They where easy to get into but a lil slow

Gina is the only reason this isn’t a 1 star. Everyone else just left her to deal with all the customers. She showed concern and took care of everyone with a smile on her face while all the other gentleman left her. Carl was no help... He couldn’t even ring out a lady who just needed a battery, when she asked he ignored her, mumbled something and walked away. Three computers yet no one was working but Gina. Thank you GINA!!!

I wad very impressed in their price on the oil changes..wow vs all other locations in our areas. The only thing that bothered me Id they said about 45 mins and it took them and hour and 30 minutes. They gave that job to a rookie kid and trust me when I finally got back their an hour later all I could see is a very confused kid looking under the hood? And then I decided to have a key made with counter lady I decided I wanted one of their pretty keys, when key done she said if it does not fit you can bring back. But for 5 minutes I kept viewing my key and the key made and trust me it was not even a match by a mile. But she kept saying if it does not fit you can bring back??? NOT AT ALL..I even showed her to look not close st all and another customer their even laughed and said you got to be kidding...lol snd I said no thanks. Please no respect Walmart that lady needs another lunch break. Still waiting finally the guy in charge of the auto service checked and finished the job himself. Wow the price was still good but being handicap and standing and waiting does not match.Please guys keep your experienced mechanics on the job. I know you need to train but I could have done faster then him but Im temporary out of commissioned.Price is still half $$from all other locations

Didnt do what was asked. Tire almost came off. Had to make another appointment for the oil change. They just dont listen or do a great job. They did fix it when we took it back and complained.

I went in to get a Vacuum to clean furniture and was impressed by the quanitity and selection they had. They had a better selection than Lowes

Good for an oil change. Thats about it. Got my tires changed there once and they stripped one of my lug nuts. Refused to fix it or reimburse me.

They tried to charge me for 7qrts of oil in my 2008 GMC ENVOY. It only takes 5qrts. Beware when you get an oil change through Walmart. Look up your vehicle online to make sure how much it take.

Absolute life savers. My wife and I were headed from her parents house to my folks place just after New Years to visit before driving back out to SLC. We got a flat and our tire wound up being shredded. We got a tow to Walmart and there the manager went above and beyond. My tire tools were missing from my truck so we couldn’t access the spare. After attempting that first the Manager installed the tire himself, while his other employees continued with the oil changes. Took no time for him to swap it out and we were able to make it safely to celebrate a delayed Christmas with my parents. Many thanks for what you all did to help.

I live in Staunton but its hard for us to get our stuff done Staunton because they have a three to four hour wait just for an oil change and they wont pick up their phones so we traveled all the way to Waynesboro just to get her oil changed because of poor Management in the tire lube and express in Staunton

Excellent prices for tires, oils, and other odds and ends for your vehicle. Go there quite often to get tires, oil and filter needs among other accessories for my vehicle. Blessings!

My visit was with the auto service department. Got my daughter a new set of tires. We were late to her appointment but they took it in and really didnt take that long. By the way their tires are reasonably priced and you get lifetime rotation.

I am so very thankful that the urgent care facility within this Walmart was open on New Years Day! I was in town visiting my mother and I came down with a horrific throat infection. The friendly staff took me in quickly for a thorough examination. The pharmacy was open too, so I was able to get my prescription filled and be on my way.

Thanks to Carl and his staff. They fixed my flat and my cracked tpms. They were fast and reasonably priced.

Waynesboro Walmart does not do State Inspections, brake work, transmission flushes or radiator work! The Techs have only been trained in the servicea that are offered.

I was there before the door opened and had one other person waiting outside before me who only got 2 tires and an oil change and I was there for 3 hours waiting for an oil change and saw 2 people back there in the bay it shouldnt take longer than 30 mins for an oil change with only one person this is ridiculous

Out of oil my car requires. People very friendly, but inventory management could be better.

I have a 4.7 liter engine in my dosge Durango i got my oil change done at this walmart and they tightened the oil cap on so tight it that its stripped and i have to replace the oil cap.

ALERT! This Walmart Auto Center DOES NOT install tires smaller than a 45R. Much to my disappointment I ordered 40Rs expecting to have them installed at the Waynesboro location and received a call today letting me know that they cant install them at my appointment time. So, I am driving for an hour to pick up my tires and have them installed at the new University Tire and Auto in Crozet. Not impressed with Walmarts customer service.

Excellent service best practices with Manager Dean, who went out of his way to help me 3 times with flat tires at closing time and he was super busy. If one store can be this good, why couldnt all Wal-Mart Stores be this good? Just a thought.This is the kind of customer service all Wal-Mart needs to learn. Encomium to Dean. They changed my oil. The only thing I didnt like was that they said it would take two and a half hours. So I was shopping that whole time and trying to wait. Then when I finally checked on my car they said it had been ready for a while. It makes no sense that they couldnt have called for me over the intercom so that I could have got my car sooner.

I bought tires online. They were supposed to be ready next day. It was delayed for two days, and then they didnt call to notify me they were ready for pickup. Dissapointed. Held up the works for me for three days.
