Chris in the Waynesville offices the best! He. comes when he says he will, does a great job and cleans up afterwards. We love him!
Front desk incredibly rude. Went in to purchase a gas grill and it was like we were a total inconvenience. Got disgusted and left - went to another retailer down the road after leaving there and bought top of the line grill with assembly and free delivery and excellent service. We will need more appliances and will definitely NOT go back to Blossman to get them - we will shop elsewhere.
They filled my tank in January after letting it get so low I had to call when it was their responsibility; within a couple months when I didn’t need gas but just after receiving a stimulus check they filled my tank again. That is so low for a company to do, to take advantage of customers like that. I have never been pleased with Blossman. Their bills are super confusing and communicating with them is difficult. If you can even get through on the phone to the waynesville location then you may get a receptionist who is not friendly at all. If I didn’t have to pay for them to come remove my tank I would have switched companies years ago. If you have a choice, don’t pick Blossman.
Recently connected my house in J Creek with Blossman propane. Awesome customer service from the Waynesville team...from application with ladies in office, filling tank to service safety check....all were excellent.
I dont know where to start about how bad this company is. Between false billing statements, cheating on fill ups, and the worst customer service I have ever seen, please, please PLEASE, do your propane business elsewhere. And on top of that, their technician Chris was creeping my wife, their receptionist was rude, and any attempt to contact corporate was a waste of time. This is the worst of the worst. In one year since severing business, our propane bill was cut in half with a different company. Think about that. HALF. Do not do business with these crooks.
Ive had good experiences with this company. No complaints. I like the service guys. When I could not get my gas logs to work in cold weather, they were prompt to get them working for me.
Just wanted to give a note to tell people that Blossman Gas is great, how awesome Colby was he did a great job he was very thorough and I appreciate good people like that our home.
I was a customer for about 1 year. Delivery drivers competent, courteous,prompt. After about one year of deliveries I found discrepancies in billing. Went to office on Soco Rd and asked for copies of all deliveries. Got print outs,went home and reviewed. Found many discrepancies. Invoices gave date,time,amount gas delivered with current gas price. In one year OVERBILLED for approximately $800.00. Went back went back to office with evidence (their own statements) and was directed to nasty women. She did not want to hear anything.In March 2019 I only owed approximately $1000.00 instead of $1800.00. At end of March 2019 Blossman came and took regulator off tank. I checked tank. Had approximately 40 gallons of propane in tank. I was out of state soon after.. Blossman then came and took tank with 40 gallons of propane. Blossman left my 70yr old wife with no heat. I would never do business nor recommend them to anyone. They need new office manager or whoever this rude woman is.
They have excellent service people. The management customer service leaves much to be desired. They do not seem to want to deal with the homes on the rough mountain roads and limit deliveries. I have now moved and have just contacted the company for the third time to cancel my account and refund my credit. We will see if I get a response this time???
Chris and Chuck had to come to my camp site and burn off my propane tank that had a structural failure, they came out at 8:30 pm and took care of the job quickly. But the real quality service came this morning when I went to their shop and bought a tank to use temporarily to finish my weekend trip, they came to my camp sight and set it up for me. Absolutely couldnt ask for better service from a company. They treat you like a friend even if they met you in the middle of the night.
There isnt anyone here that knows how to fill a tank, go to Ace hardware. If these business practices are legal we need to get blossman some competition!! SMH
Theres a rude, argumentative, discourteous, nasty, old hag you have to go through each time you need to get a propane order in. Not worth the trouble, I found another supplier.It should be noted however that the delivery guys are couteous, pleasant & professional...the exact opposite of old hag.

There is a very rude woman at the front desk and it is not appreciated. With how much money has to be spent on propane gas every year there should be a level of professionalism and there isnt. My wife is so fed up she has decided that we are going to move just so we dont have to buy propane gas from this company. This woman should not still have a job. Ive seen other reviews stating the same so I know she doesnt just do it to us. The service men are nice and very respectful it is the one woman who is completely distateful. Word of mouth spreads fast so dont think we will be quiet about the lack of customer service.
Go to Ace Hardware literally that’s what we were told. They supply the gas there so they still make a profit. Love ace hardware but hate that Blossman still gets a profit.
Totally agree about the rude phone lady (gate keeper). Someone who is consistently that rude should be fired; must be owners wife or something.This company takes FOREVER to get an appointment. Additionally, the actual cost to check/repair a gas line under my house turned out to be DOUBLE the estimate! The service guy was polite/professional but his estimate was off by 100%. This joint has a virtual monopoly in the area but I would encourage you to look elsewhere. I am doing just that. Problem is Blossman owns the tank and rents it to me so I would have to buy it or get another vendor which is a pain. However, given the HORRIBLE service at the front desk, the ridiculous wait to get appointments (I had a gas leak and waited THREE weeks for an appointment!), and the outrageous prices this company is a STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
Dont want to do business with people that wont acknowledge you even after at least 5 min. in their office/showroom, want to give my business to people who care.
Have used blossman since 2006, the service guys are the best, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. the delivery guys are very nice also. unfortunately, one of the office staff is not a nice person to deal with, if she answers the phone, i will call back another time, hopefully to get someone else. most recently,I made a call to see if the tech was still coming to do an install, I was told between noon and 4.00pm, it was close to 5.00pm, she said we dont give times, he will be there, my answer was i was given a noon to 4.00pm,, the answer was you were not SIR !!!, he will be there when he gets there SIR !!! my reply was, it would have been nice to get a call if he is running late. so you want to cancel SIR !!!. as I tried to reply, she kept talking over me, very loud and emphasizing you are wrong, we dont give times out. I hung up and emailed the president, who called me back within 15 minutes. hopefully, she is gone, customer service should be #1 always.
This is the worse company to go with! Save yourself the trouble and go with someplace else. All their employees are ride and they over change for everything
Kept us waiting for ever, and then didnt have staff available to fill propane. Wasted about 30mins of my time. Go down the street to get your tanks filled at ace hardware.
