Always great, friendly, helpful service. When Ive asked where a item is the staff member has always not only told me where but also taken me right to it. (No matter what they were doing. 1 time the staff member was on a step ladder and got down, though I didnt mean for her to do so, she wouldnt have it any other way!) You can save by clipping coupons on the app and when you enter your phone number at the register itll automatically transfer the coupons. They have great BOGO specials. The fruits and veggies are some of the best, and the meat is quality. Their sushi is always fresh and very good. I only buy food here because household items such as paper towels or cleaning supplies are more expensive but theres sometimes good deals and its convenient. A wide variety of everything, spices, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, dog and cat food, make up and toiletries, baby needs, even bug spray.

This is a very well organized store. Shelves are stocked. Very clean atmosphere. Friendliness and professionalism of the staff runs about 50/50. Some are great, some are just there. Will return.

Always so clean and well stocked, very courteous people and when lines are getting long, they open up registers very quickly.Produce is great! A very pleasant place to shop!

This is a smaller, older style layout with bathrooms at the back of the store. I think this area needs a newer, larger Publix as this store isnt big enough to accommodate the number of people who shop here. Clearance items were not marked down as much as they usually are at other Publixes. Regardless, it is a Publix, so 5 stars for cleanliness and neatness.

I love shopping at Publix but today i bought a watermelon bowl and it opened up because they put the label on the same side of the lock and when i pulled it out of the bag the watermelon went all over the floor... Ugh!!! So upset 😡 it was $8.22...

I wish this Publix had self checkout. I like to bag my own groceries. I pack my recycle bags and try to waste as little as possible. Cashiers dont pack like I do.

Store is clean, the people who work there are friendly and helpful. If they dont know the answer to your question, they will find out for you or find somone who does. The store is bright and arranged well and I have found management responsive. Meats and seafood are fresh. Their bakery has an excellent reputation and their cakes are not only attractive to look at,they are very tasty and reasonably priced.

This is my favorite publix in the area. They have an excellent meat department. The selection is very good and everything is always fresh. Customer service is hit or miss, but that’s to be expected during the current covid situation I guess.

Publix is my fave place to grocery shop. They have a wide variety of products. The store is clean and orderly too. Love the BOGO and online coupons!

I would have given 5 stars but this location has not been the same since covid lockdown. Service takes longer, items are not always in stock. I asked about ordering and was told the items were ordered but they did not know when it would arrive. I asked if they had invoices with the deliveries. The manager said yes, but we dont know whats on the order. I kind of laughed at this because I know from experience in a packing warehouse that the invoice would show exact contents of the order. So its common place to bs a customer until they leave. Then an employee told me that sometimes they allow employees to have first pick of limited order items. Needless to say the last encounter I had was not a shopping pleasure.

Its a pretty standard Publix, the cashiers a fairly friendly I like dealing with the deli people.

Publix is always the place to grocery shop, I went in for the restroom of what to my surprise cleanest of the cleanest. Thanks Publix you never disappoint 🥰

This particular store is always crazy busy. But they always manage to keep the store clean and the shelves stocked. I just wish the bakery would bring back the icebox cheesecake

I love this store. All the employees seem to be so happy to be working there. The store is very clean. I never have to negotiate around shopping carts in the parking lot.

I would give it 5 stars but the fruits are always too right they need to fix better fruit bowls than they do customer service is nice everything else is good

The sub line was packed, waiting 30 minutes.. after making it to the girl, she had to slice white American, well it must have been the end of the cheese as i got bits of cheese not even full slices! Ive never had this bad of an experience at this publix but now i will drive further

Ordered my daughter a bday cake with raspberry filling.. didnt even make it into the house when I looked down into the box on my lap and noticed something was not right with our cake. Took it out of the box on our table and saw the entire top layer of the cake had so much jelly on it that the entire top slid off the bottom! Was sooo disappointed! Had to serve it to our guests.. needless to say wont be ordering cake here again. 😒

Great store but way over priced. Want to save 9n common items go.to Walmart. For specialty stuff like cakes etc. Publix is better.

I like this place. I typically get a pedicure here a few times throughout the year. This visit has been my first this year due to the pandemic. It was clean and COVID-19 protocols were being followed. They got me in and out.

All these stores are great, but this one has a kiosk for renewal of your dmv tag...no appointment, no waiting and no problem...it was a quick and easy process...no cash though, card only for payment. Time saving factor of 10

So on my way home after working 11hrs, called to make sure the deli still made subs at 8pm. Was told yes, got there only 2 people in front of me but waited 25 min. Before I was up, 25 min for 3 subs. No, and yes owned a pizzeria in ny does not take 25 min for 3 cold subs. Lady then says Ill have to cut meat is that Ok? Really? Yes that is fine,this allowed me to take a closer look at the rotten tomato,the oregano cont sitting in the spinach,the countless empty containers in the prep station and the rolls were empty, a but wait we have more on this rack sitting in front of the dish sink that the fryer guy was bringing chicken stuff over to wash. Might I add the rolls were on the bottom rack wide open for the 2 flies I saw flying around. I politely said thank u i changed my mind. I brought this to Jims attention, the manager on duty. Said wow 3 times Ill have to go check that. Such professionalism. I have attached a few pics. U decide

Average shopping at publix. Out of some items I wanted. Prices are high

Publix deli should take lessons from chic filet, lots of frowning employees and the slowest deli service ever. Management needs to secret shop the very slow efficiency of the lines and consider a ticket system or offer to take orders and allow customers to pick up there deli meats. Publix is constantly running out of publix brand whole wheat bread, and has placed limits on the amount of certain items you can purchase, understandingly we are in a pandemic but the fact remains that placing limits on purchases requires the shopper to return to the store multiple times risking further contact and spread. A limit of two pizzas etc. isnt enough food for a family of 8 and I would think by this point in the pandemic Publix should have there game together and adjusted there logistics accordingly.

Usually we love this Publix; however, our love is diminished. Even with Publix corporate and city mask requirements during the pandemic, to especially protect those of us with pre-existing conditions, store management consistently does not require customers to follow those requirements. If we are exposed, guess where we must point.Other grocers in this part of Brevard Co. are more responsible.

Customer service in the bakery was the worst I have ever experienced. I will NEVER EVER order from here again.

This is one of my personal favorite stores thats in this franchise. If you know Publix then you know across the board, they are one of the best stores thats left around. They still butcher their meat so you can get it how you want it. The employees here are fabolous. Enjoy

Great place to go and get groceries! Their employees are amazing!! One of the employees walked with me to my car and helped me put my bags in the trunk and also took back the cart. I wish all stores were like Publix!! Btw the best deli food ever!!

Always find what I need here, the employees are courteous, and ghd pharmacy is top notch.

The bakery girls are on point, work very hard and is still helpful in the most patient way.Jackson is an awesome cashier, its nice to know who to look for because check-out is the worsr part of shopping here. It just gets sO busy sometimes but at least most of the employees are pleasant & efficient.Usually well stocked, only issue can be parking.
