Dude with gauges lied to my mom and i about our monthly payment and how much we got for our phones when we traded in, he said hundreds for each phone but in reality we got 90$ and 150$ he said 6-700$ each.

Worst customer service ever theres a skinny kid name Quinton something like that its the worst attitude I have ever experienced and will be clear its been happening on multiple occasions sow theres no excuse, like well this guy just had a bad day,I havent reported this before because the manager help me out and guess wat he solve the problem the kid told me it was impossible an always no for an answer, I have a commercial account with T-Mobile for more than 10 years and multiple lines I just need a good customer service and people that can solve problems. Get a positive attitude people on this store or will lose a lot of customer 🤔.

Went to check out what promotions were available considering I received a message about be a loyal customer with Metro. Get there and was told even though I have a medical condition I wouldnt be allowed in the store without a mask. I would have to do business outside. I still stayed to ask a few more questions. Then the answers I received were not the same information I read on Tmobile website. I ultimately told her I wasnt going to waste anymore of her time and left. She wasnt very good a selling me on anything tbh.

Horrible service Tyler was very rude as was Ashley the manager. Tyler got in my face after he messed my phone. I was told I had to pay off my phone in order for them to do anything for me.

My pregnant girlfriend went to go get new phones and when she got there they told her it’ll be easy down payment would be around 200 then at the very end I have her ask the total down payment again and they tell her it’ll be $600 and they’re excuse for jacking the down payment up is “ooh we are just trying to make some money”... definitely would recommend doing it online going in the store there is just a way to waste 3 hours and get screwed over

Customer service at this T-Mobile was amazing! Ashley and Preston provided stellar service and I would highly recommend coming in to see either of them! Both were extremely knowledgable and helpful and I will definitely return and refer friends and family!

I have never experienced such horrible customer service anywhere like I did here. These reviews about the manager Preston being great, must be a joke! He needs to be retrained in customer service. What kind of manager stands there and rolls his eyes at customers? Oh, this manager does. We went to this store in hopes of solving issues with our account, but he couldn’t help any and that supposedly there was nothing they could do. He tried to charge us over $600 for restocking fees for two phones that we only had for two days. He just told us there was nothing he could do, funny because I called 611 and they took care of it. I shouldn’t have had to call, I’m not an employee, let alone the manager of the store! If he supposedly goes above and beyond, we would have walked out of that store without having to have done HIS job for him. Hopefully his employees don’t learn his worth ethics, we wouldn’t want them being lazy and rolling their eyes at the customers.

I switched from a different cell phone company for tmobile. They have always been very patient and kind. Even to an old man like myself. I can go in anytime and be greeted with a smile and not treated like a nuisance.

I drove an hour here and I was told I could not come in to get a new phone because I didnt have a mask. After calling T-mobile, its a local issue. I love T-mobile, hate this store!!!!!!!!

ASHLEY goes above and beyond. We drove 66 miles just to order our phones from her. She explained everything throughly and made sure we understood our order and plan before leaving the store. If you are a Military Veteran I recommend you go and see her. #hooah
