Great customer service. I asked a lot of questions and even had a manager help out. She took time to make sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. You can find a lot of different things at this store. Place is clean and well organized but not very service oriented. Everytime I have been, not one employee has gone out of their way to say how are you. The prices seemed to be pretty steep. But if you are looking for something that not very many people have, this could be your place.

They always have exactly what I need. The staff members are very courteous and helpful. With the 20% off coupons, their prices are pretty competitive. They do carry high-end products, so the quality of their products are a little more expensive. Overall, theyre a good store to shop at.

Great staff, did not have one item and they ordered from the computer to arrive at my home in three days. Even showed me a picture if the item I described. I have bought everything from Bed Bath and Beyond for years. Only other would restaurant supply stores. Only two place I tryst for quality and durability.

They employees are always friendly and very helpful.

This place always has a good variety of things. The store is kind of dusty on a lot of shelves. The coupons are great to have.

I believe this is the bed bath & beyond location that is closing. When we went there were nothing good left, I probably went to late. But it is sad that such a good and fun store to visit is decrease the amount of physical stores.

We came here with a specialized need- tools for making ravioli. We couldn’t find what we needed, but Chelsey found us wandering around and helped us place an order to have the items we needed shipped to us. She was very kind and patient. Customer service at this location was great!Huge variety of utensils and bed and bath items. You’ll definitely find something you didn’t know you needed!

Terrible customer service. I came in to buy a couple of laundry baskets. Found the one I wanted but could only see one, got one of the girls to look up and see if they had anymore. She says she should have two left. She calls over the lady manager and we start looking around. Well I finally spot it on a table with about 10 bunches of wrapped flowers sitting in it. She would not let me buy the laundry basket. We could have put the flowers into another one of their baskets. I would have done it myself. She kept saying she could order one for me and have it shipped to my home. If I wanted it shipped I would have ordered it myself. I needed them right away. Stores dont want to make money anymore. They dont bend over backwards to sell their wares. Customer service has gone out the window!! I wont be back. I ended up ordering a couple off Amazon. Same style and everything.

A clean, bright place with overpriced products, but they send discount offers through the mail, bringing the prices to a reasonable rate.Most of what they sell seems to be cheap Chinese stuff thats packaged to appear better than it is, but if you use it a couple times, the quality (or lack thereof) becomes evident.

I was looking for a very specific curtain rod that they didnt have in the store. Chelsey patiently searched the web site in the store with me, even after the store closed, until we found exactly what I needed. Then she had it shipped to my home for a nominal shipping cost. Great customer service.

The CSR worked hard at helping me, but was unsuccessful. They did not have what I was looking for today. And while that item was listed online at a reasonable price, I feel a lot of their pricing is high.

Do not register here! I went to return a duplicate from my wedding. They helped everyone but me and I waited for 20 minutes. I had a gift receipt for the item but they said I couldnt get cash back. Whats the difference between a gift receipt and a regular receipt. You know it was purchased there. While she is telling me I can get in store credit only, the person next to me was able to get cash back without a receipt. I did not enjoy my experience!

A little pricey but they have good stuff

Shopped for a white noise machine. Found 4 or 5 options, good price range. Picked a machine with 8 different sounds and selectable volume. Had a 10 dollar coupon and made out like a bandit. Employees seemed a little disinterested.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Also, if they dont have what you want in store, theyll order it online and ship it to you for free. Doesnt get much better than that.

Lots of items to choose from, clean store, friendly staff. However they were not very knowledgeable in the area I needed help with which was pest control. I found a few products such as bug zappers, glue traps, and sprays for mosquitos. I was looking for spider stuff. They obviously didnt have anything and didnt seem to realize they even carried the few items that I found in their store. No big deal really just an observation.

They pretty much have whatever youre looking for, for the comfort and convenience of your home interior.

A man named Tom was beyond helpful when we needed to return an espresso machine, that we bought almost a year ago to the manufacturer but we didn’t have a reciept.

They have more kitchen utensils and gadgets you could ever imagine.

I went during the Christmas holiday.. Parking was scary, the store was cramped, and pretty much out of anything worth buying. But, I doubt its like this all the time.

I needed a riding cart. They gave me a wheel chair instead. I cant push the wheel for myself. Left arm couldnt do it. The Clerk help me find what I needed.

Associate went to the back to get a product that was not on the shelf.

I always find the “As seen on TV” section a little silly. There is a gadget or gizmo for everyone. A store full of things you never knew that you wanted. I rarely make it out of there without something I never needed until I watched the video in the store.

Good place to look for house decorations. Mirrors, Paintings, Kitchen accessories, Bathroom accessories. Not a lot of clearance items but prices are comparable.

The employee who helped us in getting started in registration process for our wedding was great! :)

This is one of those stores that i love to just meander. if i cant find something there is someone there that has been able to find or say we dont carry that items and told me who does. dont let some bad apples ruin your expeirence.
