Not a lot of love from the store clerks. Came in with my partner, was greeted curtly, showed no interest when I indicated I had questions about pillows I was looking to buy - so left and decided to go elsewhere where my business is wanted. Not sure if it was a gay thing or a 5:30 on a Saturday thing. Why be open if you dont care?
Love the store. Staff is great. The one guy really know how to put things together.
Great variety of sheets and bedding. Unique colors and materials. Great prices
Great soaps and scents. But tastes are on the expensive side (mostly European products)
Horrible! Visited store and purchased a pair of lamps from main display in front window. When the sales person went to turn on the lamp for me, it was broken. I decided to purchase the lamps regardless, and was told that the shipment of the new lamps would arrive in two weeks and a half. When I later followed up with the store manager to inquire about exact delivery date, she stated that the lamps were help up by vendor so that they could ship them as part of a larger order (therefore delaying my delivery date). The final result is that my lamps will be delivered after the date of my holiday party (which was the reason for me purchasing them to begin with). More importantly to me, and the reason why I will never shop at this somewhat over priced store, is the horrible customer service that led to misleading me the customer, and secondly, a manager that insisted on playing word games with me to justify her position. I felt like I was at a deposition instead of dealing with someone that was sorry for the inconvenience that they had caused me. There are far too many other options for high quality beddings in Los Angeles for anyone to have to deal with an establishment like this that has a such poor management team, and customer service.
