I normally never have a issue with Walgreens but I ordered photos about 2 weeks ago and and no one can seem to find my photos and the gentleman behind the photo desk a stocky man with glasses was of no help and told me that they probably just threw them out and to reorder. I really needed those photos as today is my sons 4th birthday I did not have time to reorder the photos And wait for them because I was already waiting for them to find them for almost a 1/2 an hour When I ordered them they should say if you dont pick them up within a certain amount of time they will be thrown away Then the guy was like oh you ordered it over a month ago, it was 13 days ago

Helpful staff, and a clean store. Definitely get your passport photos taken here. Clear quality and already cut.

I like Walgreens. Its a good place to buy medicine, cosmetic supplies, fill prescriptions, cold drinks and some frozen foods and shelf stuff like cereal, or coffee. Walgreens is place to make a quick stop.

Its fine as usual. Today I was told by the pharmacy that there hours would be made even shorter than they are now and as of this Thursday they will be closing the pharmacy at 9:00pm instead of there regular time of 11:00. This was one of the last few walgreens with a 24/7 pharmacy and now its made things difficult for alot of there customers that drove from all over CT to get there prescriptions filled at coinvienyent times for there 3rd shift, over night, late night, after hours schedules like mine.. now that they close at 11 people are still learning learning about this troubling fact every day but to go and shorter up there hours even more now is just awful for the surrounding community that depends on a all night open pharmacy for there Last minute or emergency needed prescriptions.. 11:00 wasnt as nice as 24/7 but it sure was better than 9:00pm. Whats happening here??? Saving money, being cheap, not asking there customers what closing hours they would prefer to see. Regardless the reason for the change, the bottom line is the people are not happy about it... 🤧😡😠😱🥺👨‍⚕️

Very disappointed with customer service.Long wait for photos, reorganized to have photos picked up at main register big mistake,inefficient and stupid decision by management. Now you wait in a long line for a quick photo pick up.Dont waist your time go to the Walgreens in Orange managed much better and better customer service.

The staff is usually helpful...its the customers that drive you crazy..I dont know why but there is always a customer acting crazy.

The main part of the store is filled with polite, helpful people doing their best to deal with the varied characters that shop here. And they have most things you might need. Worth four stars.But, let me tell you about the pharmacy.Three different times I have waited in line (in store) to pick up my prescription.Each time there were about five pharmacy techs behind the counter, but only one was helping a person in the store. All the seemed to be busy dealing with drive thru. I was unable to get my meds each time.So, the fourth time I went to pick up my prescription I used the drive thru. I pulled up to the window where they watched me wait while pretending not to see me. So I pressed the attention button and they scattered like frightened pigeons. I could not get someone to help me until I honked. Then at least I was helped quickly.It has been educational to see how the whole crew spends more energy avoiding customers, than it would cost them to do thier jobs. They seemed visibly annoyed by their customers which felt surreal. If my prescription wasnt sent here to get a special manufacturer price, I would shop here, but I would not have any of my prescriptions filled here.

How do they close the pharmacy until 2 pm for lunch? Thats the most absurd thing Ive ever heard! If they dont have enough staff to be open during business hours they should just close down. I run a business. If a customer walks in, I stop eating lunch and come back to it when they leave. Smh where is the customer service nowadays

Friendly staff and good service. Bonus points as a FedEx hold location. Never had a problem.Location is excellent and the deals are good.

They do not enforce the face mask in the store. I have seen customers and walgreen employees not wearing face mask appropriately. Also non handicap customers park in the handicap parking spaces nothing done about it.

Line management was insufficient. I waited a long time in line to pick up my photos and then had to bring them to the front register instead of ringing out in the photo department

I dont understand how can a place say they are open until midnight and lock the doors ten minutes prior too. This is false advertisement no where does it say that we lock the doors ten minutes till. I have to work until 11pm to drive to the closest store that shows there open till midnight. Just to have the manager state yeah but we are starting the closing process. If i do that at my job i wouldnt have one. Even as i sit out here writing this i am witnessing this guy leave people out. Now he just let some one else in to purchase something. So we are picking and chosing who is allowed to go in. Mind you the guy he let go in covered his face with his red shirt. Managers name is Russell this is very unacceptable if you cant handle working till close change your availability or get a new job.

Once again, on this visit the Pharmacy technicians wearing their masks incorrectly...and definitely carelessly, with two of them having it worn beneath their nose!!

The staff has always been friendly and professional to me.The pharmacy techs have answered my questions when I had them.Whenever I have been in line with more than a handful of other customers, they were quick to open another register.This location has been here for decades. And even though a CVS opened up directly across the street, this Walgreens still seems to get most of the business.However, I have found nothing wrong with either establishment. You should use whichever one you prefer. Or maybe try the other one every once in a while to see if something has changed.

Great pharmacist and staff! Sometimes I may not get my refill a day or 2 early as usual but I understand why. A lot of kids these days are abusing pharmaceuticals so waiting an extre day or 2 is never a problem.

Never enough help !!! I understand talking to customers its a customer service thing but their is one cashier that just goes on forever !! When there is a line keep it short sweet simple ! I went in to get 3 things it took me 45 mins to cash out !!!!!! Some of the managers and supervisors dont care !! The cashier can say I see 3 10 times before another cashier shows up

This location is 24 hours. Management is great with the exception of one. The store is cleanand fully stocked or you can request a raincheck.

Very useful has a lot of things you would need at a pharmacy

I got a package delivered to this location through fed ex, which was a gift. It had a broken seal. The store could not verify which employee did it or why they took the unsealed bag.Also did not verify the pick list. As it was not sealed and contents were missing with in the store. It happened after it was delivered. A gift which wasnt sent and due to all this, a waste of time on a 6 day wait already. I refused to take the partial pack.The video will have all the proof of who caused all this trouble. Now fed ex office will be closed till tuesday. A letter to corporate office will be sent to review what happened today .

Rude cashier! David seemed to not want to be there and was rude and nonchalant.

Every employee is happy to help you with anything you need, AND they are very helpful, knowledgeable and do it all with a smile😀🇺🇸

Most of the folk who work here are ever polite and helpful. They are not without their bad apple though, but my experience there have been more good than bad.

I called for a question about the side effects of a medicine that I was on and the pharmacist gave me wonderful news on what to do. It was 1:30 am in the morning and I am so grateful that this pharmacy was open and able to help me.

I come here all the time and its always a 20 minute wait in line and they run out of red bull constantly. I just get aggravated when I come here. The cashiers are so slow.

Whatever you do, dont sent photos here after hours, even though the website seems to think its okay. Their system restarts and you wont get your photos when you need them.

Horrible experience. The manager refused to sell me a picture I uploaded from my phone just because he thought it looked like a passport picture.
