I went to Journeys on January 30th to look around for shoes with my younger sister. I felt like I was walking into an employee cult. The employees were making fun of a kid for carrying around a stuffed animal, and one of them approached me & my sister 3 times without a mask on. I usually don’t leave reviews like this but I was disgusted of how the employees were acting.

Young lady was working by herself she made sure to help all the customers in the store. She did amazing job being only employee at the time.

Had upsetting costumer service today. Came in to exchage a pair of faulty shoes. The gentleman that worked this morning told me that I trashed them and its all my fault. Called hot line and they told me I still can get my shoes exchage with in 30 days. Came back, told the gentleman whats up, and he chage them right away. I just dont understand why he couldnt do it right away.

So I came in today, the employees were very helpful and nice yet she gave me one shoe, & i live hours away, what should i do?

I went to the Journeys in Jordan Creek Mall with my boyfriend. The guy working there, Cameron, was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us try on several pairs of Timberlands and showed us the ones he had bought there as well. I highly recommend going to the Journeys in the Jordan Creek Mall!

Walked in and was greeted by a guy working there. Saw me looking at Vans and asked if Id like to try on a few sizes, to which I replied yes. After getting a pair of Vans, he noticed me looking at Birkenstocks and asked if Id like to try some on which I did. I loved them and so I purchased them as well. Overall, customer service was excellent and I walked out with not one, but two pairs of shoes that I absolutely love!

The worst customer service today. The first time I went in, no greeting or anything. I had a young man that worked there just stare at me as I was holding a shoe in my hand. Granted they were busy so I left and came back. I went in for a specific pair of Vans that were apparently sold out in my size. For some reason a more heavy set young female red head with glitter shadow on (wish I had got her name) suggested a half size down from what I wore. Of course they did not fit. She then suggested having them delivered to my apartment. I told her no, my apartment isnt a good place for such deliveries due to some of the tenants here. She then brought me out completely different Vans than what I was asking for. Neither of them fit. I told her that they didnt, even after she watched me try to put them on. She slammed the boxes of shoes down on the chair across from me and walked off. Didnt come back. Said nothing as I walked out. If you want Vans, get them from their website.

Slightly expensive but they have all the newest shoes great selection

Good selection. However I picked a pair of shoes that had $50 marked on them. They rang up at $64. They would not honor the price because it was the last pair:(

I was there this weekend and was very disappointed with the customer service. I was never greeted or approached while walking in the store. I stood around a while and still no one attended me while there were three employees just standing around and messing around in front of the registers, I had to go up and ask if someone could get me a size of shoes I wanted to try on. I still bought the shoes because I really wanted them but next time I’ll be going to a different journeys where employees are happy to help their customers.

Never had a problem at this store. Always greeted as I enter and always satisfied when I leave

No one greets you here at all. I have to ask for help. Weird concept. Just employees trying to look cool but never offer help.
