This location is fantastic!I have gone to many different locations and this by far was the bestWide open spaces, feels very clean and upkeep.. Has a variety of all your needs and wants..Huge furniture sectionThe employees were friendly. I was able to get in and out of the store with easeI will definitely be coming back for future visits

I hadnt been to a Big LOTS in a long time. Wow! They are better than ever. Clean, nice, great service and had exactly what I needed.

The staff is wonderful. The store and restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Never been terribly busy at the times Ive been there.

I broke down and bought one. Big Lots! Offered me a discount as a district employee; which I greatly appreciated. Theyre having a good clearance right now so if I was you Id get over there to check it out. The sales clerk was awesome. She was such a doll. I was sad about, the receipt not having her information on it so I could give her kudos. Greats shop spot.

Well, went in for 99¢ erasers, but found a fan to fit the window so a win overall. The staff was helpful and friendly. They looked for the erasers, but they didnt have any in stock.

I had never been in a Big Lots before - I went in for a specific Halloween decoration that they didnt have and I ended up LOST in their Christmas decorations aisles. I ended up buying Christmas decorations instead and am just THRILLED that I found this place! The items are not fine crystal, but they are quality. I bought the two stag for my mantle and the bling-reindeer for a total of about $50, including tax. Again, these are not high end, fine china but they are inexpensive and blemish-free. I will certainly go back.

Who doesnt like Big Lots? Great store for home needs. And the service is usually good too.

Cleaning supplies were really low, cant find items as there missing? And limited? 2 per customer? With limits they should be in stock a bit better, 60% of cleaning supplies out of stock. The rest of the store is nice with alot of choices! Casier was very friendly also!

Honestly only been there once, but would definitely go back to check out there stuff. The cashier was really polite. Wasnt a bad experience from my point of view.

This store has the rudest staff I’ve ever seen. And it’s not just one person it is several of them. It’s not just one particular day it is every day. Are used to love going in and browsing big lots. I started going to this location on 90th south when I moved. They are rude and impatient from the minute you walk in the door they make snarky comments they never offer assistance if you ask questions they snap and heavy sigh at you. I read all the other one star reviews and it seems like we’ve all had the same experiences.A lot of the shelves are empty at this big lots and it’s really not worth driving to a different location for me now, so unfortunately I won’t be a big lot shopper anymore.

I have not been in a Big lots in years. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality and quantity of things they have.

I had a horrible experience here. From entering the store until I was kicked out.I came to the store to return a welcome mat my girlfriend bought, we were sort of confused on where to go since they had all the checkouts closed except for one so I was waiting for that cashier to finish helping a customer so I can ask. Before I was able to, another employee, found out later it was Belinda, asked What are you waiting for? And I told her Im wanting to set up a return. She told me, You have to go get in line. So I did. While we waited, they opened more cashiers and when finally arriving at one, he stated we needed the receipt for a full refund or I was subject to a 20% fee. For not having the receipt. This is something new that big lots is doing. Said the cashier. (This is not stated anywhere on the return policy) I looked at the policy online and I found out, I can use my gfs debit to find the transaction, which would then allow me to get a full refund. Which he never suggested for some reason. Anyway, I was able to get my item returned. Phew. All done.My GF and I then shipped around for a few minutes before heading back with just a couple things of candy to check out with. As I was walking up the cashier. To my mistake, I didnt notice the checkouts were all closed up again and I walked past a sign that stated wait here. At that moment, Belinda, now working the checkout, yelled out YOU HAVE TO WAIT BEHIND THE LINE! I was so caught of guard that I responded, Whoa, alright, relax. I stepped back and waited by the sign. Since there was no line anywhere. After Belinda was done with the customer she was helping. I waited for her to call me up. (Since the sign said to do so) she seemed to get annoyed by that and asked me, Are you done? Me, sort of shocked at her behavior, asked her the same question back. She then told me, We can end this right now if youd like. I then said Ok, I can go to another cashier. (I noticed another one opened up) she then took the items I was going to purchase, placed them in a cart behind her and told me, Have a nice day. I was so confused. I asked if she was kicking me out of the store without letting me checkout with the items Id like to purchase. She said yeah. So I pulled out my phone, she said Go ahead and get your picture. And I recorded the situation from there. I asked her again why shes kicking me out and she didnt even know what to say, then said that I cussed at her. Which I never once did. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. So I gave up at that point, realizing she didnt care and wasnt going to let me purchase the items.All in all. A tremendously horrid experience from a place I frequently shopped at. I will never shop at big lots again, I wont even let my girlfriend go there and I will be forever telling the story to all my friends and family and whoever will hear it, that Belinda, the manager of the big lots on 90th South, has NO idea how to execute a proper customer service experience. Not even for a couple peices of candy. 😬

I seem to have an addiction for this place. I love everything they offer. The merchandise changes with the wind but oh my i sure can have fun with their credit card that builds my credit score. Stay within the income to debt ratio and biy everything you want. Cant find an issue with that and have fun too! Just try it and you well be a lot like me. Hahahahaha.... LoL

Clean new floor plan. I was amazed at how much this store has changed. The isles are all organized and clean products are organized and in their propper places.Lot of furniture is being sold now as well. Decent prices. A very kind employee greeted me as I entered. She was a cashier. A floor employee assisted me with some wet ones wipes as they have hardly any in stock anywhere.

I love this store. I can always find something I needed or didnt need:-). I get a lot of my dog treats, bones and chew toys here.

I used to love shopping here, but its no macfrugals and the workers act like youre putting them out just to have a friendly hello. The manager, Dave, needs to find the happy drinks out whatever and give it to the workers. Cheer up big lots!

Clean and quiet. Decent selection of items but it does seem that all biglots are slowly losing the abundance they had before. But they have just what I was looking for and more. Will be back

If youve not been to the Big Lots in West Jordan since their renovation, you must. Theyve done an excellent job of redesigning their floor layout. Immediately noticeable is their bigger, better furniture selection. They must have new buyers because the stuff theyre selling is actually quite nice. They now have a refrigerated section for quick stuff like eggs, milk, etc. Prices are great, staff is friendly and helpful.

They advertise online they have Apple Pay it says it on the door and on the card reader I try to pay with Apple Pay and get told they don’t accept it I asked the cashier why do you guys advertise it. She asked where I saw that and I tell her the 3 locations. Was told management is to lazy to set it up and that I need to pay with card Or go somewhere else. . I guess i will . They falsely advertise and have terrible customer service. Not impressed they have really gone downhill

They totally remodeled this location. It looks so nice and has a new feel. They also seem to have more furniture then before. I visit this place when I want to go somewhere quiet to shop.

What a joke this place is, I came to pick up a table and the box was punctured and the product was visibly damaged. They got mad at me for refusing it then brought me another damaged one and wouldnt let me open it up to check for damages and argued with me that no one does that. R.C. Willey opens it up for you and inspects it then ask you to ok it, guess they actually take pride in what they do.

Always enjoy a trip to Big Lots never know what youll find. This is been one of my favorite stores clean and well-stocked organized. Friendly staff and employees. Constantly bringing in new items for affordable prices. Wish they would have at least two people at the cash register just to make it go a little faster that could be my only complaint

Used to be one of my favorite stores to shop at. Lately their prices have gone way up. And although there are lots of people working there it still takes too long to check out. Im not sure Ill return.

It was a lower priced store. Now its pretty expensive. I used to like shopping here but its to expensive now.

A great time to go is a couple weeks after a holiday. They get the best stuff second-hand from big name retailers such as Macey’s and JCPenney. I also love finding odds and ends you can’t find anywhere else.

My total was 24.80 I bought a few items I was in the store just browsing for about 45 min as well. they were telling me my total was 34.80!!!!!! 10$ more. I asked nicely if she would recheck and she looked at the items on the screen but refused to scan again!! Also the card reader said my total was 24.80??? So what do I do? I mean it’s only 10$ but 10$ is 10$ I don’t just throw ten dollars in the trash. That was so rude and unbelievable! So I said if you won’t check again I will just go somewhere else! And she said okay sorry...wow I have never had an issue there they have good deals on storage bins and cleaning supplies so I often stop in. I have never had an issue everyone was always nice. I’m honestly disappointed in my visit there today

Everything was great until today that I tried to exchange a broken part of a sectional that I bought three days ago, the girl that answered the phone has no customer service skills and was not willing to help me at all, fortunately Murray store has a great furniture lady that helped me solve the problem

Nice store, prices arent on the shelves though of many items. Customer service people were hard to find and the cashier told me he couldnt see the price in the system so couldnt help me. Wouldnt ask anyone else on staff to help either because they were busy in the back. I wont be back.

They change inventory so often that when you go back again to repurchase something you liked, they dont have it in stock. There are some Big Lots stores that are better than others. When I cant find something I liked at the 90th South store I go to the Murray store and I usually find it there.

We are usually pretty pleased with our trip to Big Lots but this time didnt gone well as we had hoped. We were going to purchase a pool. They had the piece of paper that we brought to the front to purchase the pool and they had to search to see if they had it in stock. After looking on the computer, they said that they only have some in American Fork. Needless to say we were disappointed. It would have been nice if they could remove the signs for the pool so that people dont assume that they have them in stock. They were, however, very kind about it and we will definitely shop there again in the future. You can always find good deals and find fun things you never knew you needed.

Customer service is helpful and overall for age of store well kept. Convenient location, usually has items sometimes difficult to find at local store. Sometimes comparable in price with wal-mart and other times better deals.
