I love going to Office Depot. Because the employees there are real helpful and they are very knowledgeable on the products that they carry there. Most of all they are friendly and real helpful. Highly recommend!

Definitely enjoyed going here to look at laptops and desktop computers. My partner and I both picked up a computer for each of us. The staff were friendly and helped us right away and answered our questions. I definitely enjoyed looking around this store because they have a different environment than some of the others in town. I will be back soon to get some more stuff I am sure!

Went to buy some tax forms there. The employees were very helpful in helping me find them. They even asked if I needed any help while I was just looking around. Thats very rare for me these days even in a big store with tons of employees. They did not know exactly what the difference in the tax forms packages were, but went out of there way to find out for me. I dont blame them. I dont think anyone in this country understands tax forms anyway, why should we expect them? Great experience though and I do believe I received the correct package of forms. This store carries a ton of products. Please be patient with these guys.

Their printing department rocks! Jeff went way above and beyond to help he hit an unexpected deadline today. This was my third experience there, and each one has been fantastic. I price shop 3-4 other places each time, and they have always been the least expensive. The employees seem to really care about the quality of the work, and it definitely shows.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The staff are willing to go the extra mile and help you find what you are looking for. Or they will help you find the best product to match your needs, if you are unsure if what you want is what you need.

I had to drop off a FedEx package. This place is convenient because you dont have to drive downtown. Also, Im addicted to office supplies. So I didnt make it out the door empty handed. :)

I had to ask twice to get some help with getting a file cabinet. Nobody ever showed up after asking twice. I just left. The customer service at this store has gone downhill in the past year, for the most part it’s obsolete and extremely slow if you can ever get any help.

I was asked many many many times if I needed help. (Which is usually good) . Service was slow but friendly and helpful. They are definitely high on the price side...but what do you expect. Ill shop there again.

Friendly, Knowledgeable & Focused: had several projects to do-Emerald did excellent photo & cutting, Kory helped get correct/efficient memory storage devices, and Nick was helping my timeliness/getting my OD electronic coupon working.

Helpful. Resume Printed on short notice. Adjusted the lines for correct formatting. Stephen a big help. Called ahead and was able to pick it up. Prompt when answering the phone.

Went here to grab pens and the gentleman that checked me out was completely rude. Had a blonde mop top with some colors in it. I was using my Samsung pay on my watch and it didnt work twice. I could tell he was getting frustrated however I could see on his computer screen it was just a simple glitch. I explained I didnt want charged 3 times but went through with the transaction anyway. I checked acct as I was leaving and told the gentleman it was weird because i was charged 3 times but 2 of them were immediately re deposited. Trying to let him know it wasnt my fault. He didnt say a word. I said, thank you! As I walked out and he just stared me down. I guess office depot employees are tough now. Last time I go there.

Poor service, waited to long to print just 1 simple file, problematic computer and printer. Inconvenient place to go to when youre in a hurry.

Waited 12 minutes at the cash register. There were 5 other employees stocking shelves. One finally came up to help but the third register was never used. Five groups in line. This is not the first time this has been the case. They need a self checkout.
