The service and people are always wonderful, and the free loaner vehicles are an amazing bonus, though I wish they had a few more of them because sometimes there arent any available. Though, they usually are pretty quick to get the work done, so the lack of loaner vehicles is rarely an issue. They have also gone above and beyond by doing some work extra work they found needing done without charging me for it, so Id highly recommend these guys.

Mike and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond for our family. It’s not everyday you find a car place with people who have integrity. Everyone needs to take their vehicles here and support this business from now on. A different auto shop made a deadly mistake on our vehicle. It was by a miracle our entire family did not die due to that mistake. Mike took the time to help us know who to contact from the other auto place, what to say, and how to advocate for ourselves. He helped us hold the other place accountable and to properly and professionally negotiate a solution. Our entire Christmas could have been ruined and Mike ended up saving it. During the early months of the pandemic, the Auto Safety Center also gave my husband a free oil change because he was a frontline healthcare worker. That really meant a lot to us. As we have had questions about car parts and mechanical work, Mike has always been really easy going and helpful in offering advice. This place is honest! This place does not take advantage of your ignorance of all things having to do with cars. This place also empowers women to get involved with vehicles and to not cave to the stereotype that cars are just for guys. Auto Safety Center is now the only place I will trust my vehicle with. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and I wanted an over all cleaning of my fuel/air system. They quoted me a fair price and the price did not change. Mike worked with me to get me a free loaner car and kept me update while my vehicle was being serviced. Once finished I received an update via phone and a link to my services performed/recommendations. Photos were provided about the parts needing work and I think thats such a great thing to provide. They were upfront, honest, and patient while I asked many questions and expressed concerns. Mike and Jesus were wonderful and I feel good knowing that I have a reliable shop should my car need it. I had a really bad experience. I came to get a tire replaced. I got a quote for replacing the tire for a brand new, however the associate told me that they were able to fix the current tire. He told me to review the tire for one day to make sure the air pressure was still the same…exactly after 26 hrs later, in the middle of the freeway, the air pressure just went out completely. I had to do a hard stop and pulled out to replace the tire. The tire was just done….I think this was my first and last experience. I think there was a bad assessment of the situation…we could have avoided the incident just by replacing the tire for a new one that was already quoted and ordered…besides the safety risk, I got the charge of the tire repair and I had to pay for the new tire the next day anyway…

Jesus and Mike are very friendly, good communicators. I didn’t get a second opinion on costs so I really don’t know if Jean and I got the best price for we needed to have done. What I do know is that a bit over a year ago we brought our Honda in for the sliding doors to be fixed and the team bent over backwards and worked a Saturday am to get our van ready for an important trip to New York State plus beat one of their competitors cost by over $300.00. From the initial call to picking up our car everyone at Auto Safety Center took care of our issues with care and professionalism. Our exhaust system went boom on Thursday, we dropped it off on Friday and Monday it was ready to go. The complimentary loaner came in real handy too! I stopped in to set up a time for an oil change and Kristine had a 3pm available the same day, so I booked it. I had the oil & oil filter changed and rotate the tires.Mike informed me that My from brakes will need to be changed in about 5,000 miles or so and gave me todays price & may go up dew to rising prices on everything because of Covid 19.I have another appointment for an oil change & rotate tires for our second vehicle on Tuesday.Thanks for the bottle of water. An overdue review but I was very happy with their service. I first came here in September due to a problem with my tire pressure light. Right away they figured the spare had a sensor and was low, filled it up with air, and didn’t charge me! Last week I brought my car to have the oil changed, and they found a problem with my breaks and a water pump, confirmed with me to fix both those issues, and had the car done very quickly. They also changed my clock to day lights savings time (the correct time) so that was very nice of them. Very happy with the service, 5/5 stars

Unsure of the issue(s) of my vehicle, they helped me tow it in from another city. When it got there, they quickly contacted me and asked to meet with them in person. When I got there I met with the owner and head mechanic to walk through what was going on. From there, things went smoothly with no surprises. If you are unsure where to get your Vehicle worked on, this is a place that you can trust.

Im a big DIY type of person and I try to do all of my own repairs in my garage. However sometimes I just dont have the correct equipment or tools to get the job done.After reading the great reviews I decided to give Auto Safety Center a shot as it was our 1st time using them. The communication was superior to any other place weve ever been! The care and service we received was absolutely outstanding. I received multiple calls through the whole process letting me know the issues they found with our Explorer and they were up front with the price as well. I highly recommend this place over others in the West Bend area. I can tell you right now they fixed a mistake by one of the big dealerships in town and unfortunately we paid for it. I will never go back to that dealership again.

I came in for a routine oil change and to talk about getting new tires. From the moment I walked in Kristin and Mike made me feel at home. Very professional and knowledgeable with a little humor and lightheartedness. As I was waiting, Mike came and got me and said he had some interesting/bad news. He took me to the service bay and showed me my tire. As the service technician was pulling in my vehicle for service, he must have driven over a very large bolt in the parking lot and it poked right into the middle of my tire! Mike apologized and assured me they would fix this for me free of charge. This level of honesty is a trait rarely seen in the auto repair world and I will definitely be coming back here for all my automotive maintenance needs!

I was in a way referred to Auto Safety by another of their clients. The way they handled her situation impressed me, so when I needed to have my van looked at, the good Lord reminded me of them. I had called them and explained what i had going on, on a Friday. Michael suggested right away i get into one of their loaners and they would analyze it over the weekend. Did i mention it was a free loaner! Another blessing!! I received a call, admittingly not what i was expecting but never the less Glory to God that Michael had me bring it in right away as the ball joint was just hanging on and with all the interstate driving i do with my children again, yet another blessing from the Lord. Thank God for the stimulus check as well. So we agreed to have them do the work the extensive work they had to do with all (it wasnt just the ball joints) i had thought it would cost, but included in this was 3yr 36000 mile warranty as well as free roadside assistance for a yr. Plus less stress for my husband as he has plenty on his plate to get accomplished. To me it balanced itself out. Not to mention the courtesy and friendliness of everyone in the front!! Im sure the garage houses the same level. Owners have some beautifully blessed employees! I got my van back and WHOA! I had had issues with the suspension and have taken it other places ever since i bought the van 6yrs ago. Put money into it to only be told since that didnt work they would need to do something else until i was just tapped out and lived with the issue. Auto Safety Center was the ONLY PLACE that has fixed the problem!! I thank our good Lord God for them all!

They fit me in right away and were able to fix my car without a focus on replacing everything. They have the knowledge to know when something can be safely salvaged, like brake calipers, versus just outright replacing them with brand new parts like other competitors pushed for. Cost was well under what other places quoted, and everyone that works there was fantastic with customer service. My first repair there was well beyond expectations and Ill be back for any future needed repairs.

ASC was great!! Had a nail in my tire one night. Called them first thing the next morning for repair. They said absolutely no problem just stop in. They were accommodating and very professional, prices were fair and reasonable. They took care of my exhaust repair and did a great job, but I had them fix a leaking hose on the ATF cooler and although they replaced the hose and clamps, it is still leaking. I didnt notice until I had driven to work today and discovered transmission fluid leaking from the front of my truck. The leak is persistent and if enough fluid was lost it could cause serious damage to the transmission system. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in again. Problem is its Friday and I have to work my full day before I can even think of bringing it by. I can only hope that I can get there before they close, otherwise its going to push into Christmas week and I have to work every day and hope Ill get off early enough to drop it off before closing. This inconvenience and loss of time and money could have been avoided if the technician wouldve checked to make sure the repair he made actually fixed the leak in the first place. Not a good first impression.

I needed my flat tire plugged in a short amount of time. When I dropped the vehicle off to use the key drop Jesus was happily greeting me outside the door. They performed the tire rotation and the repair and also let me know about a few other issues that needed attention. Wanted oil change and while i appreciate a check over was not happy about 2000 repair estimate. Waited hour and a half for oil change

Over the years I’ve probably had 12 alignments done here. If you want to have a wheel alignment done RIGHT go to this place. I do not like bringing my cars in anywhere because I’m so often disappointed. Auto Safety does an excellent job when it comes to this repair. I have sent other family members here for other work and the job was done right. You may pay slightly more here but what is the cost of a poor repair?

My review is for a oil change and tire rotation. We made a appointment and our car was pulled in right away. The people here are very friendly. We were offered a loaner for local use to shop while they worked on the car but we chose to wait. An oil change here is a little slower than a drive through outfit, because they do a good inspection of the car. They didnt find anything wrong with our car but recommended a more detailed alignment inspection the next time we come in. No pressure, just advice.
