Just checked out what they had in the store. They do have some nice things in there.

The mobile boot barn came to my work and they actually had a very decent selection of women’s boots so I was really happy and the young man that helped me try them on and was very nice. He knows his boots. I am so very happy with my boots price was fair also.

Thank goodness this is here in Iowa! Moved here from a lifetime in Texas a few months ago and you have to search far and wide for a western store! Superbly friendly employees, who were kind and sharp witted enough to know we didnt need help while shopping! Great selection! Wish it wasnt in the mall, but if thats the only downside, well survive! We will be back!

If youre a cowboy (not a real cowboy but one of those that goes to country music bars dressed as one pretending you know how to line dance) then this store is a one stop shop. More boots then anyone knew existed and enough cowboy hats to fit a small army. Honestly I bet 4500 cows gave their lives for this one store. Worth checking out.

Mike was more than helpful in finding the perfect pair of work boots. He is kind, well mannered and sincere. Which isnt all that common these days. We will definitely back for our future boot purchases, and wont go anywhere else.

Im not much into western wear, but I needed a belt for my wife. TJ saw my struggle and was very helpful, even looping the belt through a pair of womens pants to make sure it fit correctly. The merchandise was well organized, staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a very good experience. I might just need to wander back at some point for boots and a hat 😀

Very helpful people but they did not have my size hat in stock. Well stocked and laid out store with clothing, boots, hats and accessories.

Staff was incredibly. Grace was the name of the young lady that helped me out. She was incredibly helpful despite my indecisiveness. All-around great customer service.

Service on 1st visit from lady in boot area left a lot to be desired...so we left. We gave it another chance & returned a week later; thankfully the 2 guys that helped us were significantly better! Dont love chain stores but did get what we needed for an average deal.

It would be nice to see a larger selection of boots, but what they do offer are good quality with different price points. They have a rewards program which is a plus.

Tried on boots for 10 minutes. not one offer for help. asked. nothing. four employees acting like they were busy. have a gift card. they will never get my money.

If you like western style clothes, boots, hats, and other stuff, this is the place. Went in for a pair of pants and a shirt. Walked out with an entire suit lol.

Went to the store they didnt have my size nor the price range I was looking for. They werent much help so went online and ordered a pair of light brown ropers and they arrived within a week they are absolutely beautiful, right price range and so comfy .I wont go to the store but I will be ordering online.Beyond satisfied with the online process.

The staff was very helpful in trying to get me sized and educated while trying to buy my first pair of cowboy boots. I would have purchased here had they more of a selection in larger sizes. I think there were less than a half dozen options in my size.

Nice store and friendly staff for the most part; my complaint is...they do not know how to satisfy customer when it comes to proper boot size. I was dissatisfied with my boots and sold them on Ebay and broke even. I also dont like the fact that these boots are made in China. Tecovas online for custom boots and very affordable prices. And, I can more than live with made in Mexico !

We walked in 3 associates were talking to one another, and did not acknowledge us. We stood there for a little bit, and I finally said excuse me where is the kids section. We then looked at boots, and needed to ask for another size. The other 2 associates were not in eye sight, and the female was helping another customer. I had to interrupt her to ask for help. She pages someone and they took forever getting up towards front. Will not shop here again. I will stick to St. Joe Boot in St. Joseph, Mo.

This barn had a shortage of boots

Very disappointed. My husband purchased a pair of boots (after only finding one pair in his size that were workbooks and waterproof). After we got home, he looked at their online store and the SAME EXACT boots were $20 cheaper and they offer free shipping. When I called the store we were told that we should have paid the discounted price, but there was nothing they could do about it unless we returned to the store (5 hour drive). In addition, Im part of their Rewards Program. After we purchased the boots I was told I got $15 on my NEXT purchase IF I came back the following Wednesday. Worthless. I understand, but it was their mistake and a bad experience. Well be going elsewhere from now on.

Older man in the mall location was very helpful, whished I could remember his name, anyway Boot Barn has quite a selection both in their store and online, if you buy something online and need to return it you can go to the store, which is handier than pockets on a shirt.

This place sucks. Why???1. They only carry Ariats. Their selection of other brands of boots are slim to say the least.2. Their style selection is very poor. Not many colors to choose from.3. The employees are either total nags, or no help at all.4. When purchasing boots, the box isnt included??? Stupid.5. The boot barn rewards card is a total waste of time. All the points that you rack up from big purchases expire after 30 days.Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
