This place is STELLAR!!! My grandfather who grew up in MO but retired to Florida passed away last week. His funeral/wake and everything is scheduled up here. In the chaos of getting everything lined out plus Covid we wanted a card box for people to place heart felt letters in for my grandmother because she is rather hard of hearing and wanted to limit the physical contact from funeral guests. I found a beautiful box but it was rather plain. I looked online and locally for a place that could make a plaque or design for the front of it. I contacted Forward Signs and explained what I needed. They right away told me to bring the box in and they would get it lined out. I spoke with their designer about what I needed and they created the most beautiful black and gold plate for this box customized with his name and a beautiful design and even placed it on the box for us. They were so fast, priced phenomenally, accommodating, professional and just all around an amazing company and set of people to work with. Will 100% use again and recommended to anyone needing any type of custom sign work. I seriously cannot thank them enough. 🤗

En-Gravs has been my go to place for all of my engraving needs since my husband and I moved to Wentzville about 6 years ago. Our business relationship started with them personalizing Christmas ornaments for my family. En-Gravs now creates all of my real estate signage and helps me create the most amazingly beautiful gifts for my clients. I love the personal service I get from Taylor and Rob. They always take the time to help me make sure I am getting the best products to meet my business needs, as well as provide my clients with the “Wow Factor” they deserve.

The owner emailed to harass me about an outstanding invoice I supposedly had. The order in question was from the 8th of February. At the time I asked Taylor when they could have it finished and never received a response, so I went with someone else. Rob tells me the order was placed on the 16th, a full 8 days after my email conversation with Taylor, and that it was completed on the 22nd, almost two weeks after my email conversation (at no point did anyone bother to tell me it was actually going to print or answer my question about when it could be ready.) When I informed him that I no longer needed it and went with someone else due to lack of communication, he threatened to send the whole $19.20 to collections. I swear, Im not sure Ive ever encountered a more unprofessional business.

I had En-Gravs make three RTIC tumblers for me. Two had the same design. A farm scene with my familys name on it. For the other, I had their designer draw up something specifically from what I described to them. I wanted a gift for a friend. All three were beautiful. The graphics were clear and look wonderful. Due to an over site we needed award plaques made in less than 48 hrs. The printers I have used in the past said 7-10 days. I called them up and told them how soon I needed them and they said no problem. They delivered as promised at a very fair cost.
