Scheduled an appointment with the service center last week as my vehicle had interior noises, and needed cosmetic rim repairs. I chose MB West Caldwell because of the great reviews online, as the service center of the dealership I bought my vehicle from had mixed reviews. It was the right decision. After inquiring if they were open due to the holidays, I got a response within the hour of when to bring my vehicle in. Brian was very professional in ensuring the issues I pointed out were taken care of, Anthony got me in a loaner in less than ten minutes, and the service crew did an amazing job. Noise is gone, and rims looks like new. The report also shows the tech spotted another issue with my car related to the fuel line and fixed it, something I was not aware of and didnt expect when I dropped my vehicle off. You can tell the crew cares about its customers and know what theyre doing! I will be recommending my friends to this dealership/ service center. Thank you!

This experience was great all around.

Mercedes recalled my car because the seatbelts did not retract when not in use. I went to this dealership, as I had purchased a car from there in the past; its under new ownership now so I did not know what to expect. The recall letter said that the repair would take an hour, but frankly, I was expecting an hour and a half. They were done in 45 minutes. And they washed my dirty car!

As i was driving home, my left front tire hit a typical large New Jersey pothole and the indicator pinged and it showed the run flat tire had zero pressure.I called the service department and they told me to come in any tme and was able to drive slowly from my home and they fixed it right away. It took about one hour total but i was able to use the internet and had a nice cappuccino and they even professionally washed the car.

From the young men greeting us as we pulled in for service to the end of the process of getting our loaner car, we were treated with courtesy and professionalism. The work was completed sooner than expected and was contacted immediately for pickup.
