The drink was perfect. The music is never to loud to have a conversation. It anyways smells wonderful with that aroma of good coffee and its easy to relax here with a friend and have casual conversation.

I dont even drink coffee, but I picked up coffee grounds from this location and the staff was super nice and helpful.

I’m not a review writer but I have to for this place. 8 months ago my mom told me about the hidden gem of a Starbucks saying the the kids that work there are so sweet, and she is a tough critic. Today the girl working was just so genuine and kind, same with the guy working but honestly every time I go there they are all so nice, today though really made me want to shout them out!! Great job on making people’s mornings :)

Why is the drive thru at this location ALWAYS slow! I have left without ordering multiple times. There doesnt seem to be a sense of urgency from staff. Today I ordered in store, I walked in and waited over a minute and a half before even one staff member acknowledged me...there were 7 staff member on the floor! Staff was arguing in front of customers...seems there is a significant lack of management. This location is convenient as its on my way to work, but Ill going out of my way to frequent another coffee shop. Very poor service.

No one knows what they are doing here. I got a mocha cookie frap and it somehow came out warm with no ice! Then they gave my friend the wrong order! Incompetent and a waste of money.

Ive been here many times with the drive thru just packed so I decided to go inside and take my chances hoping it could go faster I was wrong, the staff only had one person making drinks while the other three just stand around and talk it is so sloppy and long I waited 15 minutes inside for one drink! Aside from poor slow staff I love my Starbucks

Seriously the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I love my coffee but waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes is ridiculous.

Today is April 11th and I just had the best experience here at Starbucks. Matt completely made my morning by pretending to be Batman through the mic. In all of the chaos this corona has brought its nice to see some humor still out there. I will be back next Saturday to see Matt here. Everybody is so respectful here Ive never been dissatisfied.

Alyssa was so kind and remade my drink after I forgot to specify that I needed a dairy free milk. I offered to pay for both and she insisted that it wasnt a big deal and she was happy to remake it.

Drive thru worker was amazing! We ended up driving through on Christmas morning, and he was so cheerful and fun. We ordered 7 drinks and the staff nailed it perfectly. Service was quick.

I will never go to this Starbucks location again. I ordered a hot Americano and it was burned with coffee grounds . I went in and showed it to the Batista and got another coffee and I wasnt even an Americano.

Tuesday 10th @11 they tried to hide whip cream at the bottomof the cup lol who does that? I said no whip then the lady ignores me to scan my app 3 times 2 in the beginningbefore I pay and after then tells me do it before I pay. .went there today about 12:30 ish And the guy that was taking orders was amazing he was happy wich put me in a better mood. He explained my drink order Because I do not go there a lot I had been in know what 1 had and he made me laugh again which is great. He is an extremely great person I will be going to this one frequently and the drinks were sooo good like usual and they are quick so your not waiting forever. Thank you guys for hiring such upbeat outstanding people.

The staff here is super friendly and I go here for the convienence that its right across the street from my work.Although, they seem notorious for getting my drink right maybe half the time. And they never ask if you want a receipt. My girlfriend works at another location and thinks this might be a training location. Just make sure to check your order before leaving. Otherwise a great store.

I usually enjoy coming here but the drive thru as of late has been insanely slow. I understand being busy but it should not take 30 minutes to get through a drive thru. Something isnt working and needs to be looked at.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The employees are fantastic people and the coffee is consistently good.

I come to this location more than any other and have never had any problems. Their quality is good, and service fast. The staff is always so nice! I love their customer service. The store itself is a little small, compared to some other locations, but there is still room to hang out for a while. They also have an outdoor patio which is nice in the summer.

I have been going here for years.. I get the same thing every morning. I love that most of the employees know exactly what I get. The employees are absolutely amazing.. so friendly and caring. Everyone seems to enjoy working here and it shows. Always a pleasant experience!

Went through drive thru to grab some sweets and a coffee (I am the only one that drinks coffee in my office) for my office . The girl taking my Order says Someone is hungry. NO!!! Someone is ordering for the office!!!! How absolutely ignorant and rude!!!!!

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I went here one morning before work and went inside to order two drinks and it took 40 minutes! I went back a couple weeks later in the day and even went through the drive thru in hopes they’d be much faster, however it took them 10 minutes just to get my order and another 10 to get my drink and there were only 3 other cars. Very disappointed especially because they are close to my house, I will however advise not to come to this Starbucks if you’re on a time crunch.

Got my order wrong, and they are so slow...

They have the best tasting mocha. They actually know how to make a great decaf mocha. Not to hot, doesnt taste burnt and always the right amount. In the 5 years Ive been going there, Ive had only one argument ice person and I dont think she works there any longer. The manager is pretty good about keeping up on a positive atmosphere.

Horrible service. The drive through line took 15 minutes to get through with only five cars in the line. Then, when I got a basic coffee (not a difficult order AT ALL), the order was completely wrong. I didnt want to wait through the line again, so went I into the store and asked for the correct order. They gave me my iced coffee and I tasted it. It was straight water, no coffee flavor at all! The lady then told me that I got the watered down last of the ice coffee. NO THANKS! I asked for my money back and left with no coffee. Ridiculous service!!!!

This Starbucks is so slow and they have employees in there that stand around doing nothing while the person that is working the window is helping with orders through the intercom. While drinks sit there and you sit there waiting to get your order. It sucks!!!! SLOW SLOW SLOW

The staff has been unbelievably friendly. I ordered a blonde espresso from the mobile app, but they were actually cleaning the machine. They offered to make a regular espresso, but I chose to wait inside for the five minutes. The barista was so kind and apologised multiple times. I wish I caught her name because she really deserves a thank you at the least.

Ive only gone through drive-thru, but this is my default Starbucks location. The staff are always super friendly here. Im not a coffee drinker, but I love their breakfast items and treats! I enjoy the strawberry and cream and vanilla bean frapps and they are always well made! The drive thru can get crowded, but it moves pretty fast considering how many cars can pile in.Ive never had an issue with this location!

Nice people, overpriced coffee thats kind of bitter, and overpriced everything but the Wi-Fi is appreciated it needs to be cleaner.
