Very knowledgeable and friendly service counter employees. Service was timely and efficient. Honest and trustworthy. Did not perform unneeded services. The only things that was not complete was the reset of the maintenance codes on the dashboard. Which Essentially was a easy fix. Overall very satisfied.

1st time customer and had to have my battery replaced asap. They were SO accommodating…was going to take a little bit of time so they shuttled me back home and then they delivered my car back to me. Great experience and will be using them again for all of my maintenance needs!

I had a great experience at Morrie’s West Bend Honda. I have a Pilot that was having infotainment system trouble and needed some connectors changed and some software updates run. I appreciated the timely updates and steady communication from Morrie’s, as well as the update video I was sent of my car! I will definitely return to this Honda dealer in the future.

When going over what was going on with my car the Service manager..james?...was helpful to the advisor.Gus went into the shop and brought out a technician to answer my questions...I think his name was Ben?...either way the technician was helpful, kind and patient with my silly questions.Definitely happy they are down the road from me!!

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. I usually go to a different Honda dealership for service, but Morrie’s is closer. I really enjoyed the waiting area and best of all I didn’t feel pressured to have additional maintenance done. They did an inspection of my vehicle and the best part is they sent me a video showing me. My service advisor was Steve and I enjoyed working with him. I will definitely be back!

I came to have 4 tires put on my car and to check my defroster. I took their shuttle back home which was very convenient. Taking me home and back to get my car. Both shuttle drivers were extremely nice! While I was home waiting for my can to be finished, I received a video txt message from the technician showing me exactly what they completed on my car! That was a unique addition to my service experience!! Shortly after the video txt, the shuttle came and brought me back to Morrie’s. I had a wonderful experience, everything went very smoothly.

Was our first time taking our Honda to Morries Honda in West Bend, and we were impressed! Service was great, and they sent us a video of my vehicle and their inspection of it, along with recommendations. Was so helpful to see what they were talking about right on the video of my own vehicle. They have a great system for just accepting or rejecting the recommendations right from your phone. Very easy! I was able to get in it quickly when service engine light came on and they found the problem very quickly. They sent a video showing them going over everything on my vehicle, which I found very informative and helpful. It proved to me that it was done. I was able to approve services online and everything was done very timely for what had to be done. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ryan is an AWESOME amazing woman! The night before our purchase she contacted me about my inquiry on PerkSpot! I did think it was a man at first! I knew better being a Domestic violence programing facilitator! Ryan was very insightful and helpful! We needed a car! We knew what we wanted our choices were down to two models!The 2018 Nissan Pathfinder and the 2019 Honda CRV. The 2008 Acura was built to last but we were putting too much money into the car! Covid reduced us to 1 car but we wanted something reliable but easy on our budget!Ryan and Morries Honda crew held us hostage! LolThey made us feel comfortable with our first major purchase as a married couple! We made the decision to purchase and ended up with a 2021 CRV! I had my first oil change and tire rotation. I think it’s nice that I could watch the video and see that the work was done. Just hope that’s not an added expense. Getting work done at the dealership is usually more costly, and I hope I don’t try to get talked into other things that really don’t need to get done. (Like the dealership I had across the highway.)I’ve been told my car will tell me what needs to be done by the different codes, and don’t get talked into other things. Thank you for being so nice during this service.

I chose Morries Honda in West Bend strictly on the excellent reviews I found online. From start to finish it was the easiest and most pleasing auto repair experience I have ever had. I dropped my vehicle after hours, so I didnt have direct, personal contact. But the service advisor (James) did a good job of understanding my issues and did an excellent job of communication via text, email and phone. I was especially impressed with the walk around video from the mechanic that addressed the issues I brought it in for, along with pointing out some other concerns. They were quick, attentive, and thorough. I worked in the auto repair business for 20 years, so I know its not always easy to stay on top of keeping a customer informed, offering other services without being overbearing, and conveying that you have the customers best interest in mind. Morries did all of this with excellence. Well done to all!

I had my 2017 Honda Pilot serviced there and I must say I was really impressed by the service department. Very professional and prompt. Kept me informed of the vehicle progress and even saw a video of my car and all the mechanicals underneath when it was on the rack. No questions about what was wrong or not wrong with the car could clearly see no issues from the video and exactly what the issue was and what the solution was. Asked if I wanted to resolve the issue or not. Great customer service and great service. Also needed a part and the parts department came through with getting the part and getting it installed while I was having the other services performed. Would highly recommend the service department to anyone! Morrie’s Honda in West Bend is the best!!!!

I was very impressed by Morries. Due to the pandemic, they offered free pickup and delivery, and both drivers were masked and very courteous. The service manager offered various options for keeping in touch (text, phone, email; I chose text) and was very responsive. I was sent a video of the mechanics inspection, and he talked me through everything he checked and his recommendations. I was texted a quote that I was able to fill out online. I paid over the phone and got my paperwork from the delivery driver. The car runs better than it has in a while, and it was a relief to be able to get it serviced during the pandemic without feeling I was taking any risks, and they came in a bit under their quote to boot. Thanks, guys!! P.S.: Its also just great to finally have a dedicated Honda shop in West Bend!

Our honda fit had a recall notice for a drive shaft and I normally would have driven all the way to Milwaukee to have it services, but was really excited remembering that a new a Honda dealership opened closer in West Bend. I called them and was greeted by the receptionist who helped me schedule a time to bring it in. I recieved reminders via text and was really happy for the drive up drop off. The repair technician checked my vehicle in and told me they would text me when it was done. I received a video of my car being inspected and the technician was very thouroughnin explaining what was needed and when. I recieved a email with the option to add on any services that were recommended.. no pressure. I did add on maintence that was needed and was promptly contacted when it was done. Pick up was fast, I received a detailed report and had a washed car to boot. The staff really took my business seriously and i felt both appreciated and proud to be a part of the Honda family. We will most definetly return for more of our car repair needs and future purchases

We recently had our Odyssey serviced at Morries Honda of West Bend. James, our service advisor was fantastic! He was very friendly, polite, courteous and professional! The service bay and service counter area was immaculate and practically spotless. Check in was fast and easy. James explained all the work planned thoroughly and kept in touch via text messages during the maintenance. Our van was due for an A123 service, oil change filters, tire rotation and coolant flush. After checking our service records, James let us know we had already done some of those services at a previous appointment and also that our coolant wasnt due until our next oil change. This saved us close to $200 that we didnt need to spend at this time!!! I feel that some other dealers would have just done the work regardless because thats what the computer said was due. Thank you to Morries and James!

I’ve been going to Morrie’s Honda since it opened in West Bend. It’s close location wise for me, and they also have wonderful service. The technicians always send me a vehicle report and overview video to me while the service is being done, and the customer service staff always keep me up to date. They’re always taking care of my car and me as a customer. I won’t take it anywhere else because nothing matches up to them. Thanks for always being so great!

I had just recently bought my a vehicle from from another dealer. Morrie in West Bend was closer to me so my dealer ordered some extra add ons for my vehicle to their dealership for my convenience. Unfortunately, it was not convenient at all. I was told that the appointment would take an hour, I had expressed that I would need to leave by a specific time so the appointment was scheduled earlier enough to accommodate. In the end I was there for 2.5 hours extra unrequested things we done to my vehicle, I missed my next appointment and my time was not valued. When I expressed this kindly, I was treated as the inconvenience. I will not be retuning to this dealer. I will drive further to get respectful service. My time is just as important as my money and business that don’t understand that won’t get either.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation near the end of the day. Was pleasantly surprised to have a video from the tech sent to my phone detailing the work they were doing and showing me the underbody of my car. It felt very upfront like they were trying to be honest about everything they were doing. The work was done in only about 40 minutes. I got to sit in their incredibly nice, clean, and new waiting room that had complimentary snacks and drinks. I will definitely be returning!

This was my first time bringing my car here, and I will definitely be back. Service was very easy to schedule. I had a recalled part on my vehicle that needed to be taken care of, and some other miscellaneous things. They sent me a video of a full diagnostic walk through being done on my car, with explanations of a few things I wasnt aware of, and possible things to look out for in the future.When I picked up the vehicle, they gave me a little packet to go along with the things they mentioned in the video, with a parts break down of what it would cost to fix everything indivually. Ive never had a dealership that was so transparent with me as a customer, and I really appreciated the experience. I felt like I was being taken care of, instead of taken advantage of. 10/10 and will be returning for future service needs.

I brought in my locked Honda to get unlocked. Guy told me the keys were 450 originally, said it was an error when I said I was gonna have to figure out a cheaper way. Ended up ordering keys online to cut costs. When my vehicle was returned to me the stereo didnt work anymore. I need a code that would be in my service manual, but I got my vehicle used so I dont have it. I have called them four times and they only called back once and never left a message.

Ive been in twice now for the tire pressure indicator on our 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback. The tire pressure was off in the tires because of a long drive and temperature change, and kept setting off the tire pressure light. The first time Service Department James checked our pressure and reset the indicator. Couple days later it came back on, but they had us back in the shop and checking it out within the hour. It was really cool because they sent us a video of the inspection and such! Ive never had that from a dealership before. Tire checks are free, so we left without having to pay a penny. Plus they have a number where you can text the service guys instead of having to call in and go through the prompts. James was the guy I was given both times, and he is top notch. I will definately be requesting him again! Such an awesome guy....sweet, honest, and to the point. Love it.
