Make sure to inquire about a coupon BEFORE service. Theyll try to avoid them. Schedule appointment over phone, their website will send a confirmation but in fine print say to reschedule. Waisted a trip for me. Seemed like good mechanics, but expensive and probably are better options.

Went to get new tires and the service was great. Tire prices very reasonable. Very honest about this that need to be done about any future repairs that should be done on the here and now. Thanks guys.

I came to this firestone around 2:02 PM today and asked the person at the desk (probably in his late 50s early 60s)how long an alignment would take. He said it would probably take around 45 minutes. Which is what I needed because I had to travel an hour to go to work in another city. What ended up happening is my car was never looked out for the next 40 minutes…It’s possible that my mistake was mentioning that I had a lifetime warranty for the alignment… because at that point they knew they weren’t making any money off me. But I will try to give them the benefit of the doubt in regards to that and not assume that was what was happening. Next time I will drop off my car there and it’ll be on them if my car makes prospective customers think that they’re too busy to take care how many cars because of their packed parking lot.

Travis provided great service! Had a flat tire replaced and it was fast, simple, and the whole process was done with ease and very informative of my options.

Went and got an oil change here, 2.4 liter Chevy equinox that only takes 5 quarts. Drained the oil and had 8 quarts come out. Now having engine issues with timing that we never had before after we’ve already had the timing chain replaced, let’s see if they’ll show up to court about it. Tried solving it civilly, that doesn’t work anymore when people ruin something I guess.

I purchased a set of tires from the store which included a tire warranty. When I encountered an issue that required repair and brought the car in I was told that they were very busy that Saturday and I should come back another day. I went in on the following Monday morning and was again told that they were very busy and didnt know how long it would take to be able to get to it.The bottom line is the tire warranty is useless if they dont have time to fix the tire.

They fixed my alignment and didnt try and sell me unneeded parts like the last place did. I appreciate their honest job and professionalism.

Called and made an appointment, guy said yeah just come in after noon, I drive over and there wasnt 1 parking spot available on the lot,even the curbs were taken. I called to let him know and I tell him Ill just go eat and check back.I go back after 1:00 and the guy at the desk says jeeze were swamped can you just leave it?I forgot to mention the guy earlier was telling me 30-40 minutes tops...apparently a lot of people like the location or the fact that its Firestone.No thanks, Ill stick with Daves or Dakota tire from now on!

Car broke down on the side of 94 so we got a tow to the closest shop, which was unfortunately this one. After a handful of hours, the car was properly diagnosed and repaired. However, the issue was that (despite me being the person paying for the repair and the most knowledgeable about the vehicle out of the two of us), the repairman continuously interrupted and ignored me to speak to my boyfriend at the time. I probably should have just said Okay, you two can take care of the transaction.

We were heading to Fargo for a quick visit with family on our way home to Texas. A few miles outside of town, our check engine light started flashing. Made it to our hotel and looked for a place to take the truck the next morning. Firestone was the only repair shop open (it was Sunday). We called and explained our predicament and Adam was amazing - got us in and out and on the road by 4:00 pm even though they were super busy. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and service!

Came in to town with a shaking vehicle on a Sunday afternoon, called them up and they were able to get us in. Very accommodating and understanding. Nice area for the kids to be able to move around.

Good Team, Friendly & Fast, Trademark Firestone Service.I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, with a coolant leak, on my drive to Alaska. They didnt have one of the parts needed in stock (Water Pump), but they took care of my leaking Heater Control Valve, and got me back on the road quickly.Good location, with a great burger and beer joint just across the parking lot, so I was able to grab a tasty bite while I waited on my repairs!

Still Waiting For An Appointment That Was Scheduled For An Hour and a half ago. Wont ever return and suggest you do the same. I run a service truck and spend most of my time working. I made an appointment for my only day off this week thinking that it would be nice to buy tires. appt was at 2pm. at 330 pm I was told it would be another hour before they could get my truck in. I left. not only will I avoid this store but will never use Firestone again. absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service. What A Waste Of Time! no one there even acted like they cared about wasting half of my day.

Nicest Auto care shop in town we were accommodated in our bind that we were in on the road to Florida ! Nobody else in town could help to make things worse this was on a Saturday. They squeezed us in and replaced my husband tires and shocks on his 2500HD after a scary death wobble. Were were able to safely get back on the road. It very hard to find nice and knowledgeable Auto care these days this shop will take care of you !!

No stars, made an appointment to fix a tire and 1 1/2 hour later they brought it in just to tell me they couldnt fix it..apparently making an appointment means nothing..very disappointed

Came to my appointment early. No information given on the time frame of when theyd even begin looking at my car. Im sitting here an hour later, and my car is still in the parking lot. It wouldnt be so bad, but one of the employees had to ask what Im here for, what my car was, and who I was, 45 minutes after I was checked in. Not to mention, there are vehicles that came in after I had arrived that began getting worked on. What is the point of setting up an appointment if they give no regard to the schedule? At least someone should keep me up to date.

Truck runs great after getting my tired balanced. I slid into a ditch and it was bouncing very bad at around 55-65 mph. The store made sure I had tried to clean all the ice and snow out of the tires before doing the service. In the short time I was in the store I watch the Tech assist two other people with simple items and in one case there was no charge for a group of old ladies. The tech actually told them its not worth our time to charge you for something so small and simple and to have a good day.

Why make an appointment when walk ins can get service before you? Ive had three other vehicles in there and was pleased with my service but this time was nothing but a joke. When I made my appointment I asked a time frame as I have other things that needed to be done and I was told no problem after about an hour in the waiting room to see two open stalls and guys just standing around doing nothing but joke with each other I asked for my tires and walked out. Guess Ill find another place

Im a Transporter for CP and BNSF Railroad picking up Crew and taking them to their destinations But do t think they will get Transported today or this weekend!! My boss told me today go here and get snow tires and oil change and and heater block I got them all EXCEPT heater block, It wasnt compatible and they had problems getting a plug back in or something then said it was ready to go but when I drove off a mile away, my water gauge went to hot and I didnt have NO heat whatsoever. I called them back but they closed immediately at 700. Now hopefully I can make it back there without anything bad happening to my van so they can fix it . I spent from 1130 am to closing time at 7pm for 3 things. My boss is NOT happy with the money he spent there I have to call them in the morning now... Went there this morningand they fixed the problem immediately and Im impressed Good Job Highly recommend Firestone in West Fargo THANKS

I had a stripped oil plug, and they quoted me around $500. I was told there was absolutely no other choice, and that they had already started working on it. This was before I had even agreed to go forward with completely replacing the pan, or told them I was fine with the service they were going to provide me. It is unacceptable for them to have told me they already started when I would have gotten a second opinion anyways. It was quite ironic, because once my dad got on the phone with the mechanic, they all of a sudden could do a fix that costed TEN DOLLARS, compared to 500+ DOLLARS. Even if it is a temporary fix, I asked if there were other options and the woman told me this is the only choice they have. They completely tried (and failed) to take advantage of me, and I cant help but assume it was because I am a woman, and they thought I would just blindly listen and pay. Luckily, my dad was a mechanic and helped me with the situation, by asking them to do a different fix (a fix they did not offer me, or even mention). I will now be telling all of my friends and family to stay far away from this place when it comes to putting your car in trustworthy hands. I also find it funny how expensive all of the rates are, considering I called around and all the alignments I found were costing around $60, and theirs was quoted at $80. Also, the suggested tie rod replacement costs peaked my interest. The most expensive tie rod we could find was around $40, and theirs was priced out at $80 for the part alone. I completely understand that labor costs factor in, but theirs charges do not add up and are way more expensive than any comparable shop. Almost every service they had recommended was way more expensive than any nearby shops for that matter. Overall, I recommend staying far away from this business, ESPECIALLY if you do not have background knowledge on automotive repair services. You might find yourself with a bill of $500+ dollars that they say is absolutely necessary, when you went in for a simple oil change, if you have an experience similar to mine.

Came in for a last minute oil change before the weekend. They were able to squeeze me in no problem, and were done fairly quickly. Both employees that helped me were very friendly and didnt try to push unnecessary repairs like some other places Ive been to. Nice waiting area with access to tv, coffee, magazines/newspapers and toys for kiddos.

Amazing experience, had to get my brakes changed and other places wanted more. Firestone did it quickly, honestly, and at a reasonable price. The mechanic even brought me my old brakes and showed me what was going on and walked me through solutions.

Called ahead to ensure time for a tire repair. Aside from sarcastic comment from Auto Care Advisor on the phone about the tire repair taking an hour because “his guys aren’t just standing around doing nothing, they’re working on other cars, but will get mine in and out as soon as they can,” the service was fast and convenient for a late Saturday request.

I experienced an issue with my vehicle tire. I called to ask about getting my tire changed out, once I was towed in to the Firestone store. When I called to inquire about their help, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. While waiting for my tow, I called a different tire center and was greeted with amazing customer service and a chipper helpful person! Didn’t even go to firestone. First impressions matter!

I dropped my vehicle for oil change, one of the front desk personnel told me to come back after 2 to 3 hours. It was freezing cold with negative n I called Uber for ride to get home. When calling them back after 4 hours, n I was told to come n pick your vehicle nothing was done. I called Uber again to get back to west Fargo Firestone site n get my vehicle. They killed my day with no service. I will never recommend unless there is change.

I brought my car in because it was shaking while driving down the interstate. After 3 hours of waiting for my car to be inspected, they told me I needed many new parts and new tires. I didnt have the money for the repair, so I had to make due with the shake for the time being. I happened to find a great deal on tires at a different shop and had them installed. New tires and a FREE alignment fixed my issue. No other parts needed. They totally took advantage of the fact that I was a clueless woman. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this place.

I cant 100% speak for the workmanship and truthfulness of this place, but they are EXPENSIVE! I have been here a few times and didnt really have any complaints, they seemed decent and close to where I live. But, after just paying $80 for essentially an oil change and steering fluid top off and probably quick inspection of the steering fluid areas, which I was quoted 1,800+ to repair it all, I am probably not going back. They have good hours and work on Saturday, and Annette at the front is pretty cool, but not much else I can brag about. The downtown one probably went out of business for a reason. Dont be fooled by the good review on the first search, that is THEIR website. If you look there are some bad reviews on there as well. It probably wouldnt have 2 stars on google if it was an awesome place. Like a lot of mechanic shops change the numbers they quote as well, they dropped me off at work and picked me up, but it was like pulling teeth.

Stopped in on our trip from Minneapolis to Seattle because my tire light came on. They checked all tires, aired them up. Turned out no problem. They got us in right away and back on the road with no charge!

I went to get my oil changed and was expecting it to be like everywhere else were they top off ur fluids and check my tires if air is needed and what not which almost every quick lube place does that but I was told they arent supposed to do that to ppl cars that its not recommended to do very unhappy with my service and want my money back

Very poor customer service. Scheduled an appointment for Transmission oil change, oil change and to have my tires rotated. When I got home they overfilled my power steering reservoir. Oil leaked out of the top. My engine was very clean and when I looked under the hood, oil stains near the area to add oil. Then noticed my steering shimmied. Obviously nobody test drove my car as the wheels were out of balance. Was quoted $600 plus dollars to replace all brakes and when I asked why the rotors needed to be turned, was told this is the industry standard. Took the car elsewhere for the brakes, and was told that statement was BS!! Not happy! Poor customer service from this store.

I made an appointment for an oil change, showed up to check in 10 minutes early. it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes from my appointment time to finish my oil change. I wasnt told at check in that it would take longer than normal. I had to ask about the status of my vehicle twice and was told its being worked on. No apologies or any type of compensation. I will never go here for any type of auto care. 0/10 do not recommend.

Wow just wow! Not used to this kind of great service these days. I bought my wheels and tires from tire rack and had them ship it here as I have worked with them before. I bought my tpms sensors from Firestone. For some reason they didn’t pair and since I had to leave town asap, they said that if I am able to pair it anywhere they would pay for the charges!! So I took it to BMW for my regular oil change and had them try to pair the sensors ($150 to pair), they were unsuccessful :(.Not only did the firestone guys in west Fargo refund that amount that BMW charged me, they ordered a new set of sensors and swapped them out for free.I work in retail/customer service and they went above and beyond!! I am very pleased to have worked with Zack, Matt and James ! Dudes are professional and helpful.

I was going to rate 4 stars, but I realized I told them Id pick it up after work. Dropped my truck off at 2, they called me at 5:30. Just efficient business, If I wouldve stayed probably be done sooner. They also had my truck pulled up right in front. Im bad with names, but the lady up front knew her stuff and was top notch.

Do not go here...Went to fix a coolant leak and one tire that had a slow leak. Brought vehicle in at noon, they said they would have it done by the end of the day. I called in at 5p.m. and they said it would be another 45 minutes, so I got dropped off to wait for it. After getting dropped off, I talked to the manager for a few minutes about the fixes and then he said that it wouldnt be complete until the next day, hopefully by the end of the day tomorrow...very poor communication there.They ended up rotating my tires, which is fine, but just a couple of days later I found that the one tire that was previously leaking was low again, they clearly did not fix it, yet charged me for it. I also found that one of the lug nuts on another wheel was very loose and about to fall off... This place can not be trusted to finish a job completely and they assume that you wont notice if they skip a few steps in any process.Also I felt overcharged for the labor involved for my fixes... That is probably why they kept the vehicle overnight, just to get a couple more hours of labor charges.Do not go here.

Yeah, Im just talking to some loser, said Paul as I was standing there waiting for my receipt to be printed off - I am not certain if he was talking to another customer or a fellow employee on the phone or if he was telling the person that I was a loser but I am very dissatisfied that any representative would think that type of talk on the work floor is okay, especially since I paid just shy of $100 for an oil change, and that was after my coupons! I know this means very little to such a large company but I will be taking my business elsewhere, Ive had better customer service from WALMART. Overpriced, as well!
