I have purchased 3 or 4 mattresses from this Mattress Firm store over the last few years and staff was always helpful in ensuring I made a good selection at a fair price. Most recently I had difficulty with a platform bed that did not work properly. The staff--particularly Miguel went above and beyond to help me resolve this very complicated problem. Thanks so much.

Brent was most helpful. Listened to my needs and type of mattress I was interested in. Did research for me and got just the mattress I was looking for. And A+ to the delivery team! Delivered right at the beginning of the time frame and with ease and good humor. All around a very good experience.

Thorough and knowledgeable sales staff. Downside was the time we have to wait for delivery. We live less than a mile from the store which made no difference in delivery timetable since they seem not to stock mattresses. Makes buying locally a useless consideration.

A broad selection of mattresses in price ranges to fit almost anyones budget. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. Mattress we chose was extremely comfortable. Some would say that they are overpriced, but within reason, I dont think you can put a price on a good nights sleep. If I end up needing another mattress, I will definitely be back.

If I can give zero stars I will. This shop left my 82 year old mother and her 90 year old husband to sleep on the floor for two days (Saturday and Sunday) because we were home at 5:00 pm instead of 4:15 pm. The “window” was 4:15 to 6:15 and 5:00 pm was entirely within our window. They refused service!!!!!!

I really like how staff let me walk around and lay on a bunch of mattresses before approaching me. Hopefully I’ll be sleeping on my new mattress soon. Brent was friendly, understanding and helpful. I left the store feeling spoiled.

Had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm in West Hartford, CT. Our sales associate Syed was friendly and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure to buy anything. Syed was very patient with my young daughter as she tried the beds and remotes and gave her options. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this store.

Tony from Mattress Firm WeHa was incredible with helping us find our dream bed. First of all, he was very personable and funny! He was also very knowledgeable about the mattresses, and shared about how they will effect your sleep and body, which my husband and I found very interesting. He also encouraged our two young kiddos to bounce around a little (and we all know how daunting keeping kids entertained can be while trying to make a decision). I was nervous about how our experience was going to pan out since we didnt really know what we were looking for, but Tony put all those worries to ease and helped us leave two very happy customers.

We walked in late on a Thu evening browsing for a guest bedroom mattress and Tony made the process super easy. In less than an hour, the mattress was selected and delivery set. My fiance and I arrived at the West Hartford store just 30 minutes before closing time on a Sunday evening and John Montague DC, Sleep Expert, stayed late to insure we had the right mattress and bases that would meet our needs and expectations. Craig at mattress firm went above and beyond when we purchased a mattress for our son. He was helpful with pricing and gave great customer service during the purchase which was quick and painless! We thought that was impressive enough but when we went to pick it up he not only helped my husband move car seats and maneuver the mattress into our SUV he waited with a car seat so my husband could come back and get the boxspring for the second trap. I must say I was very apprehensive about having to order a new bed. However, Steven Waldron & Nate made this process unbelievably easy and comfortable. From the moment you walk into the stores location in West Hartford, you are just at ease with their ability to help you order a bed. They have a great system to start you figuring out the foundation of buying a bed. Steven walked us through trying out the firm, medium and soft mattresses, and then discussed whats our ideal price range. He educated us on all the necessary parts of bed buying and what all the options are. He actually listened to what we wanted and didnt try to forcefully persuade us to into different routes with our choices. I also want to give some credit to Nate, because he also took it upon himself to jump on the computer and try to find options of what we were looking for online. It didnt end there, once we figured out the matress and boxspring they even helped us with sheets and the matress protector. In no time at all we left with a great deal and our new bed arrived the next morning. What could be better than that? Great service and great product, equals a win-win for us. My husband and I needed to replace two beds in our home. We took advantage of the Presidents Day sale for savings and financed both beds. After 2+ weeks we also decided to exchange the beds (under 120 return policy) and all transactions went smoothly. We worked with Miguel Batista and he made the whole experience a pleasure. He also worked hard to find the best discount with original purchase and with the exchanges. Our split king will deliver tomorrow and I anticipate no problems as other two deliverys were exactly when scheduled.

I purchased a bed and a base for a little over $2000 just for the delivery to get here to tell me a part was missing and couldnt set up. Called the store manager on duty and said he would give me a refund on the delivery and make sure I get it the next day call back and spoke to my salesman and he stated that he would make this top priority and would get it to me today. So this morning when I called the store to see what was going on I was told that theres no way to get it to me today and I have to wait until tomorrow. What a JOKE!!! Stop lying to your customers just tell the damn truth. Asked for a refund and now I gotta wait 3-5 days for it.

Went here a week ago to look at mattresses to replace my current one. Like 1 and went to run some numbers. Miguel was my sales rep and took my information but I told him we were not going to buy and just looking. Next thing I know he gave me a form I needed to sign for a credit application which I did not. I understand running a quick credit check but not opening a credit card till the deal had been processed. Today I go to the mail and see they unlawfully opened a Synchrony credit card in my name. Cancelled the card and will never go back there. I do not understand how Synchrony Bank got my signature when I never signed anything. Never give these people your information and just run the numbers or you will end up with a credit card.
