$15 goes a long way, here. But, I waited in line for 5 minutes before I found a cashier at checkout time. They didnt have a name tag & didnt identify themselves in the aisle by greeting me. I guess they were stocking at the time, and probably smiled under their mask, but I couldnt see. Still, better service than Walmart. Love the selection!

Alice was wonderful. Willing to help an anyway she could. Very friendly very polite. I come from 30 miles away because of the way she treated me and my husband. Will be back again.

This place is way to small for a growing city! It is cluttered and a bit unorganized. I love to go here for many of their $1 goodies because I live nearby...but I prefer to go down the road to the dollar tree in Fishersville because it seems less cluttered and cleaner!

This is just an awesome place. I love going to this store. They have great deals. Just fun to shop.

Would give negative stars if I could. Store was dirty, disorganised, and cluttered. Had people with no masks, no social distancing followed. Both cashiers were rude. Needed help and got atritude.

Surprisingly I couldnt find the paint that I needed for a craft project. ...but I did get the sandpaper and a few other items. Its a little cluttered but they are stocking. Always friendly.

Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. They have no idea what they even sell. Asked if they had something, she said no in an attitude then when I showed up at checkout with that item she got an attitude even more. There is a short black lady with glasses who works there n she is with not other word to describe her is that she is a royal B. Look I know u make minimum wage and probably the only happiness you get is from messing with other people happy days but you need to get a life.

Not good. Had problem getting correct change. Gave lady 10.00 bill . Items were 3 dollars and change she gives me 84 cents back and didnt want to give me the 6 dollarsThe receipt clearly showed I gave her 10.00 Finally and reluctantly I get my money.Last time shopping here.

Its all dependant on the twist of the wrist, and the grip of the hand. Whether you put an item in the buggy or back on the shelf.

Great store for the things I need, like basic household cleaners, carpet cleaner, headphones, snacks and also seasonal things, of course. Kind of like a cheaper Walmart, but be warned, not everything is cheaper in this store, even though it may only be $1. Some items you can find one and a half times more product or 2x the product, for only maybe 50 or 60 cents more somewhere else like Walmart.

Simply the worst Dollar Tree that I have ever seen!This place is a mess, and a Safety hazard waiting to happen.Floors are black, sticky, dirty. Shelves are dirtyAnd rust eaten. Objects all over the floors, tripped over several things just laying in the floor for days. The parking lot looks like a landfill, trash everywhere.Empty shelves 24/7.One cashier all the time.Quit shopping there. Just made me disgusted!

The store itself is great. Seems they have almost anything. However they are severely understaffed. Only one person on a register usually while another is stocking. Some of the females are extremely rude. They never thank you for shopping there and wont even acknowledge you when spoken too Lord forbid you ask them to put your items in a bag, they will throw then in there and not even hand you bag afterwards Today I bought many glass items and she huffed and puffed so much while wrapping them I thought for sure shed blow the store down.I got the feeling she didnt want to even wait on me since I had the glass items.If you dont want to do the job then step aside and let one of the many others seeking a job take over. Im sure they would be more pleasant to deal with.

I was just in there and pirchased a card. Therr waa only one cahier open. She asked her coworker to open. She was very rude and when she did mr being disabled as well she tjrew my money back at me. You could clearly tell she didnt want to be there and if not then they need people whom do. She was very rude to cuatomer and her co worker as well. Very sad.

Went in to shop. Store was clean and in order. Had what I wanted. Didnt have to want very long to be checked out. Cashier friendly.

Lacking efficiency in use of manpower. Long line staff stocking shelf, two on register with several people waiting for balloons.

Its a great place to find little random stuff for a dollar. The store gets really crowded really easily. I find more in the waynesboro store than I do in Staunton. The staff is really friendly no matter the time of day.

I can always find just about everything Im looking for.

Store is not laid out the best and its hard to find what you want. The employees seem a bit crabby when asked questions and there was only one register open for quite a while.

Everything in the store is $1, unbelievable. Spend $20 its all you can carry, save big bucks over the other stores. If you dont shop there you really should go check it out.

Good prices, expect a long wait in line to pay. Thought it was odd that the childrens toys seem to be biased as to race. Only African American dolls. Never seen that one before.

Let me start by saying I use to purchase a lot in this store for my business. Today I went in to purchase balloons for a sale we were having and the lady was overwhelmed everyone else that was working seemed to be on break. She over charged me by about $12 when I mentioned it she deletes the $12 then calls for whom I took to be the shift manager to put his code in to approve the void. Instead of doing just that he says cancel the order and ring it up again I mentioned I didnt have time for this. Still wanting to buy the items I had selected I picked up the bagged item and dumped them on the counter next thing I know the lady grabs the other bag and slams it down then proceeded to grab everything thing and walk away. I tell her I still want my items and things turn worse from there to the point I walked out without spending my money at this store. Working in a dollar store were everything is a $1 how hard is it to count. I can tell by the lack of comments from the corporate staff they dont care about their customers. In my business our corporate staff responds to every comment.

Cheap clean and always has what you need

Even though the store was stocked and clean, the employees were rude. One if the registers could only accept cash because of issues with the card machine, but it was not the customers fault. The cashier very rudely told everyone in her line I can take you if you have cash but If you have a card you have to go to another line. Very rude, very unprofessional .
