named Jamie was very rude to me and told me that I needed to call ahead to order the sandwiches because I wanted 5, after me being nice and telling her that I usually do but this time I didnt get the chance to do so, she still gave me a hard time all the way through making the sandwiches (which is her job) and made sure that she would make me feel awful and by the end when I got home, all of the sandwiches were missing ingredients and made wrong.This is the first time I ever get really disappointed and upset shopping at publix and would not recommend shopping at this store since they give you a hard time to do their jobs.

Online order a boars head CHICKEN reuben... picked it up ..drove all the way home to discover its beef...I dont eat beef..not up to driving all the way back..dissapointed!! Also...beef wasnt even an option soooo???

Ive never been inside of a bigger supermarket, but my standards for a super market are relatively low.

I went in for a Birthday cake yesterday, around 4pm and the Bakery lady demonstrated phenomenal customer service to get me in and out asap. I wish I would have gotten her name.

I ordered a sandwich online at 715 a whole sub on white bread to be picked up at 800. When my girlfriend showed up they said they didn’t have any breads except half a wheat sub or wraps. Extremely dissapointed
