Kathy B. made my whole experience with Edible Arrangements absolutely amazing! I called from across the country to send condolences in the form of an edible treat for my niece who had just lost her best friend in a car accident. Kathy knew of the accident and we talked about how the whole community had grown together and spread love to each other in this hard time. We had a good talk and maybe some tears and Kathy showed me the love and empathy that people have for strangers and each other in Iowa!

Ordered arrangements for upcoming Administrative professionals day-Sally handled it all swimmingly! Way to go! Loved doing business with them and will definitely use them again for Oral Surgeons, PC!!!

Had to have an order adjusted at last minute. Sally helped me make the necessary adjustments quickly. Not local to this area and couldnt answer some of her questions and she did the research on her own to ensure my delivery was able to be made.

Came in about 40 minutes til close (yay pregnancy cravings) and worked with an amazing woman. She wasn’t upset that she had to do a fresh order and was extremely helpful and understanding! She had a great positive attitude and was so friendly. I’ll for sure go back there anytime I need something from edible arrangements!

Maggie and the staff here were very helpful in assisting with a, Get Well surprise for my girlfriend including a 12ct assorted chocolate edibles and some balloons but I had given the wrong address; They kindly accepted a re-route to the right location, and said that everything would be taken care of. I wanted to throw in a delivery fee or a tip even though it was waved away. Thank you for everything and for making her smile last longer for years to come.

I won a gift certificate in a bingo event over the summer. It expired today. The employee working was super helpful and able to create a gift box in under 15 minutes without calling ahead. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very sad with the lack of attention to my purchase. I called earlier in the day to reserve an order of ALL CHOCOLATE DIPPED fruit - very specifically reiterated this and they said they would have it, no problem. Before leaving (the commute was 20 minutes) I asked to confirm if they had my order to which they replied it did. When I showed up I paid the money and they brought out an order that had only chocolate covered strawberries, I politely reminded them that mine was supposed to be all chocolate. They took it to the back and made me wait five minutes, only to come back out and tell me they couldnt do anything and I could come back the day after Valentines day if I wanted all chocolate. This is the second time theyve messed up my order, will not be returning.
