This UPS Store has awesome employees! Theyre always so helpful and efficient. Ive had issues with other UPS stores having trouble getting my packages shipped correctly, but the employees at this location have never made an error with my packages, and they are always super friendly too! If you have to ship things, Id definitely go to this location if you are able!

This UPS is outstanding!! We needed a notary for my mother, who is in a wheelchair, and the entire staff went out of their way to help us!! They had several extra staff on so everyone who came in did not have to wait at all!! This will definitely be my go to store!!

UPS is trash. Pay for next day delivery.... 3 days later package still not delivered. Call them and they say it will be delivered on Tuesday (2 days later)

I am really disappointed in this location. I have been trying to get a document notarized here for about a week and no one can give me a straight answer about when the notary is there. They say that they are in and out all day so you must call before you go to see if they are there. Every time I try to call they say they are leaving and to try back later but will not let you make an appointment or give you any idea when they will be there. Other locations let you make an appointment so this does not feel right and gives you no way of planning. You are just at their will of if they want to do your service or not. Very strange business practice. I guess I will have to drive the 30 minutes to another location that allows appointments.

They do an amazing job getting everyones packages where they need to go. The owner, Justin has his finger on the pulse of the business and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I will be mailing from their store exclusively in the future and never going back to the post office again. Thanks for a great job.

The lousiest, lowest, most inconsiderate place starting from the top with the manager all the way down to the rest of them!!! Do not do business with this place, Lord forbid you don’t have the correct labels(s) for your shipment they will, leave your boxes outside and discard them WITHOUT notifying you! The manager was suppose to let us know if he was able to send them off as he mentioned. One of our boxes had a ups label and the company for our return shipment sent 2 fedex labels for the other 2. Manager here said he may be able to send them off after we emailed labels to them. He instead, set our boxes outside in the back of the store for discarding TODAY without calling to tell us we needed to get them. That’s what I was told on the phone by an employee. Thank God I called about the boxes. We would have never got our $650 for the return. My fiancé was quarantined so he couldn’t make it up there last week and we told them that. They NEVER once mentioned they were getting rid of our boxes. Today that was if I hadn’t called. Unprofessional is an understatement! Idk how ups has these kind of people working for them! Sickening! We will NEVER EVER EVER do business through this company again!!As I said in my review, your store is unprofessional,inconsiderate and your employees worthless for setting our boxes OUTSIDE YOUR STORE IN THE BACK TO DISCARD! NOT ONCE DID YOU EVER TRY TO HELP US! THIS IS WHY YOU GOT A 1 star rating and u didn’t even deserve that! Remember your employees are a reflection of you as an owner! They absolutely deserved everything I had to say!! I wish the manager was there so I could have told him about himself as well! Your store doesn’t deliver acceptable customer service! Took in an Amazon return for them to pack and ship. It was a book. Gave me receipt and I was quickly on my way.

I came in on Friday with a few items. I wanted to watch them wrap my items as they were breakable. I was pleased that I got to watch them wrap my items so I knew that they were well taken care of. Cara treated my items as if they were her own. I felt good leaving knowing that she was taking care of them so well. She was delightful and told me everything that would be inside the box aswell( peanuts and bubble wrap). I would recommend this location. Great staff and have the best attitude.

I dont usually write these...and I know that most people only write them when something bad happens rather than all the good. But I am just so frustrated. Shipped a doll to Florida and was told it was guaranteed to get there by Christmas. Paid $60 for the privilege of ruining my kids Christmas. Probably would have paid more if we knew it really wasnt going to get there in time and that it really wasnt guaranteed. And now Im told by UPS in Florida that there are no guarantees in December and that I wont get my money back...but I do get to pay to have it shipped back to where it came from because I wont be here to pick it up by the time it does finally arrive. If only I could go back in time and just have used FedEx.

I went to UPS in Wentzville to drop off a school book I had rented that needed to be returned. I’ve done this before, but I usually have a box already, pack it up at home, and then just drop it off all ready to go. This time, I needed to purchase a box to return the book in. I was greeted by the two gentlemen in the store right away, and they asked if I needed a box for my book. They rang me up, packed my book in the box with the packing slip for me, and I was in and out within what felt like under a minute. I’ve always had great experiences at UPS, but I was so impressed with how fast and happily they helped me that I had to leave a review!

I have my business mailbox here and have them make binders and mail items to clients. Ive been very pleased with the service. Matthew and Bryce are usually the ones helping me and they are always very friendly and even when it gets busy they stay very calm and courteous to everyone.

I always have a great experience with this store. They make my shipping transactions fast and easy. I recently needed a last-minute banner made and it was designed, approved and ready for pick up within 48 hours. I was impressed!

HOLY SMOKES!!!! THAT WAS FAST!!!! I mailed home some Christmas presents and I was in and out with a quickness!!! Amazing prices too! Last year I sent 2 boxes via USPS and was charged about 160. I sent 3 for 110. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

They are amazing there, I really love the fact they have a graphic designer on staff that is superb. Most dont know that they have design services, anything from banners, business cards, vinyl signs, brochures, magnets, mailers, flyers, and so much more. The Bradley and the front end staff are always so nice and helpful, and the owner is wonderful!

This store has the absolute best customer service. They are always well staffed and waiting with a smile ready to help you. I have used several of their services and have never had to wait long at all for finished product. I have shipped numerous times with them including overseas and have always been happy.

I do my Amazon returns at this location.. When an item doesnt work properly or I recieve it damaged. Every time I go in they try to charge me for it by either buying tape or adding a bag. I know Amazon pays them for every return, why they feel the need to upcharge me for a bag that my pre-taped box to go in... I will never understand. So note to everyone before you go. Tape your box and dont buy bags for boxes. They are not required. Just another way for corporate to make an extra dollar or two per package.

Justin has been doing printing for our non profit since this store opened and I would not even consider trying any other place. All of those working here are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable of what they do.Whatever your needs are from newsletters to brochures and displays to blueprints, they can do it.

Justin and this UPS store is great. They have always met or exceeded my expectations. Our office is in St. Peters, but I send all of our outside work to this location. I highly recommend this UPS location.

This store has always been able to help with my shipping and printing needs. An organization I belong to has used their services for quite some time and they have met or exceeded our expectations. The staff has always been friendly when I am there.

My only experience with this place was extremely disappointing to say the least. I ordered an item that was time sensitive, I needed it the day it was supposed to arrive, Amazon did their part by sending it immediately (probably from halfway across the world in 2 days) but ups missed us by about 15 minutes so they left a note saying itll be at the ups store by 6pm ( which is 30 minutes after they closed) so there was no way to retrieve my item the day I was supposed to have it, ok, not the end of the world it says online theyre open tomorrow (Saturday) from 930am to 3 pm...dug my car out of the foot+ of snow to drive there and low and behold they werent open! every store around them was open except them. No recording on their voicemail, no sign on the door, no heads up online saying they would be closed due to weather or any other reason, only way to find out they werent open was to drive there and physically look in the window...not sure if or when Ill actually get my package because I work out of town during their normal business hours...1 star rating because you guys ruined my weekend.

DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE LOCATION.UPS drops a 150lb box at my door that wasnt supposed to be delivered in the first place. The box was beat up and tape broken from UPS handling. Take it back the the UPS store to return it and they want to charge me for them to retape the box that they destroyed because its their policyAbsolutely the most ridiculous service I have ever seen.

Just opened a new business in Wentzville. I went to this store to ship a package, asked if they could send a fax? Girl said sure then faxed it. After the conformation came through she said it would be $7.50!!?? Never.discussed price or even told me it costs $1.50 per page!? THEY NEED TO EXPLAIN PRICING BEFORE THE SERVICE. I spoke to the store manager the next day. He refused to give me any.sort of a refund. My store would have used them to ship packages on a daily basis. They have lost my business and my customers business. I WILL.USE THE FEDEX KINKOS IN THR SAME SHOPPING CENTER NOW.
