Jason Harper is the best in service!!!! He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. My 2018 Toyota Camry was retrofitted with Android Auto/Apple Car Play and Amazon Alexa when MotorWorld Toyota said it could not be done. I always get my service done at Paul Miller Toyota. My vehicle had a fuel pump recall, a loaner was provided, weekly updates given to me on the progress. Excellent customer service. Truly value the customer.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! I put a deposit on a car for them to hold it for me for 3 days they said they would for 3 days the next day They emailed me in the morning asking if I was still coming I said yes will be arriving between 6-7 tonight they said okay perfect see you tonight. So I’m on my way that night they call me as I’m half way there and tell me they sold the car! Absolutely pathetic!!! They just lost me and all my family and friends for life I can promise that and I highly recommend the same for all you that see this!! The gm was to scared to call me to tell me he sold the car so he had a co worker call when he was the one I was dealing with the whole time that’s pathetic!!
