Grant is wonderful to work with. He provides a “no pressure” environment and is truly just looking out for his customers. We were able to rely on his expertise when it came to shopping for a new mattress and bed frame. He made sure we had everything we needed and was able to have it delivered the very next day! Our toddler sure loved checking out all of the furniture out on the sales floor too! Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for wonderful furniture.

We bought a pair of Love Seats last August 2020. It was a killer deal and we were happy with the purchase. The owner kept saying they back their products fully while we were shopping.We were like yeah right, sure you do. Well buy this and when the motor goes out it will be an endless sting of BS.Well, the motor went out. We called and had to do a couple of red tape things like take a picture of some numbers on the back and send an email, blah blah blah. I can say the owner went above and beyond and we got the motor fixed.The Warehouse really does back their products. Next time we need furniture, this will be our go-to store.

These guys are awesome. You dont have to worry about an annoying salesperson following you around asking you a million questions trying to tell you what you need to buy. They came by when we first walked in to see if we needed help and then told us if we needed anything to let them know. We went to 5 different furniture stores after we left The Warehouse and ended up back at The Warehouse to make our purchase. The other stores had similar if not the same furniture for more money. We got an awesome deal and we love our L shaped sectional and ottoman:) I definitely recommend them.

The warehouse in West Jordan was awesome to buy a new couch from. They have a great selection and their prices are better than other places. They gave us a much better deal than we ever could have gotten at RC Willey. I definitely recommend buying here. Even though we had to wait almost 2 months to get our couch (not their fault they told us upfront) it was because of Covid and it was coming from California. They also offered to pay for our delivery which was super nice.

Such a great place! I bought an amazing dinner table set for a really a good price. Shane, who sold it to me, very kind and gave me and my daughter such an amazing experience. Later they even helped me load the set into my car. 100% recommend it.

In August we ordered a couch that was out of stock, but that had an estimated shipment date at the end of September. However, the shipment date kept getting pushed out again and again. Unfortunately we got rid of our old couch before the first shipping delay, so we’ve just been waiting patiently for the new couch to come. This week we went back to the store and talked to Shane about canceling our order and getting something that was currently in stock. We found this beautiful couch that we love, but it’s HUGE! Yesterday when the delivery guys were here they said they couldn’t get it down our stairs and into the room, the hallway is narrow and there a sharp turn at the bottom of the stairs. So, we sent it back to the store 😭. Later that day I got a call from Shane asking if he could come to my house and personally take some measurements and get an idea of how the stairwell looks. I was like, are you kidding me? Who does that??? So last night we made arrangements for him to come back today with the couch and try again. They ended up bringing the couch in through the window! He was so determined and was not going to give up until I had a couch! Long story short, stick with items that are currently in stock (thanks COVID) and ask for Shane. Seriously, he is so nice, he was so patient when I was frustrated and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. #customerservice

To address my previous review under the name bethanyanne-The serving cabinet did NOT have a missing piece of glass when we selected it in the store. It had 4 intact pieces. There were huge pieces of broken glass INSIDE the cabinet.And the reason for the discount, and you claiming this piece ended up being “FREE” was because it was a CASH sale. The furniture was discounted but it was not in the condition we purchased it in.*It is very clear they have 4.9 stars by paying to remove or push down truthful reviews. My review is the most recent and is no longer on top.

The Warehouse in West Jordan is amazing. We found an entertainment center, dinette set, mattress, dresser, night stand, headboard and a wall mirror. We were in and out under an hour. We purchased 2 sectionals and a server from Grant. When we received the cabinet one of the glass pieces was missing. We called to ask what happened and he claimed that was how it was, which was not true. We hung up on him and he called right back and then said it did in fact break when it was moved. While he did give us a great deal on our purchase he was dishonest. I understand things may break in transport, but be honest and upfront with customers. Now we have to pay to replace the 4 pieces of glass so they match, as well as a missing nail. This was an extremely poor way to handle the situation.

I’ve been looking for a mattress for a week or so now and was almost ready to buy from Costco when I saw the clearance sign in front of this place and thought I might as well check it out. Low and behold they had a better mattress for a lower price than the one I was going to purchase from Costco. After talking to Shane (Who is a hell of a guy with a great head of hair!) I bought the mattress and saved a ton of money and had a wonderful experience. Also turns out they are friends of my family and have been supporting our small business for years! Went to look for a bedroom set today all day to Rcwilley, Ashley furniture and everything is out of stock the bed frame I was going to purchase at Rcwilley and had to wait till January I was able to get it here at the warehouse Shane was so helpful he answered all are questions and ge gave as an awome deal next time I need to purchase any furniture I will go here forsure!!! We shopped RC Willey, Ashley Furniture, John Paris Furniture for a new dining room set. We were dissatisfied with the quality and were shocked at the pricing for the quality offered. We went in to The Warehouse because we were driving by and remembered they sold furniture. Shane helped us and even though there wasnt a set on the floor we liked he showed us many options online. The table we got was about 45% less than anything we had seen at competitors and the quality was solid. We paid a third party a small delivery fee. They did a great job. Put the table together myself and love it!! Thanks Shane for saving us lots of money and finding us just the right table for our new kitchen.

Similar to what others say, it takes quite the amount of time to receive your items. But, Shane is a great asset to the store. On the other hand, the owner/Manager, Grant, is not the greatest person to deal with. We purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture for our new home and within 7 months a piece of it is not doing well at all.Grant has shown to be very unprofessional and seemingly unwilling to work with you to process a warranty claim. We understand there is a business to run and take care of, but he is not at all friendly from the first interaction to our last and has talked down on the other stores to attempt to benefit his.Buyers beware: If you go to this store to purchase your furniture, go through Shane. If not, go to a different store and they can order just about anything for you.

Ive been buying from The Warehouse in West Jordan for over 10 years. Mainly because of Shane, I know he is someone I can trust, has always taken care of my needs (4 mattresses and 2 couches). If you want quality and a damn good price swing by and check them out.

The sectional I bought a few years ago is still in great condition. They told me which furniture could withstand crazy children and this one was perfect for our needs at a great price. We got another today and I was expertly guided to the right one for exactly my needs and under my price range. They even gave me a little discount without my asking for it. I will continue to shop at The Warehouse for all my future furniture needs.

Our experience at The Warehouse was fabulous. We really felt that we were listened to and an honest and fair suggestion was made. For kicks we tried out a few other similar mattresses from cheap to expensive, and we sincerely liked the original suggestion was best. The deal was so good that we bought a second mattress for the guest bedroom and still spent less than we expected to pay for just one. When I returned with a truck 45 minutes later both mattresses were waiting outside and were loaded in two minutes. We could not give a higher reference nor be more thankful for our experience.

We had an AWESOME experience here! I went to the location on 2100 S first and there was lots of dishonesty, false promises, and higher prices and had we not asked the right questions we would have lost money without even seeing our couches. Needless to say, it was not a good experience at all. Im SO happy that I went and saw Grant. He is knowledgeable, honest, helpful, kind, and makes sure he takes care of his costumers. I was looking for couches for my theater room. I was referred to the Warehouse by some friends so I decided to see what they had. For me furniture shopping is not very enjoyable. Dealing with pushy salesman and being sold on not very good quality furniture is not very fun. I feel like I have to have my guard up all the time. We walked in to the Warehouse and Grant was really nice and down to earth not the pushy salesman I was expecting. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find the right couches. The whole experience was for the first time enjoyable. We actually ended up replacing the couches upstairs at the same time. Buyer Beware! These guys don’t honor the warranty! Purchase a high quality mattress 7 months ago. Bar is pushing up thru mattress and my daughter is having a hard time sleeping due to it. My husband has been getting the run around for a month now. They are not their word. Shop somewhere else!

The furniture is very nice, it looks very expensive but the prices are great. The workers over there are also VERY kind. One of the guy even drove our cabinet over to our house because are car was too small. I recommend this place for people who are looking for great quality with good prices.

The end of December I went to another Warehouse location (the one that is always advertising on the radio) and they took a down payment and placed an order for me. They told me when it would ship on the 15th of January. I went in on the 19th to see when it would be delivered and it hadn’t shipped and they didn’t know when/if it would. Needless to say I got my money back and headed to see Grant at the West Jordan location. He ordered the same items, saved me over $800 and the items will be delivered in a few days. Grant was so easy to work with. He knew how much we were charged at the other location and didn’t need to charge us so much less. He is honest and runs his business with integrity. I would highly recommend this location of The Warehouse when you are looking for furniture. They were fantastic!
