By far the best customer service I have experienced at a retail store. I had an issue with a pair of Ecco’s I purchase and Cody went above and beyond to help get this resolved. After contacting the manufacturer about the warranty claim process and finding out that I had to send the shoes in and wait 5-6 weeks for a new pair I stopped in to see Cody again to see what options he had for me. Swapped me out of my shoes into a brand new pair and was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Cody…. You have a customer for life !!!

Went with my two teenage sons. Dawson was very helpful and knowledgeable! Recommended insoles for my son with flat feet and both boys got limited edition Hey Dudes. Very positive, consultative experience!!

Owner helped me find the perfect pair of Sorel boots. He must have brought out 10 pairs, and Im extremely picky. I live in TX and we have zero selection, so it was nice to try on everything Id seen online. Ended up in a kids size but exactly what I wanted. Great service!!

Great customer service, employees want to talk and really build the connection with customers. They also bring out a variety of shoes, giving me a few options and alike items. For all of the haters leaving 1 star reviews, if trying shoes on makes you uncomfortable then maybe go barefoot!

Went in to purchase a pair of $110 Keens....was not acknowledged at all, but made eye contact with RYAN ....TWICE who was not with a customer at all! I picked up a pair and sat down but nobody assisted me. Got up and left the store....meanwhile my sweet husband went up to Ryan and told him what my intentions were and that he just lost a sale. I really hope the employees make commission because if so he lost out big time. I hope the owner sees this and fixes the problem/ offer extra customer service training so they dont lose more business. Needless to say I will never return!

So pushy when trying on shoes! I brought in an exchange and before I even said anything to the clerk, he saw the box and literally WHINED aww, a return! Then when I explained that it was an exchange for work shoes, he brought out 3 more pairs of unrelated shoes they were trying to get rid of and proceeded to put the first pair on my feet without asking! The entire experience made me extremely uncomfortable and I will never return.
