I heart Target! Ive said many times, Target should be one of the only stores to exist, honestly, who needs any other store that sells the same thing. Lower prices or not, I go to Target because Im going to get cleanliness, quality and decent prices on all items Im looking for. The customer service is awesome, its LGBTQ friendly (my community), and I feel comfortable when Im shopping.

This Target location have the dirtiest restroom. Today is August 1st, 2021 but, the cleaning log still dated July 30, 2021. This means nobody clean this restroom for two days😱. Masking is mandated but, there’s so many shoppers without a mask. Nobody checking at the entrance, No mask or hand sanitizer at the lobby. When I told this to cashier, they just looked at me liked I’m crazy. One of the cashier said “I cannot say anything “. Oh wow! Seems the staff at this location don’t care if the Delta variants already crawling in their store.

Up & Up products and Good & Gather foods are a great value.The employees are really nice and helpful, and the store is clean and kept tidy. I also like the extra lighting, its not dark like other stores. If you have a smart phone, you can look up which aisle has the thing you need.

The pick-up was really quick. The staff member was very courteous and had a smile on her face. Would recommend going back to this Target again!

They sell locally grown Kendall Farms flowers! The best!

After months of struggling to get my hands on a very important product to me, literally checking online and in person multiple times a week, I called in to get a better grasp on how I could solve my problem. The individual working the electronics section was cordial, but swiftly ended the discussion with a curt I couldnt care less because they suck anyways. I honestly was put down because Ive been trying to get one of these things for months... And I didnt get any help whatsoever. I didnt need to be belittled because the employee doesnt like what I like.

The ease of access and friendly customer service are a very high quality! If youre in a rush you can call ahead of time if you only have a couple items and they all hold them at the customer service. I was in a rush for time and I needed to get ink in printer paper and I called the electronics lady and she was kind enough to have them waiting for me at the customer service aisle I would definitely recommend this place 7.7

Got a bunch of snacks. Was trying to find mud (Dirt with water) wasn’t able to find it, but got the snacks for the camping trip.

This target was the worst I have seen in MONTHS. They’re roaches on the floors, I saw a man playing with himself, and they never answer their phones what horrible service

Came to find shoes for my daughter not long after opening and this is what we encountered... How do they expect us to find anything? We gave up searching for a missing pair and will go to another target that keeps their shoes better organized. Thanks for wasting our time

I love TARGET! I hate Walmart.

Whatever you do don’t use the drive up service. The store has teenagers filling the orders, one out of the three is actually trying to fill orders as soon as possible while the others just check the bags trying to figure out if they want to actually take the order to your car. Used the same service at another store and it was nothing like this. Much more organized than this.

I purchased a product from a different company but would not use it. I tried to convince myself to settle. A couple of days later I saw Target had exactly what I wanted. I took the other product back and did not settle. Everyone was extra friendly.

The target stores is visible only from workman Avenue not citrus or Baranca. Plenty of parking shared with Ashley furniture end Dicks Sporting Goods .Not pleased with the pharmacy, seems to have issues with the cash register. It almost appears that the change from target pharmacy to CVS pharmacy has had too many problems. However, the meds were ready in record time.The store itself seems to be well-maintained and has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut by the entrance .

I love how fast the items are brought out and the accuracy of the order. I order curbside once every week or 2 and its been great. This last order I was missing 2 items for the 1st time ever but when I called in the store to let them know, a gentleman by the name of Elias in customer service, took care of it and I felt so at ease and completely satisfied with his very caring attention to correcting the error. Thank you Elias!!

I’ve been here several times . The staff members are rude. Also, they do not clean machines between each use. They have selective cleaning. I purchased and item . They did not clean the machine before me or after. They only do it when ever they feel like it. Just rude and very unprofessional. I have called them out multiple times about this unprofessional behavior. They sarcastically gave me the option to call corporate . I definitely won’t be going here anymore . I have had it !

I bought two pair of curtains, and the cashier was talking to her friend that was behind me so much to the lady behind she forgot one set of my panel curtains. and they didnt have anymore the color i wanted, she must have gave the to that lady and im the one that paid for the, so i had to get a refund. I had to go back to see if they had them, and they didnt. So i end up with a refund.

About a month ago a lady named Frances. A lot of tattoos, maybe a chola?She accused me of scanning the same thing twice to get a different item cheaper. She scanned both items and saw both were the same price. No apology and acted like nothing happened.Does Target hire incompetent monkeys now? Sorry, but do people not have common sense? A simple apology would have been enough.Other employees are always nice but she was a hostile person for nothing.

Although now we have the COVID-19, there are more people shopping here than I expected.Very clean inside. Face masks required. Quick self checkout.Low stock of cleaning supplies and tissues.Just one advise: Make sure all cart handles are sanitized or wiped.

Be careful if you go to this store for Pokémon cards I bought two Galarian Sirfetchd V Boxes And they were tampered with the packs were opened and switch out with a bunch of double cards and they don’t give you refunds here you’re stuck with those cards. This target screws your over. Be careful.

I took my mom (88years old) out of the house today - the first time in 9 months. She wanted to go to Target and walk around and be able to lean on the carts. I was shocked that a worker was walking around working with her mask on her mouth but tucked under her nose. She was pushing a cart with items and tools as she was using it to work with. It wasnt but 20 minutes later I saw her again still having her mask incorrectly worn on her face. Then another employee walked over to her and 4 customers and talked in the aisle way. It seemed as if it was an old employee coming back to visit. NO social distancing and still her mask worn incorrectly. The second employee had her mask on correctly but did not social distance. Disrespectful and offensive to us customers especially because we will be denied access if we did that.

Target does a good job of creating a safe environment for its customers during this pandemic. They require masks for everyone in the store and continuously disinfect their equipment. I would advise going to Target over Walmart in the interest of safety.

The young Target employee helped us take a very large item to the car and then assisted in putting it in the car. He was most kind, patient and helpful.

If I could rate this location lower than 1 star, I would. Adolfo is terrible. So is the rest of the staff. I wouldnt recommend shopping here. Go to another Target.

I try to avoid this particular Target but sometimes I have to come here. This store is never kept up neatly, never stocked consistently, never has shopping carts available, management is horrid and its reflected in its employees! Employees reflect management! System scanners always broken and if something cant scan, they cant sell it.

First time using the online service and pick up, it was too easy! Extremely fast, I was ecstatic as as I went during my lunch break.

Advertised special, I call 7 times with no answer over the course of 2 hours. Check their online inventory, in stock(5 to be exact). Arrive at the store to see their tech department joking around while their phone is ringing non-stop. I ask for the special, they advised inventory check was needed in the back. 10 minutes later they come out to notify me the stock is incorrect. They literally could care less and found it hilarious my efforts to reach them. When I asked why they were unable to answer their phone he said yeah our phones are kind of buggy WHILE IT WAS RINGING. I get you cant expect a lot of customer service out of a staff not looking to make this a career, but come on now Target. Ill be driving elsewhere from here on out and advise anyone reading this to do the same for their tech needs.

Overall, the prices are comparable to other stores and the service is usually good. Target carries quality merchandise and I can usually find everything that I am looking for in one visit. Some stores are more clean and organized than others, but this varies by location.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do, very quickly and very efficiently.

This location is trash. The staff is trash. The people who go here are trash.

The quality of employees have gone way down. At this rate I might as well be shopping at Walmart.

Manager Jeremy did everything he could and exhausted all his resources in order to help me. I think he deserves recognition because he went above and beyond for us with our return. I will continue to shop at target due to Jeremy’s customer service and professionalism.

We come here every week, as its my familys favorite place to shop. Good staff and a great selection of everything. This particular Target seems very well managed.

Staff in store is good but at the Starbucks its less than helpful. Their espresso machine is broken or under maintenance half the time and they never offer you a coupon or anything for your next visit. The line is always ridiculous considering there are 3 other Starbucks in the area but of course you dont find out they have no coffee available till youve already waited 15 minutes to get to the front of the line most of the time everyone in front of you is target staff ordering for the rest.

The reason why I picked 5 is because Targets supplies are the best and you can get all kinds of deals there.

Store layout is nearly design on any target store which is easy to get things. 2nd app made is easy to pay and get discounts. 3rd clearance discounts are really clearance and worth buying.

I shop at this Target on a regular basis love the new designing the organization and the easy access to all items. But the one thing I did not find was sugar-free coffee creamer other than that they pretty much have everything you need from clothing to Furniture clean environment

I have been here several times, but it was in the year 2016. It is a good retail store, similar to Walmart. The prices are quite fair for the items that I needed. The place was clean, and there were not long lines at the check out. Furthermore, it is located in Eastland Center, next to Walmart.

This target is great. It is clean, quick service, and the customers seem nicer. They have a good grocery section and some items are cheaper than Albertsons. Their bike section is really small.

A good Target has a good selection of items. This Target is located in a great shopping center with lots of parking. The store is clean and seem to always be in order.

I got my poncho here. It was a very good poncho for its price. Sturdy and covered a large portion of my body, so when I went abroad, it helped me stay comfy and dry.

This Target was ok... It just needs to restock on NORMAL Christmas hats. Good store though.

Called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted as it was listed limited stock. They stated they had 1 left and told me they would hold it. When I showed up it wasnt there. They asked if I was at the right Covina store and even called the other store. (It wasnt there...no kidding). The manager then stated somewhat condescending, maam, no one put that on hold for you here. Yeah, I just felt like driving 40 minutes.

I love how clean the store is.

Clothing departments offer more sizes and styles than SD and Azusa target. Large layout but packed on Fri or Sat afternoon. Starbucks usually has a wait but pizza offered at stand was above par. This target also has phone charging stations!

Great place to shop! I only come here because they carry higher end products unlike Walmart. As a man you can get some great products for shaving and washing. Only complaint I have is I wish they had a bigger cd selection like before.
