This store use to be good, not anymore. They lost their good pharmacist and now there is always someone new. They are always rude and no one ever knows whats going on. They arent helpful in store or pharmacy. They tell you they have something and they dont when you go in, and the pharmacy is always out of mess and when you go to pick up its a partial script or you need to wait after 6 hours after the prescription was called in and then tell you to wait 30 min then call you after 20 min to say they dont have it go somewhere else. Horrible customer service, just horrible experience all around for over a year now.

Needs more cashiers up front. 6 person line moving slow.

The pharmacist lied about receiving a prescription for me when in reality she didnt feel comfortable filling it. At her request my doctor ended up calling and she still denied it. What was the point of having her call then? It is the pharmacists right to deny filling a prescription but why lie to a chronic pain patient? We already struggle on a minute to minute basis. My life is consumed by managing my pain so for someone to make this harder is a gross misuse of power. My doctor told me never to go there again and it was honestly the best decision ever. CVS felt terrible for me and the pharmacist made it a point to ask me about my nerve pain condition etc. She said she wanted to have a good relationship with me to ensure I never felt bad about getting my prescriptions or having the doctor make changes to them (which happens often as some months are harder than others) Do yourself a favor and do not go to this Rite Aid. John is super nice and I never had ANY trouble with the previous pharmacists but this one needs a class in empathy and honesty.

Walk in today,3 employees at front conversation.Not the boy,not the girl with red hair,not the Indian lady,greeted me.Not a welcome to rite aid,nothing. Look and went back to conversations. Manager in his side room by the register. Laughing so hard in the room with another employee. I was going to buy something but since I didnt get greeted I change my mine.
