My husband and I had a very positive experience at the West Hartford Sleep number store. Sales associate, Greg, honed in on our requirements for a suitable Sleep number bed. We found the i8 360 Smart Bed to be the perfect fit for us. Greg was informative, polite and respectful. We walked out of the store confident that our new Sleep Number bed will provide us with a good nights sleep!

Our sales person Christian was extremely helpful. He knew a lot about the product and was patient with us. After our initial visit, he followed up promptly so we made sure we got in touch with him when we were ready to purchase.

Worst mattress I have ever bought and I bought the adjustable Flex 1 base with this P6 King Size mattress. My wife and I kept rolling to the center of the bed the edge support was non existence since it is all just a thin layer of foam. Went back to the store where I purchased it from and took off the cover and saw that there was extra components. The sales rep then called customer service, they told him these extra components are not available. When I returned home I then called customer service to return this purchased they said they can provide the extra components. I decided to return the purchase instead of dealing with this over rated foam air mattress. They told me the base is non-returnable. Now i am stuck with a $2,200 flex 1 adjustable base that retails for $1,200. Sleep Number Bed are a scam stay away i paid a total of $5,713.00.

Ben at Sleep Number was absolutely amazing. The customer service he provided was beyond wonderful. After getting no where with the customer service 800 number I called him and he listened to me and took care of the issue immediately. Im beyond grateful, I cant say thank you enough. Its refreshing to see someone who actually cares about their job and customers!! Thank you Ben.

Ben was incredibly helpful in making sure we found the right Sleep Number for us. Typically with a purchase this big, I feel the salesmen try to rush you into making a purchase but did not feel that way at all at Sleep Number. Ben took his time explaining everything and I’m so happy we went here!

Great bedding store. The service was excellent. The experience of purchasing a sleep number was very well thought out. Time will tell weather the bed was comfortable but 5 stars on the experience and service. Pricing is on par with top of the line coil and foam mattresses.

Miguel was exceptional. He was knowledgeable & made the process easy without being pushy. We were fearful that it would be like going to buy a car but it was the opposite. It was a pleasure working with Miguel & his manager.

Miguel in the West Hartford, CT store is amazing. We bought the full package at 10k. We were told the delivery would be on March 11th, so my husband took the morning off. Friday before, I received an email stating our delivery would be in the evening. I responded that we needed an AM delivery. The delivery team responded that we would only need someone 18 or older home to receive the bed. I responded and said that I wanted to be home since the bed cost 10k and to please advise about another delivery time. No response. I called customer service and she checked with the delivery department and said we were still scheduled for an evening delivery and that schedules are set, no changes. I said “well, if you’re unable to change the delivery date or time, I guess I have to cancel”, and she quickly transferred me to another department. The lady in cancellations was quick to cancel my order. When she asked why, I told her it was because of a scheduling conflict. At the end of the call, she told me she was sorry it didn’t work out and I told her, we wanted the bed and would still go ahead with the order if the delivery department was willing to work with us. She responded with another apology and told me to have a good night. We were stunned that Sleep Number was so quick to cancel a 10k order over a delivery conflict. Furthermore, we lost all confidence in customer service and their ability to help us should something go wrong with our bed. I guess we dodged a bullet. Truly disappointed with this company. Will never buy or attempt to buy from them again. I’m still giving this store 3 stars because Miguel was so good to work with. It’s not his fault the company and customer service couldn’t get it together.

We were very happy with Miguel and the excellent service that he provided us today in helping our son and future daughter-in-law select the correct Sleep Number Bed for themselves, as this will be our wedding gift to them. We love ours and told them that there is no better bed to get a great night of sleep on!

My salesperson Miguel was the reason I was sold on buying my bed. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeable about the product.His dedication to his job was very evident. I see a nice Bonus in his future and I wish him lots of luck!

I called because I thought I lost my remote when I moved and was told it was $60 for a replacement. I told them to hold off on the order I wanted some time to actually look to see if I was able to find the remote. They really tried talking me into ordering it and I did not want to spend $60 for something I wasnt entirely sure if I lost or not. I repeatedly said no do not put the order through and of course they did anyway. Now I have to drive 40 minutes out of my way to return it or pay for shipping to send it back. Im not happy about it. Very pushy and didnt help at all. Wish I could give zero stars.

All employees at this store are extremely knowledgeable about their product. No pressure tactics. Really enjoyed the experience.

Kinda expensive for a air mattress gotta wonder if moisture is in the bed mold has to be there at some point. If you left some air out where does the mold go? Idk maybe its just my brain ?
