Doug the salesman at the store in West Hollywood CA has a lot of knowledge about the selection of the mattress that helped us to decide which mattress to buy.He is very thorough, patient and pleasant.We will recommend Doug and the store.

I had a great experience at the store. Nydia was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so happy to have her help me and was so impressed. I explained my situation and she suggested several beds to try. She was prepared with sanitizer and a paper sheet so I could feel comfortable with the experience. I found the perfect mattress. I went home to double check on the measurements and we completed the sale on the phone. I highly recommend this wonderful lady. You will find the mattress to be life changing. I have been sleeping on them for over 20 years.

I received the most courteous, friendly and professional service ever! Josh and Nydia were so eager to please me and answer my myriad of questions. I felt that I got the best service when they let me touch and try out every single bed in the store. The main store was immaculate, well lit, lots of different pieces of information to read and study, and of course the ability to try out all the different adjustable beds and mattresses. They calculated all my costs and thoroughly explained the order and delivery process. I was extremely pleased with their complete knowledge of their products. They sent me home with a great catalog of all products, prices and specials they have. I am very pleased.

This is sad to review this wonderful mattress 1 star but the star is not for the mattress is for this store and the staff and the whole company taking care of sales delivery and customer services the staff is not professional they all have bad attitude and horrible on taking care of there customers after they make a sale, my experience was going in to the store getting good Service until a sale was made not to mention them lieing on delivery status letting us know its 2 weeks were after 2 weeks we call to check status and find out its 5 weeks and know care to comfort the customer like its normal...The manager on the other hand was helpful and understanding but it does not help when you’re in a bad situation moving states and dealing with not having a mattress for 5 weeks being on a air mattress and the Staff acting like its not a problem and saying its only normal with Covid situation with manufacturers, and when the day comes to deliver the truck brakes down and another week to deliver can it get any worse... end of the story they only care to make a big 5,000 sale so who cares after I guess is what a salesman thinks

The Store Manager Nydia called one of my personal friends to gossip about a physical fight that occurred at her store when she had absolutely no business doing so. She went to his place of work and asked his employer for his phone number and surprisingly they gave it to her and so she took it upon herself to reach out! I cannot believe the unprofessionalism from tempurpedic!

I was in the store 2 days ago to purchase a new mattress when the store manager Nydia made up a complete fabrication as to why mattress delivery is taking two months. She said that the entire industry is experiencing a shortage of materials so all manufacturers will have a longer delivery time which is just not true. I went to Casper and Saatva and they both could have the mattres delivered in 2 weeks or less. Do not shop here. Seems like a VERY dishonest store.

Buying a mattress can be confusing and stressful, but Nydia was so patient with us. The store was clean and comfortable and Nydia answered all of our 1.2 million questions. I highly recommend this store.

Back in February I had purchased a casper original hybrid and over the span of 2 months realized it was throwing my back out. I then proceeded to call and search for mattress stores and to my delight Nydia was of EXTREME help. Her knowledge cap on the product was simply uncanny. I asked question after question to what seemed to be a 45 minute call and she humbly and professionally informed and answered with ease. I came in store the next day and was immediately greeted by Josh who was poised, fun and professional as well. We discussed my needs and eventually landed on the Luxe-adapt firm. Sincerely appreciated the patience from these two!

Store was very clean and salesperson was very conscious about sanitizing the beds and using proper coverings at each bed as we tried them out. Staff was friendly and informative.

Very helpful staff. Asked us a few questions about sleeping habits and then knew exactly what types of pillows to have us try. It was great to be able to try a couple types rather than just buying something random online. Definitely felt covid safe with the precautions they took as well.

We called the Hollywood store and spoke with Mario Jackson the team lead. His pleasant attitude and knowledge of the brand put us at ease. We decided to visit the store that same day. When we arrived, Mario was well prepared and gave us the 5-star treatment. We knew this was a divine appointment. We purchased a split king ergo smart base w/ProBreeze & ProAdapt Firm and are sooo ready for years of quality sleep. Mario made the difference for us.

I ordered a mattress, I was overcharged. I tried to tell them they overcharged me but they didn’t want to listen. An invoice was never provided. Part of my order was on backorder which they never told me until the delivery company who called and emailed me many times. They still didn’t tell me until I called asking about this portion of my order. I can honestly say I’m not thrilled about the poor level of service I’ve received. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I dont normally post on social media about these kinds of things but Im so mad! This review has to do with the Tempur product, not the friendliness of this location. Weve purchased 3 toppers from Tempur --- all three used in the same location. The first one lasted 4 years, the second one 2 1/2 years, the third less than 2 months before becoming so squishy that it causes back and hip pain. Their quality has gone down so much and even though I contacted support they refuse to do any thing! I used to love their product...now, I do NOT recommend them at all. Do NOT buy from Tempur - they dont stand behind their products.

We went to the store today and Josh was very knowledgeable about the product, he was very transparent when it came to us asking questions. We were only going to try the pillows but we were shown the different styles and Josh explained everything, our questions were all answered and we felt comfortable making the purchase today. I highly recommend going direct to this store than shopping at other bed places that carry tempur-pedic products.

I thought I was just going to lay on a bunch of mattresses and walk out but I left confident that I made the right decision. Nydia was suuuuuper helpful! Easy to talk to with lots of knowledge about the health benefits of good quality sleep. She really knows her stuff and her customer service was superb! I never felt pressured to buy the more expensive item. If you’re thinking about purchasing a tempur-pedic but not quite sure Nydia’s your girl!

Josh and Mario are lifesavers!I purchased a couple pillows online and needed a different size than I ordered. I went into the store and immediately was greeted by some of the friendliest staff I have encountered in a long while. I didnt realize that online and in store are such different purchases, but Josh and Mario spent significant time with me as they solved the return/exchange. The patience, determination, and people skills these two men have is otherworldly! If I would have known I would have shopped with them from the very beginning.

Great experience with an easy checkout process. Accomodated a private appointment, with safety protocols. This location is extremely clean and has all of the accessories as well. I was researching online but wanted to feel the products in person and I’m glad I came in. Josh was my sales associate and was super patient and helpful with answering all of my questions and helping me find the right pillows for my sleep position and height. If you are considering investing in some Tempurpedic products I highly recommend coming in, you won’t be disappointed!!

I just left the store and I am writing my review from the car because it was such a positive experience!First and foremost, they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you safe inside the store (limiting capacity, sanitizing everything, placing disposable covers before you try.)Second of all, Josh and Nydia were the two employees in the store and they were so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and patient with all of our questions. I have some physical issues, so I really needed to take my time to understand all the pros and cons of each of the mattress options. I really felt like they were very straightforward and honest with me and that they were looking out for my best interest.I will definitely be purchasing my mattress from them and you should too. Also, keep in mind, if you buy a Tempur-pedic mattress in store versus on-line, you don’t have to pay the extra $175 restocking fee if you want to exchange it. Wish I had known that last time!

Elaine (and Mario!) we’re both extremely helpful and friendly. Not only that but Elaine helped us pick out a new mattress and bed frame that we really love. I used to have very bad shoulder and neck pain, but after just two weeks of sleeping on the new bed, it’s almost completely gone.I also really appreciate Elaine going above and beyond for us. We had a small miscommunication with the delivery and Elaine offered to help resolve it for us which she certainly didn’t have to do. I think other sales associates at different stores would have just sent me to customer service, but I could tell Elaine genuinely wanted us to be happy with our whole experience.Buying furniture is always stressful for me so I really appreciated the level of service here and the quality of the products.
