Great Target! Never had any problems. Well stocked. Clean.The Starbucks in there :/ not the best. The last time I was there they didn’t know how to use (scan) my FREE Starbucks birthday drink!!! Seems pretty basic to me but … they ended up charging me! So annoying!!!! Coupon is only good for your actual birthday. Come on man!

I returned after being told my med couldnt be filled due to my new insurance. The med had to be preapproved with my doctor thru the new insurance. After confirming w/ the doctor that it had been approved I came in & was told that it needed to be processed & would be about 15 min. I waited over 30 min. while I watched at least 3 people get flu shots & other customers get help. I even asked what the status was & was told it was being filled & the pharmacist needed to approve it. I waited at least 20 minutes more until I caught the pharmacist coming back from the bathroom before I finally got my med. There is no excuse for that long of a wait!

We love this target. They have the greatest selection of a ton of different items. Things can be a little pricey but for the most part, theyre of better quality. It definitely feels more like a mall since theyre revamped all of the targets but I love it and so does my family!

I do not go to big box stores often, and especially since the Covid pandemic started. I had to get some items however, and this store seemed like a logical place, and close to my home. I was surprised at how everyone I saw was wearing a face mask. They were all very polite and I was helped when I could not find things. They have a good selection of almost anything you might need, from larger items like televisions, to small items for your home or office.I was pleased that it seemed to be very clean, plenty of people available to help (young but very well trained staff) and they reqlly seemed to care if I got what I needed, or they offered suggestions.I left with everything I came for. I think price wise they are about the same as Amazon - maybe on some items higher, but you get your item immediately, so no waiting for shipping, plus you can see the items in person. As long as they keep up their Covid safe protection for shoppers and good variety and good prices I will highly recommend them and go back if I need something quickly.

Service was great. All items were available. I was disappointed to not receive an email stating that the items were ready to be picked up. If I had not checked the email link and looked they would have sat there all night and possibly been put back!

I was bringing up an inquiry with a team member, and was rudely interrupted by the manger named Wilson. He interrogated the team member about random tasks all of which he had fulfilled. Than turned on myself and my associate to rudely ask if we had any more shopping or if we were just going to leave. We’ve previously been followed by him and do not plan on returning.

Im a Shipt Shopper and I have been to all the Targets in the Metro, so I can say with confidence that this is the best one. What sets them apart is the friendliness. Its a great, relaxing shopping experience. Also, the parking isnt as terrible as Ankeny, Urbandale, or Valley West for that matter.Special shout-out to Diane for being an awesome Cashier and self checkout attendant!

This has always been our neighborhood Target store. Overall, I usually enjoy shopping here, mostly just for fun. If I need something, it is usually stocked. There are definitely times the store seems wiped out and disorganized though, and that can be frustrating. Sometimes there arent enough check-out lanes open, but I do self check-out when I only have a few items. I like the new Cartwheel app feature for coupons.

A great place to do a little shopping, with a clean well stocked store. However the problem is getting into the parking lot. This is a high traffic area and the flow from I-35 onto Mills Civic makes it difficult to reach.

A pretty good Target. Really good selection of clothes. Staff were really knowledgeable and helpful when I needed something specific. Dressing rooms were clean, well maintained, and Id even say felt kind of classy. They also had those cool backwards-close umbrellas that are hard to find!

Such excellent service. I had not asked for drive up service..but didnt want to go in to the store due to covid. They changed my order from in-store to drive up and brought it to me with a very happy demeanor...meant so much to me

I really appreciate Targets policy requiring all shoppers to wear masks. My wife and I are seniors and she has an existing condition that makes her more vulnerable. The staff were all very friendly and helped me find the items I was looking for. The cashier at the checkout counter was very friendly and helped brighten my day.

Fast, accurate and simple service picking up my online order at customer service. There was an adequate number of employees helping at customer service to make it a quick and smooth transaction.

Parking lot was full but the store didnt feel full and lines at checkout but not a long wait.

The supposed team manager was very rude and was talking down to my mother while we were attempting to check out last Saturday. I have never been so appalled by an attitude in my life! Then, while we were checking out, the two employees proceeded to ignore my mother and I and talk about their plans for the rest of the day!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! I normally dont have an issue with target but if this is how they are going to treat their customers I will take a hard pass! Will not be going back to this target anytime soon!

We placed an online order today, not understanding how to do curbside pickup, so we choose the pickup option and called the store when we got there. Tommy was quick to give me an ear full about how I ordered incorrectly and Id need to come in to collect my order. I Apologize profusely, and simply asked him to return the order, since we werent comfortable coming in the store with skyrocketing COVID cases. I had my two young kids with me and dont want to risk exposure.Once I requested the return of my order, he then agreed to bring them to my car. He then gave me a 3 minute lecture at my car about how I need to download the app, etc, ETC. My kids were worried about why he was talking to me in that tone... And I just wanted to get out of there.We felt that he was not a good representation of the customer service level you strive for.

Jordan is a great guy! He was with me running through half the store trying to find something I saw online. Very optimistic and great working attitude. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Little to no contact but no one has ever been rude or standoffish - PERFECT for keeping people working during a Pandemic. If you must get things from Target - definitely do the BOPIS!

This location does not enforce the wearing mask policy. Either wear a good mask, be quick, or chose a different store

I like the store and selection. Prices are usually reasonable. I am trying to buy even more of my groceries at Target since the local grocery store is not requiring masks. I feel more comfortable shopping at Target when everyone is wearing a mask.

Great location for a quick stop. The Mrs. was in need of some new clothes for a funeral we were driving to and this was right off the interstate. We were in and out and back on the road after she found what she wanted. Definitely recommend this location for your quick stops or even if you were going for more than a few things. Enjoy

Ive shopped this store since it opened and before that the store on Valley West. Always recieved friendly service.I bought a mans Braun Electric Shaver approximately 2 months ago. The shaver requires a liquid clean and renew. The store does not carry the product. Talked to a store employee, he suggested ordering dirdtly from Braun. The Valley West Store did not have any either.. Seems to me that because it essential for the electric razor to work and since you carry more than one SKU of Braun Shavers that you would carry the clean & renew. I realize that you only have so much shelf space available. But you often carry an item in 3 different sizes plus the same item in various scents or 9 skus and multiple facings of essentially the same item. The scent is never that strong anyway Luckily I found the product available at Walmart alomg with 3 other products that I wws looking for. My first ever visit to local Walmart. And I bet at least 15 years since I was in any Walmart. Walmart provides good entertainment in people watching.. And dont they look in the mirror before they leave home.

The Mills Civic Target is one of my fave places to shop. Sometimes I dont even need anything specific but I have 20 min to burn so I just go in and pick up this and that. Had a return recently and the mgrs took care of it nicely. Go Mills Civic Target!

Why would you move handicap parking further away from front doors and make it online shopping pickup. When did that service become more important.. You lost a valued customer that will share this experience with many others.

I love the layout of this Target. Very modern and chic. They have a quite large Home Decor section. The store is always clean and well maintained.

Do not use their mobile services at Target. They are a third party vendor. Also, my wife and I tried to get phones a week ago and there was a $200 gift card with new number or upgrade. We were told that the next day the would end, but a better deal was offered, including: buy one get one half off iPhones and $150 gift card per phone. Well..thats not actually what happened. Between my wife and I there were four trips to this Target. That takes time, money, miles, and gas. We still do not have new phones and we have been told one thing and another and another and another by multiple people. It has still not been resolved. My impression of Target has done way down because of this. My wife and I have spent hours trying to get this handled and it has been a nightmare!I highly recommend not getting your phone at Target. Ever.

Poor customer service. Poor online ordering experience. Shelf was delivered WITHOUT hardware. Now I own $133 particle board. Last time ordering or purchasing anything from this store

Very rude personal.

New to area went to this store. The store layout is confusing. Why mess with a good thing. Checking out took way to long. The cashier weren’t familiar with what order cartwheel, gift cards. The store was packed there wasn’t enough cashiers. Carts were left inside the front doors causing more chaos. Difficult for customers to navigate through. It wasn’t a shining moment for Target.

Very clean nice looking efficient Target. Came to pick up online order. Very smooth process. Ample parking on Sunday around 6pm

I love getting my groceries and anything else I need at Target. They have an excellent selection and staff are extremely helpful.

Don’t rely on the app to tell you something is available. Drove across town to pick something up and the employees said it takes 24 hrs for it to sync.

Remodeled and I hate it. Can’t find anything. Brands I loved are gone. This store used to be a relaxing escape. It’s now as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist. I try to avoid it unless I absolutely have to go.

This target is just beautiful. This one and the one in Urbandale are by far the most cleanly and visually appealing targets in the area. Also has very friendly staff, never had a bad experience here.

The store was super clean & my checkout experience with Brit was fabulous.

I had an issue with one of the gift cards I had purchased at the store a few weeks ago. I called the store and talked to Josh at Customer Service. He told me the hours hes at the store so he could help me when I go in. I finally went to the store 10 days later, and he remembered our conversation, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I really appreciate his help.

I love Target! They have most, if not all, of the non-foods I need, plus the daily food needs. Prices are competitive, and the store employees go out of their way to answer my questions, or show me where something is located. Thank you very much!

Target has changed over the years and not in a good way. I used to be a loyal Target shopping and slowing that is decreasing as well. The cashiers dont always remember to give you credit for bringing your own bags which is frustrating to have to remind them, especially when they then become annoyed. I am finding deals to order online and pick up in store with a better price which means I really have no reason to actually shop in store is I save money this way. The rule of no Target gift cards being allowed to purchase other entertainment or food cards is beyond frustrating. Target took the cash without a problem, and then restricts what I can spend my card on, very disappointing.

Our 7 year old tv broke and we had to unexpectedly purchase a new one. We worked with Dan in the electronics department to assist us with this purchase. While this location did not have the model in stock, he called not one but two stores to locate one. The other location was able to put it on hold for us and we had an exceptional experience, due to Dan’s kind attitude and willingness to help. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future electronic needs.

Who doesnt love Target?! They have everything and have improved their prices to be more affordable and competitive with other stores!

Given COVID and the difficulty of stocking shelves, I understand products not always being available. The only reason I would say not to go is if I know a specific product is not in stock.

Customer Service Manager, Patrick, went above and beyond! He was friendly, professional and made us feel like we were no trouble at all, even though we had a price adjustment and a return. Called another store, and they weren’t willing to price match, so I called around and Patrick was the best, even remembered my phone call! Best customer service we’ve seen in a long time!

The order and pick up is so easy to use and the employees so prompt and helpful when you go to pick up.

Love their bakery section! I had them make a personalized cake for me, and they were able to make is exactly how I asked! The cake looked beautiful and taste just a good as it looked! I will definitely be ordering my cakes from the Target bakery in the future!

Broad variety of quality products offered at fair prices. You can really get a good deal here if you watch for it--I recently saved about $300.00 off of a TV just by combining discounts, Cartwheel, and buying on a Red Card.

Waited on Blackfriday to get the Grace 4-1 car seat and they only had 4, one group took off with 3 out of the 4 who were INCREDIBLY rude, bragging about getting away with 3 while 4(including me) pregnant woman stood by.. and Target did NOTHING. Literally, no rain check or anything to help ALL the customers who wanted one, Target employees did NOTHING to help! I’m incredibly pissed with the customer service at Target we experienced, and to not help solve any problems and let some people get away with likely selling items online for an even more expensive price. (Neither of them were pregnant, making comments, and snickering at those of us actually NEEDING this product, and to top it off they got the prices matched for another car seat because they got the WRONG car seat ) this needs to be corrected. Some ladies and a gentleman had been in line since 2am this morning waiting to top it off.

Target always has the best products and their prices are beginning to compete with stores that have cheaper prices!

The service desk staff is horrible I bought a pack and play not knowing it was purple and just wanted to exchange it for the blue one but the made me pay 15 extra for it when all I was doing is getting a different color because Im having a boy and Im not putting him in a purple pack and play. They were all extremely rude and I will no longer be shopping at this target. I worked retail for 10 plus years and if someone came in and wanted to switch something out for a different color of the EXACT same thing we would do an even exchange even without the receipt because its the same product just a different color glad you guys dont care about making the customer happy.

This is my go-to Target. Its always clean, bright, well organized, and stocked with what I need. The staff is incredibly nice from floor staff to produce to managers. I will actually go out of my way to go to this location - its incredibly rare for me to say that.

Great super target. Its always very well stocked. Their baby section (clothing, furniture, toys, diapers, formula, you name it) is huge with a wide selection. Getting there can be a bit tricky, traffic is always crazy in that part of town.

Ordered items on line and picked them up with no problem at the store. Super easy when you have something specific you are wanting to get!!

We wanted to donate a bike to a college kid we know and went to our neighbourhood target store on Mills Civic today (Labor day) around 1pm. At the store we hit the assistance button near the bike area, a guy named Mike came for assistance. He started off with a very rude tone, when we asked few questions on hybrid versus some other options etc..he was rude in answering everything works, all bikes are same.... and he left.We love our store but this guy really pissed me off, I was with my two young boys and never had this kind of experience at Target before. My husband ended up buying a bike as we have always bought all our stuff from this target store.

I have never experienced the level of rudeness from a manager as I have in this Target location, multiple times. As a retail worker myself, I get the struggle and I try to be nice and understanding, but the level of attitude I recieved from the manager on duty, Ally, was over the top.

I did some after Christmas shopping this morning, but did not go through my purchases until this afternoon. I found that I did not have everything I purchased and realized that I must have left some things in the cart (almost $80 worth of purchases). I called the store and nothing had been turned in but they said to bring in my receipt and they would check the security feed to see what had happened. Long story short, they couldnt figure out what happened but they made good on my missing items. What store does that? Thank you so much WDM Target!!

Incompetent customer service. I handed a bag with clothing to return. I trusted the person to complete the return. I didnt initially count the money refunded. But after I walked I realized that there was money missing. I didnt expect an error with 2 pants 2 shirts and a tie. When I returned, the representative downright said she didnt scan. Security indicated I might be wrong. I was forced to wait for a camera look considering I demanded it. All I can say is Incompetent

For a Super Target it was not so super. The cosmetics team member was kind enough to help me in grocery because there was no team member around the entire grocery section to help me find a gluten free item I could only find at target. Inconvenient for me. But I appreciate the cosmetics team member- super kind and had awesome purple hair. Self checkout team member did not greet me or say goodbye, instead he was talking to another team member (tall skinny kid with a man bun) about how they are excited for a pay raise. I worked at target before and ending a guests experience in a positive way is not very difficult to achieve, especially at a high quality store located near very expensive neighborhoods. Came out of my way to go to super target. Maybe I will try to find my gluten free alternatives at Hyvee. Disappointed to say the least.

Its a SuperTarget, with grocery, and normal retail options. Its right off the highway and easy to find with ample parking and access to many other shops situated nearby.Its a clean store, with good staff, and everything you expect from a Target store.

This Target is always slightly disorganized and the bathrooms are messy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The clientele are pretentious and obnoxious which sometimes makes the experience of shopping here awkward and even aggravating.

I mean its Target. Whats not to love. Friendly staff. Clean store. Well lit. Great selection. Low prices.
