Great staff, Lyidia is great and very friendly. They have light hearted jokes on their tipping jars. Very fast service and great with clearing the morning traffic in the drive thru during peak hours.

So I love getting my peppermint white hot chocolate. Even in the summer! Fight me. The people that work here are always very nice considering the amount of Karens Im sure they get throughout the day. The reason I gave four stars and not five is that there have been several times that they have made my chocy like a regular hc and then I get back in line to get it fixed. There was one time the gal insisted she did it right. Ummm, no lol but Im always nice about it! Nevertheless, even though the location is sometimes not the easiest to get out of, Id recommend them! Theyre worth it.

Went here 3 times, 2/3 my drink was made right but the last time it was made totally wrong and tasted gross. I don’t understand how a drink from their menu can be made wrong but I guess the employees don’t pay attention

This Starbucks has a drive thru. The baristas are awesome and always give my pooches pup cups of whipped cream.

I have been to dozens of Starbucks in different areas, so have many to compare this particular location with. The employees here are by far the most efficient and get your order out to you very quickly and accurately!

This is kinda disappointing... I see the star rating and the reveiws saying customer service is great! or best Starbucks in the valley, I would sadly have to disagree. When I order inside, the customer service is okay, but ordering at the drive thru is a different story; the service at the drive thru could be so much better. Whenever I get to the window, I dont get a smile and/or a hey, how are you?, I ALWAYS get a quick hey and the lady tells me how much I owe, she will take my money and thats that -- even her goodbyes are disingenuous. It doesnt matter what time in the day, they should still make you feel welcomed. This is one lady in particular who works drive thru in the morning and she isnt friendly. You get the feeling that youre not welcomed but shell gladly take your money and give your food and wants you to get the hell out of her window. Ive always been nice, smiled and gave geniune greeting, but I get nothing from her.I had an issue at the order screen -- they were open but I guess they werent set-up so I decided to go to window. As I got the window, they were taking orders. I felt like a goof, so when I told the lady -- yes, the same lady -- about what I did and asked if I needed to go around to get back in line, she didnt say a word to anything I was saying; not a oh no, thats a shame and she didnt even answer my question, she had no expression on her face and asked what do you want? I thought that was bit rude because she couldve at least acknowledged what I was saying or answered my question.Ive had better service with a Starbucks in Safeway -- the one on Miller st to be exact. And if people want to make the claim that a window person has a hard job and thats why they dont simply want to give a smile and/or ask how youre doing, I would disagree again. Ive been to a Starbucks drive thru in Richland and Walla Walla WA, they were pleasant experiences, and both locations would get extremely busy. Ive given the customer service drive thru service a 2-star rating because the drinks are great. Expensive, but great.

Drive through very slow but product is wonderful

The girl at the register was having trouble, and explained she was new. Her co-workers jumped in and answered her questions without making her look or feel stupid. It was refreshing, and I didnt mind the short wait knowing that I was getting my coffee from a place with a healthy, respectful culture.

The drive thru Starbucks in Wenatchee is a great spot to sit, sip and chat. The service here is super fast, the inside and outside sitting areas are clean, and there are plenty of places to sit and relax. It is a little difficult to get to and then leave, it is because the light going to Walmart is so close and always busy. The music inside could be turned down, it is a little loud. Overall though, it is a nice place to go. The Spiced Apple Cider is amazing!

Friendly fast service

Ive went here for years and had no issues until recently. The last two times Ive went here they have put milk in my coffee when I clearly state No milk products, Im lactose intolerant. This time the guy put the flavoring sauce when I specifically told him not to, then when he corrected it after I handed it back he remade it with milk instead of almond milk. I took a few sips out of it as I drove to Leavenworth and once I got there I was sure it was milk. The Starbucks in Leavenworth replaced my drink without questioning me. That few sips of milk has caused me the worst abdominal pain Ive had in years. As Im typing this Im crapping my guts out in agony. All of my plans today are ruined because I cant even leave the bathroom. I dont ask for no milk because Im trying to be a hipster or just health conscious. I lack the ability to digest milk.

Starbucks is an awesome place to go for a Chai Tea Latte. But in Wenatchee Washington what a treat to be able to get a breakfast of egg / meat muffins, great buns for them. Also Bagels. Highly recommend!!

Great Starbucks location in Wenatchee as you are leaving town, with a Clover Machine! Lots of both high and low seating available. Our barista was very helpful with suggestions on what to add to make my wifes holiday frappuccino even better. Some say there is better coffee in Wenatchee, but its tough to beat the consistency of Starbucks.

This Starbucks has lots of hot food and sandwich options besides the usual drinks.

Whomever designed the drive thru at this location is needing to be reeducated on the necessary mechanics of appropriate measuring. As I drove around through the drive thru, my vehicles rear corner panel rubbed against the high, narrow curb because there were not enough room for me to drive around. The turn was so narrow and sharp!The worse part of this experience is as I said something to cashier she declared it happens all the time!My $5.80 drink turned into an unnecessary $500 deductable! Im here in Wenatchee for a conference. The Starbucks is across the parking lot maknig it nice and convient. The store has a nice ambience. At the time I went it was busy, the employees were quick and very hospitable. I received my coffee and it was really bitter, I took it back in and the gentleman whipped a New one. I will def recommend and come back.
