I bought a mattress here a couple years ago, and it was expensive, delivery was HOURS late and the customer service was lukewarm at best. The plush mattress turned out to be hard as rock and there was such bad communication at returning it I gave up. I recently bought a mattress from a different place and the experience was like day compared to night - easy, painless, delivery on time and most importantly the plush mattress I picked out in-store feels the same at home! Having had that experience made me realize just how bad the service at 2 Brothers was for me.

If one word can describe our experience with 2 Brothers Mattress in West Jordan, it would be Painless.We woke up that day feeling a sense of dread, as we knew we would be met with salespeople, and the possibility of being up-sold. Me and my husband are not confrontational people, so we often get taken advantage for it, which is why we hate shopping where we are working with salespeople. However, we knew we had to try out the mattress to see if it was a good fit, so off we went.Not knowing where to start, a friend suggested going to Sears since there was a possibility of them having a nice closeout sale. So, we braced ourselves and went there first. We were in their mattress section for a little over 3 minutes when we were approached. The Salesmen was really nice and I know he is just trying to do his job, but he was almost over our shoulder the whole time, and I could not even talk to my husband about the actual trying out of the mattresses. After looking at the prices I can see that their 60% off deals were based on mark-ups and if you signed up for their credit card.Feeling dejected, we left and didnt know where to go next. Since we were already out, we decided to Google local mattress dealers. 2 Brothers in West Jordan was the first to pop up with outstanding reviews, so we decided to give them a try. We walked in and noticed that we were the only ones there. Beginning to feel anxious, I was afraid they would be like the last salesperson. Surprisingly, Eric was not like that at all.He greeted us as we entered, and let us look around. After he showed us where the models we were looking for were, he quietly let us try them out and discuss our feelings. The only time he would come over was if we had a question. Eric never pressured us to buy the more expensive models, he only helped us narrow down the ones we liked. With each model he was willing to help us with the price and make sure we were getting the best deal. His prices were also very accurate, with the retail prices listed on each model, so we knew we were not getting up-sold.We must have come on a good day, because Eric told us they were having a Floor Model sale. Being very concerned about hygiene, at first I was skeptical that I would be sold a used/dirty mattress. However, the model we liked was in great condition and Eric assured us that they would still honor the comfort promise on it. He told me the history of that mattress, and even gave us an EXTREMELY good deal for it! He even also assured me that the mattress would be safe with no bedbugs, as I had also expressed to him that I was a Bugaphobe :)Eric even recommended us a new type of pillow that he said would compliment the softer bed we were getting. Its called the Zoned Dough® + Bamboo Charcoal Pillow by Malouf, and we were both immediately in love with it! It is soft and cool with airy hole design, and even though it feels like dough, the support it Phenomenal! It contours to our head shape but you dont feel any pressure for it. It also has the added benefit of being made with charcoal, so if you have allergies like me, you dont have to worry about late night sneeze attacks! For people with sensitive noses, it does have a mild new smell out of the box, but over time you get used to it, and it is really not that noticeable in the long run.After we finalized our purchase, we thought we would have to be visiting our local dump with our old mattress, but Eric said they would not only deliver our new mattress for free, but also take our old one for completing the sale! And they did as promised, THE VERY NEXT DAY! The delivery was so fast and friendly, I kid you not they were in and out in less then 5 minutes (mattress delivery only, not a full set up)!Its been a few nights now and we havent slept this good in a long time! We now have a beautiful new bed, and can safely say that from wake to sleep, with 2 Brothers Mattress its been painless!Thank you Eric for all your help and kindness, and we wish you more success in the future!

Because my wife likes a firmer mattress and I like more of a plush mattress. He took over 45 minutes gathering our sleeping preferences and our habits on how we sleep. Very knowledgeable on all their products. He explained the benefits for each mattress, He’s not like every other pushy salesman, he treated us like a loyal customer. Not trying to get us to pay for a more expensive mattress that we didn’t need and that wouldn’t be a good fit for my wife and I. Never once treated us like we were just a commission for him. After over an hour of undivided attention, we walked out of there with the perfect mattress that fits us both perfectly. The prices were on point. We are extremely excited for our first night on our new mattress. We will definitely be back for anything we may need in the future. I wasnt looking forward to shopping around for a new mattress but the one my wife and I had for 9 years had more than lost its luster. Not knowing the first thing about what to look for or where to go we just hit up every mattress place in our area. I am so glad that we found Two Brothers fairly early on. Eric greeted us when we came in, asked us what kind of bed we were looking for and let us know what sales they had going on. He listened to what we needed from a bed and made some very good suggestions to us. It was over all a super casual experience. He didnt hover or try to sell us something we werent looking for. He just gave us some good suggestions and gave us plenty of space to try them out and get a good feel for each mattress. One thing he showed us, and I am glad he did, were these new types of pillows. They are Bamboo Charcoal pillows. They look as odd as they sound but it was the most comfortable pillow I have ever tried. They are charcoal black, super porous and the softest things I ever put my head on. I have had the bed and pillow for about a month now and I havent slept this well in years. Very good product and very friendly service. I highly recommend checking out Two Brothers Mattress the next time you find your self in need of a new bed.

This was our first time buying a brand new mattress and we came across 2 Brothers Mattress based on their great reviews online. Garrett and DeJay helped us find the right mattress for us without any pressure to buy a certain type and they both were very knowledgeable about their mattresses and answered all our questions. We went in 2 Brothers Mattress to purchase a mattress for children. Eric helped us out. He answered all of our questions without being a pushy salesman. We bought a mattress and are very happy with our experience. We had been to three stores prior to our purchase. Not happy with any of the other stores. 2brothers Mattress is the best place to buy a mattress. Dejay V. was an amazing sales person who knows his mattresses . He asked us questions in the beginning to find out what we were looking for. He didn’t want to waste our Saturday morning on looking at the wrong bed. We laid on so many beds to make sure we got the right bed for us. I asked about a specific brand that i wanted to test out. I’m so glad we did. It was not the bed I wanted at all. We got us a good Serta bed. We weren’t into the TemperPedic bed like I thought we were. They do free delivery 🚚 and free removal of your old mattress 😁 I would recommend going to talk to Dejay if you are looking to upgrade your bed. They have 100 day trial on your new mattress. If you don’t like it after 30. You can give it back 😀 that is an awesome part of buying here.

We went just after Christmas time to look at beds. Our was hurting our back and giving us the worst headache I have ever had. When we first went in we wanted to look at the tempurepedic, the salesman told us to look at a couple of different ones. Including a tempurpedic. We started on the low end of our price range. It was a hybrid and it was nice. We were glad we were not pushed at all into any bed especially the the high end ones right away. We did end up with a tempurepedic and we love it. With our purchase they also included 2 free cool breeze tempurpedic pillows! These guys were awesome!
